I grew sweet tooth #3 back in the day for a couple of years, my favourite strain ever.
With the amount of strains there are available in today's market, I'm not surprised I haven't heard of it, which has now made me curious 🤣

Breeder Steve worked the Sweet Tooth line for almost a decade. Without his work the cannabis scene today would look a whole lot different. These were the guys really killing it, before it became decriminalised. Before global brands like Cookies, Steve and Spice of Life was killing it - with real line breeding work. When it comes to Buddha himself, quality to price im yet to find better. He also actually responds to messages, and in a polite humble sort of manner, not like some of the arrogant replies that are common on here, And the delivery speed is unmatched. I've had 4 orders so far and each have been exceeded my expectations.

recalled a recently introduced product "Malana Cream Hash" after a suspected bad batch (as well as other products from the same supplier)
buyer initially agreed to do a refund for ship back (i needed to investigate and figure out whats wrong with the batch since complaints were strong and naturally who chooses to work with a dodgy supplier)
after ship back buyer opened dispute which in which i agreed to a full refund for escrow in messages with auto-settlement
buyer offered to take btc refund off platform so that both sides avoid a dispute, an obvious trap since as a new seller im on the back foot with a volatile reputation, buyer can easily not close dispute after off platform refund and get money twice
now have fraud suspected despite full cooperation at every step, as of now the dispute status is dismissed, however escrow funds for the transaction are frozen, leading me to believe auto-settlement will soon refund buyer
since this is my second review my seller rating is in the gutter, will have negative connotations on my other products despite all sales with no complaints

So after sending me out some absolute fake ass crap, he pulled his listing for Malana Hash, which it clearly wasn't, and asked me to return it. I even paid to return the product myself, which he recieved. Now he's making me go through a disute to get my money back. He's had my money, and his rubbish returned, and now a two week wait for the dispute before I can get my money back, and a dispute added to both parties, for absolutely no good reason. Avoid this absolute chancer at all costs.
you've been offered a full refund before dispute finalisation and one is currently in effect (with no cost to reputation to either party btw) yet you still feel the need to tarnish the rep of a new seller for refusing to go off-platform for a refund.

2. problem with your approach to refund is if i send you btc off-platform, i have no guarantee that you wont use the rep algorithm to your advantage by also disputing escrow funds, making it a double refund
3. product recall happened for a reason - word alone from a first time buyer about a bad batch isn't enough to invalidate it as 'garbage', however im not denying it either (point 1)
4. we discussed from the very start that you can dispute if expectations are undermined, precisely what we agreed on in the first couple messages

I’ve got a bug problem with my grow. Can anybody give me any advice on dealing with fruit flies please? I’ve bought some bug strips and some ‘natural’ bug spray. I’m avoiding over-watering the girls as I know that attracts the little bastards. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Sure they are not fungus Gnats (Sciarid Flies) or thrips?
Either way, nematodes are a good natural option to combat major infestations, letting the medium dry between waterings in order to limit larval growth is practice and then dust everything with diatomaceous earth to create an unfriendly environment for the little buggers.

Bottom watering to keep the top layer of soil dry.
Also, try adding hydrogen peroxide to your water, this will kill the eggs along with sticky traps around your pot.
I forget the ratio of h2o2 to water so you'll need to look it up.

When I saw this I was going to say get some bug strips, might be worth setting a trap in there as well, fucking cunts I hate em
I had this really bad once. Make sure you have some sort of filter on your air intake, even a stocking, I used a sieve. Then buy a bottle of “Knat off” It says add 4ml per litre in every watering but I added 2ml per litre. I only gave them 2 watering of the knat off and they all disappeared. My soil was swimming with the little buggers and 2 applications of knat off and an air filter and I never had those flies ever again. Also if you’re using soil or some other substrate make sure it’s from a reliable source. Also there eggs hatch when you water that’s why it seems worse after watering. I think the knat off stops them from being able to lay eggs and fungus knats (fruit flues) only live for about 7 days at the most so it should clear in a week. Hope this helps 👍

You should check out 'Threads' a UK TV movie from the mid 80's. The effects are wonky by todays standards but it's still chilling as hell. Fail Safe and Forbin: The Colossus Project are also still scary.

I have seen apocalypse now, didn't think of that when I wrote the post. I guess it's not a proper apocalypse (global/taking humanity to near extinction - does tick the societal collapse box) but the name certainly fits and it is a brilliant film.
Apocalypse now is one of my favourite films. Have you seen the redux version. It’s a directors cut and is so worth it. It is loosely based on the book Heart of darkness by Joseph Conrad which is a good read if you enjoy the film. Brando is the man. A hell of a lot of his part is improvised. Genius
I actually prefer the original version, it's tighter (and usually I'd always go for director's cut). The Redux one felt a bit over-indulgent (the scenes with the playboy bunnies and the weird, detached posh French people were interesting but didn't add much that the film didn't already get across in other scenes, and they affected the pacing for me). Anyway, that's just my personal preference - great shout from you and Dirigible, and one of my favourite films too (also Conrad is one of my favourite writers).
The "making of" doc for the film (called 'Hearts of Darkness') is an apocalypse film in itself ;). Def worth seeing if you haven't - at one point Coppola tells his wife that he's mortgaged everything he owns to pay for the movie, and it's going to be rubbish, and considers deliberately injuring himself to get the insurance payout ;(
Brando is indeed the man! I think he had to improvise most of it because he couldn't/wouldn't learn the actual script haha (plus the script was unfinished)...and yet the performance is still genius.
(also, Brando wasn't the only one who wouldn't learn his lines, as the link with Dennis Hopper above shows. And I'm pretty sure Coppola was partaking of the magic herb during shooting as well, let's not assume he was sober just cos he's the director ;)

