I placed an order but it says unpaid and expired . The vendor has told me to get in touch with LB but LB has asked me to contact the vendor directly who has said that they can’t help . I have paid the funds via paxful and have proof of payment . Can anyone help
I don’t have that dispute option available as the order is expired and says unpaid just hope the vendor can be helpful and not just pocket the money . They haven’t responded to my various messages today so it’s not looking too good
The wallet address that your funds will have been sent to is auto generated by transaxe so it wont be your vendors wallet address as the funds haven't went to them. If your order has expired, in our experience the funds will bounce back into the wallet they came from.
Thankyou . But that hasn’t happened .I received a message from transaxe saying that the payment went through and they had an LB order number but the vendor doesn’t recognise it .. wants the order page which I do have !! Anyway I have given up on it now as it is now doing my head in .. Thankyou
