Sorry, but your Manifesto is just words. Biggy terms trump vendor terms. Biggas can dispute in any event…

Just like I’m aware even if it was tracked and he disputed he’d still get my money.

LOL.

Dispute system is broken and at the end of the day as in any economy consumers bear the cost which is why biggy prices are a lot higher then any dark net market with a functional dispute system based on facts

Well, you're wrong. Dispute is based on reputation. A new user with only 1 order that has been disputed will almost certainly lose the dispute, unless the vendor has a terrible reputation.

Also, yes my manifesto

Are you aware there is a “terms and conditions of sale and guarantees” section when making a listing?

Because I also have it in capital letters inside of that.

Your terms are second to LB terms.
Some sellers get away with stamps, but you still need to refund or reship non arrivals like every retailer does, so maybe just stop offering untracked services?

Hi all, over 4 yrs with LB.
4th March paid $108
11th advised that still had not received delivery. Told it would come, btw I'm in Ireland & so is the vendor.
14th March advised still no delivery & enquired about the tracking.
The vendor again rude as hell informs me there's no tracking & that I was a scammer & there would be no redelivery to which I informed him how shit his attitude was & to which he then told me " to watch my cheeky fuckin mouth & to bring my scam some where else & to see what happens if I keep playing with him"
This is no way to treat any one on this site l've been on LB over 4 yrs, had to step up a new ac last year.
Paid for a product, received nothing but abuse, rudeness & false accusations ..I'm not a scammer & have plenty of purchases to proof this.

keep your panties on, with 1 order there dispute goes nowhere