I suggested it fits as the Vietnam War caused the collapse of Vietnamese society & economy, not to mention the USAs use of the defoliant Agent Orange, napalm and all the rest. As far as all those agrarian villagers were concerned it was an "extinction event", their world had gone. 8(

I’m going to throw Snowpiercer into the mix. The movie, not the tv series. Directed by Bong Joon Ho, he directed Parasite and has a great name.

An album which seems to have almost been forgotten but which was once almost ubiquitous at the after club smoke and come down. Ladies, gentlemen and other pronouns, may I invite you to sit back, enjoy and Chill Out...
One of the best chill out/ambient albums of all time. Also the KLF made ‘Space’ which is another ambient lp based around….the theme of space.
I’ve got both of them on OG vinyl. And if you like those then the Orb’s first release ‘a huge ever growing brain that rules from the centre of the ultraverse’ is in a very similar vein considering they all knew each other and worked together on different projects. There’s also the FFWD album which is Fripp, the Orb and Thomas Fehlman, that album is also along the lines of the above. Lastly the KLF ‘last train to trancentral’ remix twelve had a longer segment from ‘chill out’ that wasn’t on the original record, and same goes for ‘3am eternal’ which had a remix twelve with another ‘chill out’ outtake remix. Welcome to the rabbit hole :)………..

Used to have both on vinyl too back in the day, along with stuff from the eighties like Whitney Joins the Jamms etc which I sold when I needed the readies :-) Also was an 'early-adoptor' of the Orb, seeing them on their first UK tour when their backdrop was a sheet with Orb written on it. Lots of stuff on EG Editions which predated the 90s ambient dance is worth listening to. Eno, Penguin Cafe Orchestra etc. and nowadays there is almost too much choice!
EG was Eno’s label Alex Patterson was a talent scout for them before the Orb and a roadie for killing joke prior to that.
Plenty of great ambient and classical/minimal stuff on EG for sure. ‘The Pearl’ by Harold Budd and Eno being one of my faves.

Its obscurity can be partially explained by their decision to delete their entire back catalogue when they split up. Probably wise, due to the amount of uncleared samples / interpolations going on with some of those tunes.
Still sounds magical to these ears, and so much better than the official "cleared" versions on Spotify etc.

As I understand it they really regretted it later :-) There is a movie about it and, I think, a book.
😀 I met Jimmy Cauty but not Bill Drummond decades ago when they were just going big it was around the time of the ‘chill out’ album.
Neither were into drugs at all surprisingly!
Jimmy now runs the K2 foundation and still makes loads of art which he flogs online.
Both of em are as antiestablishment as you like and used to just do things on ‘gut instinct’ and then think about it afterwards 😮

This is one I still listen to quite frequently. Discovered mid nineties along with the orb and FSOL. I still don't know the individual tracks, it is to be enjoyed in full in one sitting, just tooting away I reckon. :)

I just knew you would mention this !! There is also an Alex Paterson version out there with the Jimmy Cauty parts removed which makes it more ambient by the simple fact of having silent parts! There was also a huge limited remix of the KLF catalogue including Space (hour plus if I remember) a few years ago. This Is Not The KLF - I believe it was called. Martin somebody?

Growing up in the 90s remember having really sticky/ smelly weed, everything seems dry with low terps and no stickiness or real smell. Can’t find what I want commercially… any suggestions 🙏
If it's not sticky like alot of weed nowadays it's more than likely been spun a bit in a machine or it's old stock. Even if you keep weed relatively well kept it still will go through the degredation process. Imports tend to be non sticky. Locally grown less handled, fresh stock should do the trick in most cases.
I agree with this one. Speaking from experience, it is sticky when it's fresh ie on the plant and it gets less and less sticky within the first month of drying/curing.
100% agree, have very fond memories of Northern lights, Skunk no1, Mexican Sativa and White Rino being super sticky back in the day.

Carts are perfect for trips away (or, nights out) as hardly anyone has a clue that you can smoke weed in that format. A 1mL cart can easily last me a week, and that's almost constant smoking. I don't miss tobacco or joints when I'm off my face on a cart abroad. Try to get Live Resin carts if possible.

