Order about a month ago for the second time... order never arrived and when checking tracking number informed “package returned to sender”. The package never even left the UK but the seller is refusing to do anything for me. Best part of $170 down the drain. I would understand if the package was confiscated however it didn’t even leave the country!!! Postal service says the address was wrong but it’s the same address I gave first time round, that a parcel from this vendor had already been received. I feel really let down and definitely won’t be using this seller again. His communication is very slow and customer service poor. My first order I was actually sent a Sativa strain when I ordered an Indica (that didn’t really matter too much... at least it actually arrived). I’ve gone to escrow Sussie but with me being a new member I’m sure I’m at a loss. International buyers be ware and use this vendor at your own risk! Very disappointing experience. I hope this comment comes across as fair and factual. Only me 3rd order on here and already at a huge loss... Sad Times :(

Although I sympathise with you, you can not blame the seller in this instance can you? The seller upheld his end and posted your item and obtained tracking number ? AFTER this, it is out of the sellers hands, and into third party hands of the postal services and customs .... mark sellers on THEIR performance, and not on the genuine fault of customs and postal services etc.

Have you checked the address on the UK postcode address service? Jamal ? Because maybe if this address was not EXACTLY the same as on the UK computers then it may have been rejected by COMPUTERS ! Put in the exact address you gave the seller and search, even one or two letters or numbers can cause a rejection. Please search online, and with Royal Mail UK. Hope this helps

I feel hard done by that it never left the original country dude, with the same address I’ve had this seller and another ship too. It’s strange! As stated, if it hit the post correctly but never showed up at my door I wouldn’t be complaining.

Stupidly, I didn’t even use PGP, so there was no room for error on the address form.

RB actually sent me the wrong strain the first time around too (ordered black sugar rose/indica, and was sent a Sativa haze) as well as taking about 4 days and 3 messages to get me the tracking number that I paid $19 for. So it’s been an overall bad customer experience for me.

What’s done is done, I’ve made my point and hopefully people don’t think I’m being unreasonable.

Onwards and upwards, hopefully lots of success to come!

And NO I do not think you are being unreasonable, you paid good money upfront for a product off the internet, you are at the mercy of the seller and postal services until it arrives in your hands. LOTS of hands and computers and security to get through before it gets to your front door !

I understand, I have literally wasted hundreds and hundreds, making errors on here or sellers making errors, or bad products, or bad postal service etc etc etc ... I could go on an on for days.

BUT at the end of the day, Jam ... you do exactly as you feel to do, and if that means you felt like you should bring this to the publics attention, then that is what you have the right to do.

Asia is a very big place with all kinds of borders. If its a dodgy customs country they could steal it and send back this error, exactly the kind of shit that is pulled.

Note if your address is not in the native country your customs risk increases significantly.

It’s really not irrelevant that it’s Asia. From the very first moment you were taking a huge risk with an address like that. Even ordering anything from a reputable site / business internationally you can face a whole range of problems. Your dealing with multiple postal services. Exports, air freight procedures and then customs. I wouldn’t be dropping any large amount of money on here tbh.

Hey man. You're misreading the delivery information. Royal Mail only operate in the UK, so if a parcel is sent internationally, as soon as it arrives in another country the parcel is handed to that country's postal service. Royal Mail refer to these other postal services as 'delivery partners'. Therefore, it looks to me like your parcel did indeed leave the UK and arrive in your (or another) country.

It shows only the destinations it reached in the UK only, there was a longer info of bits. That’s what made me think otherwise. Plus everything just arrived at the nearest post office here, not sent to your door, you have to pick it up, so as long as phone number you’re sorted.

If what you’re saying is correct then I’ve made a complete tit it myself as as I’ve already stated, if it arrives in the country I wouldn’t be complaining. It didn’t show as having arrived in Destination country at all however.

Machineelf, now that I see the screen shot, you could be right ! When Royal Mail deliver to USA, it gets handed over to USPS. So depending on where Jam is located, the fault could well lie with the normal regular postal service of that country? However, Jam did say that many other deliveries got to them fine? It also could be that the parcels have been flagged by customs in the recipient country? Surely just ask Royal Mail and see how far they tracked the item before or IF it was handed over to the recipients country customs.

