Hi everyone, I wanted to ask and get your personal opinion — what do you think about the placebo effect when it comes to the taste of different types of weed? For example, personally, I’m not someone who’s easily influenced, but sometimes when I buy weed and it's supposed to taste like strawberry, I either really feel the flavor or I think it’s just a lie. I've no doubt this will be taken down within five minutes but for the sake of the community I thought I'd try.

I'm an established account, nearly two years over 100 sales well over 100 buys.

1 settled dispute as a buyer
None as a seller

As you know my link no longer has interest in selling to me ( fine) so I braved another international seller and ordered 100g frozen.

To be frank I wasn't expecting much. Dodgy emails from the office, order marked sent on the day of order.

Waited 13 days, and received a package through the post. The package contained an old french book with the middle cut out and 3-4 grams of old ancient weed.

Opened a dispute. Had no interest in engaging with the seller as they are just clearly straight up conmen.

Order auto settled, I received initially what I thought was a full refund. On later investigation, just a 10% refund.

The seller is newish to biggy and has just ten sells.

I contact auto settlement dickhead, to ask as I genuinely thought it was a clerical error.

I was told that I have "26" times the average number of disputes which is crazy.

So the settlement algo decides a new account with 10 sells gets to rip people off for 700 dollars, Vs an old established account with over 200 direct user purchases or interactions.

I messaged the auto Borg as genuinely thought it was a.maitake to be told they think that's reasonable.

I've paid thousands in escrow fees, both ways and the one time I need the system to protect me it utterly let me down.

I'm writing this as warning really. A once loved site allows a protocol for new accounts to rip people off.

It has to stop.

I don't for a second think the buggy team might reach out, I'm posting this as a genuine warning to all.

Sadly, after two years and hundreds of interactions I'll be closing the account next week.

I've loved it, it's been a blast and hopefully the eco system improves for those remaining behind.