The reason the grass aint sticky no more is due to the setups.. most grower have switched to leds, started growing hydro and then also started using auto flowering seeds... wish they would go back to the old stool grows... hps lighting, soil based with regular seeds... this is where the stickiness is
Dont think those are the reasons.... Most growers havent switched to autoflowers, its literally impossible to take cuttings from an autoflower so your telling me they popped 100 plus seeds and filled a room?? LOL also growing in led or hydro doesnt make a difference to stickyness. Thats all down to how growers dry/cure and also its all strain dependant. Sometimes the more the thc content the more stickier the bud will be... I guess you must know alot of growers to be making such a HUGE statement.
Genetics and the cure are the only effects on stickiness i think. And when it was chopped.

I really like them both, but I think the Red Red just pips it. The Lh, however, is delicious, strong, and so sticky that I have to rub a skin or 2 over my fingers before I skin up! Superb value; would buy again.
It actually a lot cheaper to grow autoflowering seeds especially when bought in bulk. It's easier to drop a seen into soil rather than taking cuttings. Plus autofliwering seeds is a shorter grow period. If they were using regular seed the grow period for cuttings is still 3.5 months til chop time.

Auto's are difficult to master, you need alot of experience to understand the growth cycle and get everything right. Too much can effect your outcome.

Asked for them to surprise me and ended up with the nightshifter strain. Honestly the most mental looking bud i have ever seen in my life. Let me tell you, the nose on this bud is incredible, like if i had to describe it - you remember the first time you smelt dank?? Yeah, it’ll take you back, it genuinely is so loud (in a good way). I saved it for my birthday and then rolled it up and smoked it with my boys and lets just say its safe to assume we were all high as shit. The cherry on the j was just perfect too. i love ndd !! the mac one is beautiful solid nugs dense the smell gassy, diesel the smoke is nice its smooth the diesel comes out a bit more its got flavor my refined pallets than mine could describe,
the high is nice and calming you feel whole body just slow slightly and your mind clears and your mood lifts, i get munchies with this one chatty a fair bit of energy as well

I placed an order for a half on Saturday 20th, marked as “sent” on Monday 22nd by ZAZA. It’s now Friday 26th and nothing has arrived. I’ve sent multiple messages which have all been ignored, yet he’s still sending out poor quality subs to others.
I should’ve taken the Reddit feedback seriously about this vendor’s awful service, but decided to try after a mate had a couple of decent orders from him-- big mistake.
There are plenty of other quality and RELIABLE vendors on here — avoid this one if you don’t want to be left hanging.
I’ll be disputing as soon as the option opens. I’ve had 50+ orders on LB without a single issue, even from the likes of Pistach. ZAZA tops them all with his terrible service.

I've heard that too bro... at least with Pistach you know you're playing pistach roulette, but it always lands at the very least. This guy is a joker. Took his listing down for 2 weeks then put them back up to send out bush smoke. Like I said, most likely an exit scam but wanted others to avoid :)
Can vouch for this. Had two orders earlier this year. One from Pistach and another from Zaza. Both arrived the same day, same packing, same fake return address, the "Zaza" one even had a Pistach sticker inside.

Waiting on my 3.5 has been 6 days now. Used ZaZa every week for months and was top notch product and packaging and price. So I ignored the warnings about their service after the break they took. Looks like I probably won't be getting my order and have lost my 'go to' vendor. So that sucks.
Just an update to this, I did get my order and quality etc was still good. But took around 5/6 days to arrive. So probably owe the dude an apology. Good quality, packaging and price still, but just slower arrival
Its like someone put real effort into getting Zaza to be a respectable brand, and either they left the org, got bored, or something else, but there definitely isn't the same love in the vendor that there was when they first appeared. To begin with they were like clockwork. But then it slipped. Last order I placed with them got ignored for over a week even though they marked it as dispatched. They couldn't have given a hoot, which is def not how they were at the beginning. Shame, but lesson learnt, never again! All good things come to an end I guess. Just a pity as like I say, someone was putting in real effort in the beginning.
Wouldn’t worry about it too much, you’ll get your money back can see how frustrating it is, I don’t get why people try and scam on here, gotta wait 8 days to be paid and that only happens if you receive your goods so I don’t even know how these scammers make money

I made an order from the DW from USA for a sample pack of buds, what turned up is half of Kush Brothers stock listing's, same photos and everything. 4oz sent from the USA was something ridiculous like $280 with shipping included. I ordered the sample pack, about 10 different strains turned up, about 1g of each, some indoor, greenhouse or outdoor. All were nice clean buds, lacked a bit in terps, but none were really good enough for me to bother putting another order in, even at the cheap price. To see them listed here for the price they are is laughable, they're really taking the piss, I'd be fucking fuming paying that for it.
Good spot! I've often wondered about vendors running multiple accounts. I'm sure there must be others. I did think about setting up a separate account to list weed products, but didn't bother in the end.

Even if it is your 10th order with us and the 9 previous ones had no issues you must still record every order.