Royal mail have a website for international delivery partners were you can enter your reference number that might be worth checking if it did leave the uk, might be able to give you more information of what happen'd would leave the link here but lb wont let me.

exactly Laughing Grass, also Jam just needs to approach Royal Mail with tracking number, due to privacy I think Royal Mail will only talk to the recipient anyway, and not the sender. So there is nothing no one can do, unless Jam approaches RM to see where the fault lies first of all. And then and only then will we all know what happened, now that we are all involved lol

I’m not so sure I want to be getting that deep into the system trying to find a package that’s lost somewhere with what’s inside. I mainly complained because I felt hard done by with the sellers response and the parcel appearing not to leave the UK.

After your item has left the UK, you may find more detailed tracking information on our delivery partner’s website.

The seller could also check, because they have the tracking number ? So either Jam or RadarBreeder should do as you suggested, and just check the International Partners info. Ok that is it for me now lol, unless someone checks, then it is pointless all of us wasting our time here trying to help, when it could easily be resolved by both seller and buyer, who are the only ones that have the tracking number to imput into the online system.

As I’ve explained, on the tracking website I can see a whole list... times and dates from moving around the UK to the point of preparing to leave. But then no update since and a return to sender.

I’m getting a bit paranoid about posting all of these pictures and information now, so won’t be posting anything else. Also for my own sake I don’t want to be phoning up RM trying to escalate a lost parcel considering the contents... my opinion and I’m sticking to it.

I feel a bit sorry for RB as well as I didn’t anticipate my little rant ending up being so drawn out, long and going on for days. So for that I do apologise to RB.

I’m going to leave it here now and I’m not going to respond to anymore comments, my point has been made and I think it’s time to move on and forget my loss.

If your address is EXACT as on the UK postal data bases, THEN it could be that the address was slightly wrong on the package, for instance a wrong letter on the postcode or a wrong number in the state code etc. This then would be human error on the packers part.

But first Jamal, maybe contact Royal Mail and see further why the rejection OR do as I suggest above and see who is to blame FIRST so that you know who to turn to so they can fix it. !

Just a thought, recheck post code sometimes number zero can be confused with letter o therefore computer will not match it to correct postal address.

It’s international dude, so I’m pretty sure they won’t have an exact address on file. Had a quick look but seems to be UK only.

As I’ve said, two orders from LB, from two sellers, all arrived OK to the address given. Post and stuff from all over the world gets posted to that address with no problem in 3 years.

they dont have an exact address on UK files for your international address ? then that is maybe the problem ? I have trouble even with UK addresses not going to UK addresses just because I missed off the word 'flat' or the 'house name' etc. Computers run Royal Mail now, if it was hand checked, maybe a human would have looked up the international address themselves, and then manualy over rided the computer rejection. Maybe, who knows.

But here is the thing...where is the package NOW ? If it goes back to seller in one piece and in good order, then surely a refund would be applicable? If the package has been stolen or lost and never gets back to the seller...then what? and happy smoking to the thieves lol :)

I disagree, there is no way in hell RM has a list of all address in this country, even this country wouldn’t have a file for all address in this country haha! I’ve had parcels and packages arrive no problem for the last 3 years to the same address as explained. From all over the world. Legit and not so legit contents. The address I used is still visible on the order form on LB as I stupidly didn’t use PGP. So I can still confirm it’s correct.

I guess we will never know.

I doubt the seller used an accurate “return to sender address”... kind of setting yourself up for a problem there.

RB makes himself $170 and there’s a parcel of weed somewhere that didn’t even make it out the original country.

Anyway, there we go, I think everything has been explained multiple times now so I’ll leave it there.

Having a similar issue at the minute with Radar, 2 orders missing. Hopefully we have a good resolution as I have had no complaints with service until now. I feel maybe Radar is too successful and is finding it tough to keep on top of things. Probably one of the most used vendors on site. Thinking I will move on tho once we resolve the current issues.

