I remember when I got some blue gelato from ULC I had multiple people approach Saying it’s loud asking where I got the bud from and what it was. One of them has become somewhat of a friend now just from that lol
Fascism meshes very easily with “free” market capitalism and hierarchical structure in general (see the Catholic Church) - the financial returns on fascism is everything you see around you today: extractionist imperialism, monopolies, commodification of all things, etc.
So I had covid for the beginning of March and it's screwed up my senses of taste and smell.
Lots of things have taken on a weird bitter taste, and I can't really smell anything.
The biggest change by far is weed. My unsmoked stash doesn't smell of anything...but smoking it tastes and smells of burnt vomit. Weed smells COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to me now. Walking into a room where smoking has occurred makes me want to throw up. I only hope this is temporary. This will lead to a tolerance break I desperately need, but am in no fucking mood for.
I've lost family friends and relatives to covid, but this is more annoying.
Happy to report highness unaffected. I have switched to my dry herb vaporizer. I'm getting zero taste/smell from the vapour which sucks, but it's better than how smoking tastes at the moment. Like an anchovy's cunt.
I got a similar symptoms when I had covid. Thankfully it wore off a week or two after recovery. This is only my experience though. My wife who doesn’t smoke weed lost her sense of smell and taste for longer but had no other symptoms. Where as it knocked me on my ass for best part of a week. Hope you are now on the mend brother.
More people kill themselves than people who are murdered. Tobacco, alcohol , obesity and prescription drugs are the biggest killers of our time. Just avoid those and you have a great chance of getting old and being healthy;)
"Mrs President during the last administration over 2 million innocent Americans died from a government controlled system that profits the largest political patrons in the country what are you going to do about it?" "Next Question" "Some guy in a turban ..."
An increasing number of people around the world are remembering the 5th of November and each year the memories evoked diverge.
In 1605 (Guy Fawkes Day -1), a group of rebels including the famous one now on the mask, had an idea: blow up the English Parliament with King James in it, presumably to start over afterwards over with a government closer to the people. The "Gunpowder Plot" failed when Fawkes was discovered "guarding" his bomb.
James felt this operational shortcoming was further proof of his divine right to rule and it is the celebration of Fawke's failure that is the basis of the holiday. For 3 centuries it was mandatory to celebrate the squashing of rebellion and burn an effigy of Fawkes; the popular masks are actually a prop, part of the fun that surrounds an otherwise chilling reminder of what happens to rebels in England.
It wasn't until the 1980s that Alan Moore's V for Vendetta character started the backfiring of the intended celebration of Guy Fawkes day. As a modern day Guy Fawkes V exploded empty buildings and only shed the blood of those that had previously hurt him personally. The classic graphic novel was made into a film and in the 21st century Guy Fawkes masks were used by protestors as a means to build upon the emotions of the V character and achieve the anonymity that characterises the contemporary pursuit of freedom. Online activists Anonymous used the mask to transpose their characters from text to video.
When online rebels created the darknet as a new kind of haven, the symbolism of November 5th was brought along with proclamations and celebrations on the day itself (with free drugs replacing bonfires). The anonymity of V has become an even stronger symbol in this realm where anonymity is an existential condition. Then the King struck back.
On November 5th 2014 the darknet was struck by operation Onymous, with American and allied law enforcement shutting down sites, seizing bitcoins, and arresting de-anonymized participants. The rebels were virtually executed.
More than any other day November 5th is a living dialogue between people and government. It has evolved from England and gunpowder to worldwide networks and masked protestors.
There is no reason to believe anyone will ever forget the 5th of November.
So i believe i received the message long time a go when i did my 1st share. But didn't even paid attention to it. So I created an account on transaxe and copied the number that was there to my sharing and payment processor. Probably need to create a new LB account?
Do the new user need to make a purchase , or is it when the user clicks the link with the referral code on it and starts browsing the site , any help would be appreciated, I have shared a lot of referral ads and I’m not sure if the new user had to make a transaction or just browse the site for the referral to work . Thanks in advance :)
Ok, so I have had a nightmare with BTC today. I normally just send payment via BittyLicious direct to the vendor with minimal fees, quick and simple. Last time I ordered i decided to make payments via my own wallet so I could buy extra BTC and start building a little pot for myself. I made a small purchase which was at the time just under £45 and exodus network fee was well under £1 so today i have bought more BTC than usuall to reduce BittyLicious fees and build that pot. Then the nightmare started. Well first the coins would not confirm untill I disabled my vpn, which made me miss cut off time and reduce my security! and then when they do clear i go to send a little under £75 and the fukers charge me over £8. Why are the fees so much more? What wallets are you guys/gals using and what are the fees like?
The same thing happened to me this morning, bittylicious charged me 10 for 70, every time i tap the get coins button the price jumped up to silly amounts and the day before i had to cancel 3 orders because of problems with card authorisations, I'm looking for a more transparent and cheaper way to buy btc.
I use Exodus, and you can set your own network fee. They tried to charge me £7.10 earlier for a £30 transaction. I changed this to less than £2, and the transaction still went through in less than 15 minutes.
If you're using the mobile app, go into settings and switch on 'custom fees', then in the screen where you conduct the transfer, click on 'advanced options' and you'll get a slider with which you can reduce the network fee.
Thanks for the info about changing fee I had previously looked for this in Exodus but never found it but with a bit of extra searching now found it. Have you ever tried sending with fees set in the very low category? I’ve gone down to the bottom of low and that seems to work fine but not sure whether to risk very low.
Thanks for that info, wish i had read this post an hour ago, just paid £7 for a £71 shop via exodus (1st time using exodus) guess the only way to test it is to turn the fees down to the minimum and see how long the transfer takes, but if blockchain is very busy do we run the risk of missing our order window wishing we had paid more on fees, fees have never been so high hope they start falling soon.
Yeh this just happened to me with Exodus. Use Crypto to buy BTC then send to Exodus wallet. When I first joined fees were fairly minimal (£2-3 max) but they’ve shot up of late and now it’s costing about £10 in fees. £55 Henry’s are now basically £65 which is just too much IMO. I’ve no idea about other coins etc but there’s got to be a better way than BTC. If things don’t improve I’ll definitely be cutting back on my spending on here.
You should! I for one would jump on it and I know a lot of others who would as well. Especially 'proper' UK Cheese (if possible to get seeds for) would have to be the number 1 'sell out in no time' strain. All growers on LB - I urge you to do it, you won't regret it!
So im turning 40 and making health changes for the better. Oje is to stop smoking altogther. When I saw vapes I thought perfect. I can still get my thc for my insonmia. Ive been using a number of vapes off here. However this past week ive been feeling unwell. My throat is on fire too and wheezy. (Might not be connected). However i stated looking into thc vaping. Apparently the vaping health issues in america are all thc vape related though being represented as nicotine vaping my the media. Possible 2 issues. 1 - shitty cheap carts that leak heavy metals. 2 - being cut with dangerous thinners. Watch this video it explains a bit. I looking to see if anyone knows more about this. I want to avoid any health risks. Information is key. Im considering ditching the whole vaping and moving to edibles though thats an expensive way to manage my insonmia. Or maybe just learn to make my own carts. Any ideas?
Like everyone else is pointing out... vaping THC is fine. It's vitamin E acetate you want to watch out for. It was a serious, but unintentional error IMO. Lesson learned by that whole industry by this point, so much less to worry about. That said, black market carts will always be a bit of an unknown, who know what the next scare is. Much easier (and probably safer) just to vape unadulterated extract by itself; plus it gets the job done much quicker!