I would like to point out that the majority of customers have been nothing but classy. It is a shame a handful of sad people ruin it for everyone else. Maybe it is for the best, as this is the only way to protect both buyer and the seller.
This site also makes it very easy to dispute and get your money back, almost like there's no human touch from LB, no evidence just algorithm. There needs to be some sort of moderator, a person to ask for supporting evidence to atleast verify. as in the case of capital steez, his ts and c's are in his bio and it should be if you buy and don't follow them no dispute. Anyways hope you've weeded to roaches out, you got tidy bud and I'd hate for you to dissappear.

I only went and won the Oz of crumble, and didn’t realise it until 8 days after the competition ended…
Contacted Capital as soon as I saw the message, thinking it was a wind up. But no, they confirmed I’d won and asked for my deets.
A couple of days later I get a message with a tracking number.
I watched it every day, got a little worried as it didn’t update after leaving the US.
I shouldn’t have been worried, it all updated this morning and the postie handed it me at lunch time!
Anyway, on to the crumble…
Was a bit of a faf getting it all out of the vacuum pack, an old credit card came in handy!
My first thought was OMG this stuff smells divine! Really terpy but not overpowering.
Nice and easy to work with, not too sticky, weight bang on.
Sampled a small amount in my TM2, also tastes divine… And it hits like a flippin truck! So much so I forgot to cook the kids dinner 😂
Really nice high off it, still buzzing 2 hours later 😁
Not sure how long its gonna take me to get through all this, 1g usually lasts me a couple of weeks!

So my first order was 4Oz of the Green Crack i wont go into much detail as you can see my in depth review with images and video on their page (its was the first review and has my name on it) but it was pretty much a perfect order 9 days and i had it in my hands for an insane price.
Now my second order was the 2Oz deal of Cherry Crasher Smalls. This smoke is insainely good for £75 an Oz with shipping super strong cherry flavor very hoppy sour smoke, honestly im not the biggest cherry strain fan (my partner wanted to try it) but this is a step up from any UK cherry i've had recently. This time it was 8 days for arrival and pretty much no shake or dust, buds are exactly as described just darker in color but noting getting in the way of quality.

Kindly check your messages. Our escrow system is also on 24 days, so I don’t physically have your money right now and am low on funds, regardless I have sent your refund just now. You gave me a tracker that you've tried to pass off as going to me, then you've provided me with a load of old bollocks when it comes to actual evidence. The tracking photo was taken in a city about 60 miles away from me. The only way the parcel could have got there, is if it was addressed to go there, and not to me. You've sent me a photo of your shipping document that conveniently doesn't show a postcode. You were happy to issue a refund by me just saying that photo on the tracker isn't my front door. Anyone else would be a bit more interested in why their parcel apparently headed for London went to another town 60 miles away instead.

You are indeed right in terms of current orders being tracked to delivery. Unfortunately poster referred to a "previous order" and their "notes" which is a giveaway that they are storing addresses. Not suggesting anything else but it does make biggas hair stand up after recent 'troubles'...

So I’ve seen and tried a few supposed charas hashes on LB, but they have never been on point. After spending time in India i know what good charas is like instantly. My question is why don’t we see it much if at all? Is it the customs in India are too good,? is it the good stuff stays in country ? The fact there’s US imports and other imports to the UK shows it can be done , barely see charas from India or Nepal just wondering why?
It is usually handmade so it might just be that they don't make enough of it to export on any kind of scale.
I suppose they've got a domestic market of over a billion people, they can make a good mark up taking hash to the south of India. I never really saw large scale commercial production in the Himalaya, it was more small scale. Also heroin is a lot less bulky to smuggle internationally and far more profitable.

