be smart with your password, use tor or a vpn, and use pgp for sensitive communications.
I made an order late November last year and it never came through. Based off their messages it seemed that there was a mix up and the order never got sent.
The seller and I agreed they'd have another shot at getting it to me but months have ticked past and they still keep fobbing me off about it. It's been so long I can't see the order in my history. How can I set about requesting the refund?
Probably not as it was my third order with the site. The first 2 went smooth as you like, no complaints from me or the seller. This one has been a nightmare, we've already gone through the refund process once but that let to them assuring me a second would be sent and it would be fine. I can provide all the messages that have gone back and forth between us?
If that's Escrow Suisse then I would shoot them a message as well as the seller of course. At this point in time you don't have any recourse beyond their concern/respect but that is something. Definitely better if you have some transactions since then.
Thanks for the help, I stopped using Little Biggy while waiting for this to be resolved unfortunately but i've messaged the Escrow service and we have already spoken about this seller so hopefully it'll all work out.
Hi guys, still having issues with the seller who I raised a refund case with you a couple of months back
At the time they agreed to send me another delivery but i'm still waiting and when I ask where it has gone they keep asking me to wait while they get more info. It's way past the 35 day mark, do I have any hope?
