I paid for NDD on 7th, still waiting. I’ve asked for the tracking number and have had ‘unread messages’ for 3 days. Never had an issue with this vendor before, always been bang on the money. But I feel like I’ve lost my money this time.
Chill out FFS, Would love to see how you all deal with 100's or orders on a daily 7 days a week.. The teams a little behind as even my NDD on the 4th didn't arrive until today, If you read the bio you'd know the situation currently, 3 days and you're asking for tracking LOL

Too darn late to order anything in for the weekend now :( I normally hedge my bets by ordering from 2 sources, not this time, put all my faith in RB - to be fair he's never let me down in over 2 years so hopefully this is just a glitch!

I bought 7g on the 5th and the 8th respectively on ndd first class signed and im still waiting - nothing today still for either orders . ive sent the same postal services out With my work and theyve all arrived next day all over the uk. Heres hoping i get my orders cause i dont think its post delays tbh as everything else is getting through. My mates a postie and he says hes busy but not mental busy ? Oh well carry on waiting i suppose

Yeah that's true, it's in the news today about how RM have had to shell out a load of dosh because they didn't hit their SLA last year
I just know how they treat NDD it’s as good as bulletproof and never fail from legit or other sources.
Know the best bit...we’ve got bank holiday in NI Monday Tuesday so even if I was to throw good money after bad and try and make up for what I’m missing it wouldn’t get here till probably next Thursday! Same with this NDD that’s not here so looking at earliest 6 working days.
Fuming mate but it’s not healthy. On furlough and too much time to let things get to me, so think I’ll come off LB for a bit....just contributing to my own annoyance. Will go back to the streets for a bit to keep me going and will just have to wait for next weds and if it’s not here again get it escalated.

For anybody who didn't know RB is on multiple DW sites and LB is just one of a few avenues. I think they are taking a break for awhile to get stock back up and running and so on. The NDD is a bit of a strange one but orders may have been a day or two behind over setting up shop. I'm also waiting on an order marked as sent but I'm hoping that it has in fact been sent and I'm just trying to sit patiently lol. I'll update when and if it lands next week.
Same here ordered 9th and payed ndd and still not turned up! 14/7...No comms back from radar either, feel very disappointed and robbed of the ndd cost to be honest a simple outward message explaining why there is a problem wouldnt hurt. Sad times

Its funny that certain vendors ndd NEVER fails, yet some never get ndd to you by the next day. This can't be coincidental can it!? I think some don't go to the PO when they say they are. Ndd pisses vendors off so they charge a crazy price to put you off.

Still nothing today shock! Thats a Wednesday night order and it may not even be here on Monday. That's absolutely shit! Stick to the vendors who can actually fulfill ndd!
Definitely had read there somewhere RB had admitted failure to fulfill orders on time...this is very rare

I understand what your saying 100% I used RB when I first started on LB and he was spot on. But when there are other vendors who can guarantee NDD, this certainly isn't a solid service. I'm not expecting a response soon either.

cheers Smee. I find it strange tho, as order placed Wednesday evening and by 12.20am (thursday) it was marked as sent!
Yes it’s just the way he operates...becomes active like an night owl and sorts the orders like from midnight...he just updates status to “sent” as his way of keeping on top of things on where he’s at...so basically by updating it he can keep track of what orders where packed and prepared

Arrived today! It was sent 2nd class and not the ndd that I paid for, for some reason. Explains delay tho at least
Had same only 7g but you know. Did drop yesterday 9th marked as sent 8th. Did you get yours?
I’ve had NDD take two full days from being sent to arriving recently, with the delay being on RM side.