A Promise is a Promise
I mentioned in my previous review of the lovely Mimosa from Radar Breeder that I'd also got a bit of the mixed bargain bucket and I'd review it if anyone was interested. Here's a review as promised.
Let's Check Out the Cheapie
Before reading any further it's important to note that this stuff is stupidly cheap. $82 for half ounce, $48 a quarter. That's delivered. I'll post a photo below in the comments. It's listed as grade B buds. Let's all set our expectations to realistic.
First Smoke
I picked the biggest bud and started with that. Cracking it open didn't release much smell. The grinder released some smell though and it was skunky or maybe hazy. Sweet, skunky, hazy. Could be a lot of things.
The flavour is a little muted and there's a bit of a green taste in there. Smoke is thick and while it's not as smooth as some of the nice bits I have in, it's not desperately harsh either. It's got a bit of a stone to it though. Seems a bit heady so I'll guess some kind of haze derivative like the ammie haze but not too sure on this.
It's not a bad smoke but it's probably priced about right.
Bud Two
This was one of the really small airy buds. In the grinder it is setting off my orange alarm. Either some Mimosa terps were leftover in my grinder or this is an orange flavour.
Smoking it, the flavour is again a bit muted. It's definitely an orange flavour or a derivative though like a tropicana. It smokes nicely and the effect suggests even more that it's an orange bud of some kind. Again, it's not a bad smoke but probably deserved its place in the bargain bucket.
Bud Three
This was one of the little nuggets. Again hard to tell by smell until it went in the grinder. Once ground up I'm pretty sure this is a silver haze.
Smoking it, it's not quite as musky as I expected but I'd still guess a silver haze. Of the three buds I've tried this is probably the nicest smoke of them. I quite fancy buying some high quality silver haze now. Silver is the one of the only hazes I really like.
Conclusion
It is what it says. It's a bargain bucket of grade B buds at a cheap price. It gets you stoned but you're not getting dispensary grade bud at pound shop prices. Sadly. Does anyone do that?
For the money it's completely fair quality in my opinion. I like detecting what I think each bud is so it's like cannabis cluedo. Although if RB or anyone who's ordered them is reading this they maybe chuckling at how wrong I am.
Gets You Stoned
The three smokes I had got me pretty stoned which is the core aim of course. I think it's partly as there's a mixed cocktail stone effect from multiple strains going on.
However -
It's got to be noted that you don't have to go up the price scale very much further to better the quality here. I've bought half ozs for about $13 more plus postage that were a much nicer smoke. That's of course around 22% more in total price so is significant for anyone on a budget. That extra chunk of cash plus postage counts of course.
For me personally I'm glad I've tried it. I'll use it as a daytime or starter smoke and I'll enjoy guessing at what each bit is. It might also vape alright if that's your thing as that tends to bring out more flavour.
Upgrade
But I'd be more likely to order a more expensive bit as while my budget is tight it's not quite that tight yet. The extra bucks are worth it to me.
That's my personal opinion but is in no way a slight on Radar Breeders bargain bucket nor anyone who doesn't have the extra (at least) 19 bucks for a half oz. Also worth noting RBs full priced buds are lovely.
Final Conclusion
Matched price for price I'd expect it's hard to beat. It's definitely much better than having no weed to smoke and definitely gets you stoned whilst sending you on a magical mystery tour. But personally I'd rather upgrade.

I’m smoking it just now, blast in a bong it’s all good🤣. Worth the cash for sure, and smoked with a little 1g extract at the weekend, happy days. Some of the expensive smoke is well overrated in my opinion. Just back from Amsterdam, purchased a pre roll, not house pre but a doughnut ( designer🤣). Rubbish. €65. I won’t name the shop as I’m not about that. 🤣
It's great value, completely agree. There's not many places will deliver weed at that price. Some of the expensive bits aren't worth it I agree, some are really nice though. I rarely buy top shelf stuff but some of it is fantastic as are some of the bargain bits I've had. That's the beauty of LB - there's so many options.

That's a good point. My consumption is now much more varied. I buy various hash, extracts RSO, D9 and vapes as well as buds. I had tried various things previously but never had a reliable supply of oddities until LB.

It depends how good the shake is really. Tbh I dont tend to mix quality bud with shake ...hash yes, I mix that in sometimes.... again tbh the shake /trim is so good you don't need to. GCs silver bubble is a perfect example, yes no bag appeal but it smells..and smokes just as good as bud. Expect a few small twigs but lots of pop corns and I even got a couple of nice nugs in mine this time. I honestly think you'll be surprised....and it sure gets you stone.

Taper in CBD bud for the nicotine, gradually? Eventually it's 100% cannabis and then you may as well be vaping. Budget CBD bud (smalls, mixed, or heavy discount etc) make it affordable. Happy to make some recco's if you like

I found the best way to give up the baccie is to just stop. I tried various different ways to consume my greens after and found smoking shake suits me . Like you BigRoo I thought I would be using the cheap stuff as a filler and mixing the good stuff in but ive been pleasantly surprised by the quality of trim.and shake. Yes there is some rubbish out there but ive found about 3 good suppliers of good trim/shake and stick with them now. Also it makes me question why have i not been smoking this before.
I have to say ace, you've got me thinking. I've been aggro anti-shake (aka trim round here) since tbh my first and only experience. From TGT, no shade, but it was fucking awful - mildewy-mushroomy hay-smelling misery - but I was naïve and knew no better so sucked it up and rode the quite gnarly headband high until I could next get something better. Assumed I should have known better than to expect a genuine bargain, and learned just to avoid the stuff like the plague... but, honestly, whenever I spy a profusion of fat milky trichomes on a sugar leaf I wonder whether just maybe I'm missing a trick?

I think you should fateharder...you won't go wrong with GCs trim. I have never had a bad bit of trim/shake off the cat . It hits just like it should. .quite hard behind the eyes but quite uplifting and you can.get shit done! Plus i.find it hits quite hard because you're smoking it neat ...a single normal rizla blunt does me for a good couple of hour....i've been smoking 40 years so a pretty high tolerance

