Hi Biggas. We have heard it said many times on here that reputation is EVERYTHING. When deciding to make a purchase, positive reviews are perhaps the main driver in that decision making process. We are surprised that the reviews - which are anonymous - are open to abuse, either targetted perhaps from rival vendors, or just from disgruntled individuals. We were very proud of our review score which was close to the best on here, until a few days ago we received a 1/10 score from someone who made the comment "Never received it so, cant speak for its quality". This 1/10 scoring had the effect of reducing our aggregate from like 9.8 or 9.9/10 to 9.4/10. If the person who posted that score had been arsed to contact us first before posting a review he would have learned that we offer a 100% replacement service for lost packages. Not sure if there is any way of changing reviews, but if the person is reading this contact us and we will honour our promise, even if the review can't be changed. It strikes us that the system is open to abuse, particularly - as we mentioned above - from rival vendors low scoring others product.