Fingers crossed for you too dude. I think that’s the last time for me also, communicating has always been tricky with RB too. I guess if it’s next day and domestic everything probably runs very smoothly and without hiccup.

That’s strange that it said return to send if it never left the UK (how would they know the address was wrong in foreign lands)? I’ve ordered many times from RB (shipping into Europe) and some have taken time to arrive but I’ve never had any issues with RB deliveries. I had an issue with a busted vape cart and he did replace this for me so from my experience his customer service is very good.

No consolation for your financial loss but I’d definitely order in smaller amounts going forward (I do just because of the legal risk of getting caught with more than 3.5g - it’s a pain to order more frequently but it negates the legal risk and the financial risk if it does get lost). RB is very clear on his no reship for lost international orders - it’s a risk we all take I guess.

You can only put this down to experience I hope it has not put you off the amazing vendors on this site.

International shipping at $19 means I need to try and get the best price for my flower too, I think 14g is a relatively small amount for personal use and sure I wouldn’t get too much more than a slap on the wrist where I am. Thanks for the message though.

Just wait a little bit longer and you will have a reply from him, going public is the best choice when your rep is low!

I asked what happens next and he has replied saying he doesn’t offer reship internationally, that’s my point. Has offered nothing and the parcel didn’t even leave the original country. So a complete loss to me. I wouldn’t be posting this information publicly if we had come to some amicable agreement. I appreciate you taking the time to reply and try to help though dude, thank you.

Maybe it’s just me but if I’m buying an illegal product, from an overseas seller, then I’m acutely aware that it comes with inherent risk. To then drop $170 on it the first time is pretty risky. I’d advise smaller orders till you find the sellers that work for you and/or order from the country you’re in.

The above is me speaking with no relation to the specific seller. However, I just woke up from one of the best sleeps of recent after a nice big spliff of Radar Breeder’s delightful Star Dawg. It was my first order from him and was received within 2 days of the order being placed. He does state all resends will be judged on an individual basis and I’ve only ever heard good things otherwise.

Try not to let the experience put you off LB, it’s a great site! Ultimately you’re the one to decide whether to go with RB again but I’d definitely recommend him within the UK.

It was my second order, same seller and same address.

As I’ve mentioned, I appreciate it comes with risk but the item never even made it out of the country. If it was signed in the country but never arrived to me, I wouldn’t be here claiming to be hard done by... I’d like to think I’m a realistic thinker here.

He does state it will be judged individually but apparently that means didly squat for me.

I’ve only tried one other seller ‘SayNo2Drugs’ who was excellent so far but look forward to trying more and hoping this was just a bad experience.

Certainly won’t be using RB again however I can see many people have received better service than I have.

We offer no reship or guarantee on international orders this is made clear on any international orders.
Ok so as for too successful or busy no we are not sorry. Yes we are happy with our business but atm we are runnong at like 60% capacity with a lot if room to grow and our system keeps mistakes down to a minimum.
As for this case i can only say we input the address as we are given it. We have international tracked letter turn up in the wrong country before and the label was indeed correct as they have eventually landed.
We are always not happy to hear about any customers that are not happy and do what we can to make things right.
At tht moment we are considering stopping (or restricting to markets we have FE on) international and Scandinavian countries as it seems a lot of work and hassle and we risk getting bad feedback from customers that agree to our terms but then not happy when things don't go to plan.

I think your service is disappointing dude and certainly won’t be using you again, just my opinion, as I said you’ve got plenty of happy domestic customers. I gave you the same address as last time but this item didn’t even leave the UK... that’s a real failed attempt! If it left the UK but never arrived I wouldn’t be bitching, we’re hardly ordering dog biscuits from amazon, we know how the game works right, there’s risk. It didn’t even leave the original country! I’m $170 short and you just lost a customer, but I doubt you really care dude. You say “you do what you can to make things right” but in this instance that would be you doing absolutely nothing. Peace out and good luck to your other customers.