1. Big Roo - legend of the lil biggy, whose milkshake bars bring to the boys (and gals) to the yard. Honestly pal you make this place worth checking into even when you've got nothing to spend, and for that alone the respect on the name is plain.
2. Thoroughly approve of the sort of tidied up train of thought style - it's very engaging, very natural, so it pulls you along super organically. It's lovely, because often ganja reviews feel weirdly out of step with the vibe of consuming and enjoying cannabis: aspiring to rigid convention with the deployment of numeric ratings - which, frankly, mean fuck all - and segmenting the review into the arenas of aroma, flavour, and effect (my favourite is aesthetic. Like, yes, I can see it too. There are pictures. It's good for the blind though so I do support the inclusion. And tbf pictures get sent back to 2008 here so descriptions can be helpful) - each of which frequently get equal weighting and word count.... As if effects aren't fundamentally all that matter?? I've bought plenty of bud that smelled and tasted glorious, but did close to fuck all.... idfk.
3. As a budget bugger I feel seen, which is kinda uncommon and therefore pleasant. And I would too concur that +£10-14 is a worthwhile investment for 14g of good vs 14g of, naturally, very mixed quality product. Not that a mystery bucket isn't a fucking bucket of fun, because it is, especially if you enjoy the aromatic aspects but don't mind digging deep to unearth a terp or two.
4. I'd also suggest that specifically these kinds of takes are really important to share here: it's tricky for any one of us to get a read on the market, unless you have endless $ to pitch. It's all too easy to make disappointing decisions when seeking to scrimp a little, because you can only really know the level of quality you can achieve at differing price brackets by dropping hot wads of cash moneys, repeatedly. And even then you can probably never really know anything - phenotypes; 6x potency variance in tops vs bottoms, etc etcetc - but any little guidance is better than unprotected prodding at unknown orifices. Or, and I'm just saying... Or, those with sincerely-considered reference points referring to them in their reviews. Rather than the ultra-casual, oblique and fucking ambiguous "good shit", et al - just tell me what you know! Is it better or worse than similarly priced gear? That's the gold right there - and Big Roo digged it up. What a good egg.

It's really difficult to describe a taste, a smell and a feeling so I like the challenge. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm communicating what I want to or not so I appreciate your detailed reply here.
I actually sincerely agree about the challenge! I'm a dog for terpene profiles - I love how evocative the aroma and flavour of good ganja can be (not to mention how significantly both can impact the subsequent physical/psychoactive experience)

Definitely agree. The smell and flavour are critical to the overall cannabis experience. It's not just aromatherapy either but more entwined than that. Some of my favourite smokes are not the strongest ones but the tastiest.

They're using a default api function for coding the website which is supposed to be for when the temporary data will be lost when you switch page and if you go back it will be gone, continue is acknowledging you understand and know what you're doing and mean to do it, cancel is supposed to stop the switch and stay on the page so you don't lose data. Which is how it's set up for trying to close the window you type your review in, cancel on the pop up doesn't switch, and okay closes it back to the order page. The review button to bring up that menu doing the opposite is counter intuitive AND wrongly implemented is all it means

Its weird there being no pages and just infinite scrolling like facebook, and it doesn't seem to be random or based on prioritsing showing posts you haven't seen or are similar to what you like and review, or like there's so many little features and things that just any of them being done would be huge Ws for LB.
I'm falling into really liking this site, I just am dumbfounded its basically getting Neglect Tek'd like a bag of mushrooms, and like them, bearing amazing fruit.
There's not much better you can do to improve the situation for the shrooms growing situation and if anything could make it worse, but for LB there's so much easy low hanging fruit from like a decade of website development and trends, consumer experience data and expectations, features to improve customer and seller experience and safety and also to bolster and enhance the review process and it's reliability, and just a couple of basics done right would elevate the level of LB dramatically I think, but maybe there's some rhyme to their reason and they don't want it to become too easy and popular.
The eBay or Amazon of drugs is a title that's went around for stores before because of design and ease of shopping and the experience being like on them with sellers and reviews etc. Which its a weird comparisson but i get it and it invites a lot of scrutiny too, so appealing too easily to every average joe schmo with a phone is probably not a good gameplan, and I imagine they don't want to rock the boat considering how long they've been operating successfully now.
But that's my fully benefit of the doubt, honestly I don't believe that that's it though. It's just not well maintained and developed and is neglected hard is what i really feel, but hey those types can be and produce the best types, diamond in the rough. This just needs some cutting and polishing, toned up, and I've never had a better site and community for it. So close to greatness it hurts.

Ordered from seller, and order was listed as ‘sent’. A couple of days later, the seller got in touch to ask for the address - it turns out that the order had not actually been dispatched, and the seller could no longer see the address details. I recontacted the seller when the item had not arrived two weeks later, and they said they were sorry, they had not yet sent it but were sending it now. The dispute window soon closed, but I trusted that they were in fact sending it and so did not raise a dispute in the remaining time. About a week later, a parcel arrived - but it contained nothing but some tissues!! Why would the seller spend postage to send me only tissues!!?? Have tried to contact seller, but they have stopped responding to my messages after simply saying that it is a strange situation…

You can request a late dispute by commenting on the vendor page I believe. Although I've never done this myself so I'm not sure how the process looks. Hopefully someone else on LB will pick up on this and explain it.
There used to be some way you can request a late dispute. Unsure if it is still the case. If so, there is probably a borg somebody can point you to.
Going forward stick to this rule:
Never, ever, ever allow a vendor to persuade you not to raise the dispute if you have not received the product for any reason. It makes the whole escrow thing pointless. You are paying for the escrow within the price of the product.
If it arrives, you can cancel the dispute with the click of a button.

