You need to stay within the dispute process. When you place an order a dispute button appears on your order page 9 days after it being marked as sent. If it hasn’t arrived, you can click this tab and open a dispute to protect your coin and ensure a refund if there is no resolution. However, there is a clear time window for the dispute period and yours will have expired. Is there a reason why you didn’t open a dispute? You should never fail to open the dispute based on a promise from the vendor because you can always cancel the dispute if it’s resolved.
The only option for you now outside of the normal process is to request a late dispute. To do this go to the vendors page and open a new topic with the headline ‘request late dispute’. In the text show the date of the order and the order number and today’s date. Then include in a single sentence the reason for the dispute i.e. goods not received. The Borgs will pick up your request from there.
Good luck.
