Hello we are a very big vendor but new here.

We have been open for about a week but are getting literally zero visibility?

We are trying to do topic posts and stuff but nobody even sees them and we are not on the wall.

Can someone please help?

We had a few disputes it says 1.3 percent but we definitely haven't had 13 disputes and we've had over 1000 orders this is definitely wrong and I think only 1 or 2 have won the disputes this is because they have raised the dispute to scam us then ignored our messages after trying to sort this out has been left as a bad mark on our name .. we have a 9.2 out of ten rating from over 1000 orders this is very hard to achieve unless you give everyone free stuff and generally lick ass .9.2/10 is a great score but apparently this is too low to be on the wall .it's impossible to keep everyone happy but we try our best we honour all of our orders and send out all off the parcels on time
.we have only our best ten products listed now and have stopped doing international orders(.as all the dispute were people being impatient with deliverys that nearly always arrive ).we think this is very unfair and need to be on the wall to be able to sell and get out ratings up above 9.2 . basically a year of hard work has gone out of the window and we have to start again .even our regular customers cannot find us to order as we are nowhere to be found on the site . If we had 8/10 or less I'd understand but this seems ridiculous. We need to be back on the wall asap we have worked hard for this business and now lost all of our regulars the dispute and rating system is flawed and abused by people that open multiple accounts to scam people . People shouldn't be able to dispute or leave a rating untill they are an established buyer .totally unfair in all aspects. Sure ly the point of the rating system is so someone can see your rating and reviews and decide themselves if they want to buy from the vendor not to remove sellers of there rating slips below 9.3 even if there honest and doing a good job overall .yes remove scammers from the site and buyers who set up accounts biy one item then dispute to get there money back rinse repeat etc . This is the reason we have been removed of you look at our feedback all the bad feedbacks and disputes are from impatient international buyers or 1 time accounts that this is there first and second buy . We need to be back on the wall so we can continue to sell to our regular customers and new ones that like our products and reviews .it is impossible to keep everyone happy and 9.2 is a good rating on any website whether it be a restaurant / hotel / venue whatever 9.2 would be a great rating why is it different on here .. we need to reinstated onto the wall asap

your reports are gold my loves, they are far less toxic than pooping on our communities thoroughfares.

yet our scales are often tipped with fool's gold. and while your allegations may seem obvious and your motives pure you haven't considered all of the <24 karat possibilities.

so please keep us informed of anything dodgy but understand that a professional clean up means scrubbing all of the cracks a family never even sees.

we do seem to be attracting some nasties from the darker depths of the interwebs right now, it appears their ship sunk even lower than where it had been sailing previously.

there may often be a real bigga or 2 in these hordes but this takes time. in the meantime please watch out for the nastties:

the algos catch most of this deceit but beware too much too soon with sizes - buying or selling.

sellers simply need to do a good job and they succeed very quickly here. unless you have hard facts wait for your fellow biggaz to confirm anything.