If this isn't all the evidence you need to avoid this vendor, I'm not sure what more you want! If it actually turns up, thats good for you, but if you ever have problems, and want to speak to the vendor, please reread the title, as he couldn't care less. If you'd then like to marry it with the fact that he was "online yesterday" you can see he's vending whilst specifically not using messenger. Good luck. (7 May 25)

GC is a one cat band trying to deal with his well earned vendor success and his daily life at the same time. Comms take second place to getting the orders out but his dispute rate is zero and his rep 100% because he doesn't let anyone down. So i had some ultra cheap bud I bought here, different vendor - bud that I highly suspect of being infused with an artificial terpene concentrate - and left overnight in water it produced a layer of scum (smelly jelly?) on the top of the water.

I made one comment, because really.. who water cures a £30 oz of shake..then you stepped in. What can you actually expect for that price and no one else really seems to have any issue with it. I don’t even buy shake, it doesn’t make sense to me, just buy some bud.

I have encountered ona contamination from multiple sellers and i suspect they buy in bulk from the same ona-using-prats. So 30£ for an oz is ok if you know it needs to cure. But to use that shit uncured is a disservice to you health. You haven't used this shake and i have. You can make fun of me and put my frankly very kind score on display but i know what im doing.

ONA products don’t just cover up smells, they actually get rid of them permanently!
ONA products are regularly used at dispensaries to cover up the smell of cannabis.
ONA products are powerful stuff and they work incredibly well at neutralizing smells in your living areas, but I wanted to warn you about one thing…
Never let ONA products share air with your flowering cannabis plants! ONA products are so strong they do not have to physically touch your buds in order to have a permanent effect on their taste and smell.
Never put Ona Gels near cannabis plants when they're flowering (making buds)
If air which has been treated with ONA Gel comes in contact with your buds for a significant amount of time, the treated air will begin to permanently change the taste/smell of the buds (giving them a perfume-like smell and taste). This happens even if the ONA and cannabis buds never touch each other.
If ONA Gel is kept in your tent or grow room throughout the entire flowering stage, the effect can be overwhelming and buds may smell like ONA Gel or taste like perfume or chemicals after harvest.
ONA products do not need to actually touch buds to affect their smell and give them a bad, chemical or perfume-like taste
This is because the ONA gel actually binds to smells instead of covering them up. Smells are permantly changed when they come in contact with ONA products. I used to get banging Skullcap OG. Then it started tasting of mothballs. the dude growing it had got so good they could smell it drying half way down the street. He started using mothballs to cover the smell, and the weed took on this taste and smell taking it from 11/10 to 1/10. Sadly he gave up in the end due to the smell.

The current culture of giving, sometimes being directly requested to, and the inference that the only option is to give 10/10 is not useful.
If vendors only want 10/10 then there is no difference between qualities of products.
Yeah, there’s a correlation between price and rating, and 10/10 for £50 bud is not the same as 10/10 for £100 but it’s not really useful as a metric at this point and makes it difficult to make informed decisions.
This is further exacerbated by vendors requesting 10/10, and the fact that if you don’t give that you might be barred from ordering from them.
So what’s the fix? More granular rating system maybe, where product is divorced from comms/vendor/p&p etc.

What I do to satisfy both the future buyers and vendors is to just give them a 10/10 but give a longer and more thorough review with good and bads about the product

I’ve seen a vendor openly complain about a 9/10 rating that seemed justified. Like you’ve suggested, if the rating could be split between services, like service - stealth - value - quality
That way you could rate for each and the overall vendor rating isn’t tarnished if people honestly rate the quality.

The best, easiest and cheapest way is to get a vinyl sticker cut, most printers do it. It will cut the shape you like and then you have to apply application tape. Then remove the backing leaving it stuck to the application tape. Once you have done that you can stick it to the wall. Remove the application tape and you have a sticker. Only problem is that sometimes it's a nightmare sticking to glossy paint. I've done hundreds of them. I wouldn't pay more than £15 - £25 for a big sticker and if you can make sure you use 3M vinyl. It's the best stuff IMO.

Monty Python's Life of Brian, piss yourself laughing from start to finish, then spend the next two hours singing 'Always look on the bright side of life'.
Anything directed by Wes Anderson! Such vibrant colourful movies that really pop when you're high. And they're filled with hilarious moments.
The Cornetto trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World's End), all hilarious on their own and even more so when baked.
Dazed and Confused. Awesome coming of age movie set in the 70's with lots of pot and hilarious shenanigans.

Movieswise i dive into street kings (keanu reeves), training day (Denzel) thats what i like, unless its a get baked friday night with the Mrs then pineapple express, next friday, usual cult classics, the other woman (cameron diaz, couples retreat etc..) ;) try this. go to google type in movies like e.g "pineapple express" and it will suggest similar genre movies with a good list.

