Actually you have point there, the seller did just ask for my address again without telling me why and I assumed it's because it hadn't been sent.

So maybe they just wanted to check tracking but then again, I didn't ask for tracking so it's a bit weird they'd check, wouldn't they assume everything they send should arrive and not need to check, unless the buyer says otherwise?

They're a new seller as well as side from YEARS old reviews and I wanted to give them a rub with a good review and get the ball moving for them but it hasn't turned out well

They're a new seller and I don't really want to rain on their parade if they have made a genuine mistake

if they're not professional with me asking for the refund I'll 100% name drop them though 👍

I get someone getting swamped with orders but the thing is the seller is basically a new seller, they last listed something years and years ago and their new listing has no reviews... I guess they could be busy selling outside LB?

Also they sent me the message asking for my address 3 days after they set it to sent, so they're not exactly rushing to sort it out either way.

I feel like something is wrong as they don't really come online either. They skip days, so they can't be checking if they have orders or messages.

Talking of messages I responded to theirs yesterday and they haven't responded or been online today, I'm not feeling any urgency from them to sort it out.

Yeah it's best to assume ignorance over maliciousness.

I'm sure they're not scammers or anything like that it's just they're new sellers so I thought I was kind of getting the ball rolling for them and when you buy from someone who's trying to make a name for themselves you kind of expect them to pull out the stocks a little bit so good word gets round.

I think the reason it's extra annoying is just that it took them three days between it being marked as sent to asking me for my address again, as if they're not that bothered.

That and they've not come online today to check messages so I'm not feeling any urgency to sort it out.

It was an oz as well. ☹️

Anyone but the gentleman dealers and strainsburys