I love a bit of Rick & Morty when I'm stoned, but when it comes to films, the dafter the better. Recently watched Harold & Kumar go to Whitecastle. By no means a classic, but enjoyable while high.

He uses drugs like DMT which are reflected directly into the movie so you feel think you feel them too (depends on how high you are ahaa).
This is just the first half of the movie as something happens.
Then in the second half, it’s a hauntingly beautiful psychedelic experience and you watch the rest as his spirit. You go in and out his physical and spiritual world of existence. In the physical he watches people he cares about like his sister. But, in the spiritual world he goes back to his childhood and re-lives his trauma/experiences that moulded him.

LD&R as an anthology is superb. Its visually stunning and the writing is incredibly creative. In a world full of remakes and reboots it restored my faith in tv/film. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It feels a bit surreal spending that much on 5g of hash but I have been meaning to try hashin for a while now and went ahead and ordered this. Will let you lot know if it’s worth the money
Hi! the price of this hash is indeed a bit expensive. hashish making (in bulk quantities) requires A LOT of cannabis plants. the hash was produced by a fellow hashishin, out of thc rich hybrid and land race genetics combined. unlike land race hash making in producing countries - where cannabis grows in enormous fields, growing almost naturally in some places with minimum intervention or (money) investment by the farmers and little to non law enforcement interference. this hash was produced locally, the plants grown in a partly controlled climate, using organic fertilizers, love, attention and fine hash making techniques. (bulk) hash making also takes a good amount of time and effort. I wouldn't necessarily call this hash "next level" or say it's closer to concentrates in strength. it is a really good, clean, pure and potent high quality hashish. coming from the producer of my previous "Desert Beauty' and "Dragonfly" hash types. it's also very unique since hash usually being made out of either hybrid or land race genetics - our fellow hash maker like to mix them together - high quality land race with potent hybrids combined. we have a few hash grades around here - I used to bring only the best of the land race selection since it's A) Not so common around the world. and B) I can offer friendly prices on it while still making a profit. after recognizing a demand for higher quality hybrid hash and willingness to pay for it (other EU vendors offer hash types from 22 to 30$ per gram) I've started making efforts to source some of the top drawer quality as well. to sum it all up - top quality hash costs more than landrace hash. I also have the costs of stealth packaging and of an express tracked international shipping, and of course fees. we do have even higher quality of hash around here, what one might call "next level hash" with potency that is closer to concentrate indeed, it is usually strain specific and it costs closer to concentrate too. I'm making efforts to source this top end gear to my shop in sensible prices. bottom line, I'm trying to keep prices the lowest I can while still making a profit, I appreciate the attention and love I'm getting here on LB and do my best to give it back. Cheap Cali does exist and will be in the form of organic / sun grown or greenhouse. Cali is expensive because of how much time and energy is put into these small personally catered grows. That plus importing it is where the high prices come in. Besides really really top stuff sells at no joke $500 a Oz in the USA so when stuff of that quality comes here you bet your ass it's going to be expensive. Branded/unbranded can add to the prices but at the end of the day that age old saying of what you pay is what you get is especially relevant.

Personally I treat the UK/Dutch/Cali distinctions more like a grading system now compared to where it was actually sourced, and I'm sure most vendors do the same too. Seeing as anyone with enough know how and the proper set up can match actual Cali dispensary grade, the environment it's grown in is entirely simulated, unless it's sun grown the geographic location in which it was grown is pretty irrelevant IMHO
Ultimately, it's just a premium price for a brand name; just like with clothing, fashion etc. Before it went legal (rec) in Cali, I used to get imports from there a lot. Firstly, it worked out cheaper for high end and secondly, you could get outdoor/greenhouse of an excellent quality. That doesn't tally with the packaged/branded nonsense. If it decently priced outdoor/gh cali, I'll grab it (I'm convinced the full spectrum light from the actual sun brings out a fuller high, even if outdoor smokes can be harsher) but if I'm after top end indoor/hydro, I stick to UK. Like the craft beer scene, the best UK products can readily compete with the best US ones... and the journey to your rolling tray will involve less man-handling of the delicate goods!

Something to bear in mind when you find cheap cali in the packs is whether it has the official silver seal. As a quick search on eBay for cali weed packs brings loads of them up delivered from China so you could be buying anything and they just put it in a pack to sell it as cali. Saying that most the stuff I have had around the £50 - £60 range has always been mid/top quality. The other thing I have heard on the grape vine is that all the official bud from cali gets brought through these vape shops we see everywhere, as a lot of them are American companies. That's just something I have heard being said by a couple people(so if you want cali just ask the guy behind the counter of your local vape shop lol)

I will always stick to my point of cali weed been over hyped apart from a select few names, and even then vendors are pricing them up a lot more than what they are worth. UK are killing it right now with some amazing grows same with dutch sooner people recognise that the better tbh.
I find cali weed is expensive, but usually here you really do get what you pay for and the cali bud from the popeofdope is always top quality and always strong hitters and flavours.
