I agree at the moment the NHS is useful. Before they had bull shit clap for hero's to distract from lack of PPE and medics dying as a result. Just as soon as things settle down there will be that 180 hypocritical jump back to the usual doctor bashing. Pay them less and work more and before you know no one will work in this country anymore and go elsewhere.
I think once biden legalizes it on a federal level in the US the British govt will follow soon. I think with cannabis clinics opening. The so called cbd stuff is I think a soft opening for these things cause the British as a society need to accept things slowly. And with everything collapsing another form of taxation will seem very lucrative to the govt.
Alcohol cause 30% of nhs work legalising weed will cause nothing of the sort - BTW the first person who actually made marijuana illegal was a US inspector called Aslinger and he had trump like thinking - the immigrants bring their bad habits and they are bad ppl and bring their drugs with them. I love your optimism on the UK gov doing anything good for its people - even if it's just for profit. Back ten years ago, Boris said in an interview that cannabis should be legalised, but now he's in charge, he's taken that back to stay in favour with party politics. It's my dream to open up a shop in the UK and use it as an education base to spread the truth about cannabis but I have no idea if this dream is ever gonna come true - and what do I do in the meantime? Ignoring messages after they cancelled order on me
So I have well over 30 buys with urban leaf co. I put one bad review up of something the other day. So I thought it might be me so I ordered again. For then urban leaf to then message me saying they’ve had no complaints from other people (don’t care about other people think) they then cancelled the order and I still haven’t had my money back. They have been online throughout the day and are just ignoring my messages now. I hate to do this after I have well over 30 buys with them but I feel there’s no other option.
If you'd of gave me a chance to reply to your messages I would have. But you didn't so here we are.
Obviously we've been online throughout the day doing orders and responding to current order queries. Your order was cancelled so I was responding to more urgent messages regarding orders as i would imagine most vendors do.
We don't clock off at cut off. There's more orders to pack, post offices to visit, postboxes to go to etc. That's all before we then have to switch to 'life' mode, we're people after all! A lot of people will have noticed I tend to reply around this time on a Friday night before I clock off fully for the evening.
Now about your order. Your post makes it seem like the cancellation was abrupt and due to feedback you left us. This is not the case at all as you know Sammy.
A customers order, experience, opinion is entirely theirs to have. We expect honest feedback as does any vendor and we certainly don't reject orders based on feedback we're given. If this was the case we wouldn't have taken and completed your order for a gram of our Sour Tangie yesterday.
We we're very respectful and polite in the message we sent you before cancelling your order and we explained to you why we did this. It was not cancelled because of your feedback.
You ordered a custom order variety pack which contained 1g of Sour Candy Amnesia and 1g of Mimosa. The Amnesia you stated you enjoyed, however you said the Mimosa made you sick and you discarded it. You never conversed with us via private message at all in regards to this.
Today you placed an order for 2g of the Mimosa. As explained in my message to you, this is the exact same batch as you were sent in the days previous. We also said in our message that over the time we've had this Mimosa we've sold a great deal here and elsewhere and no one has came to us and said it made them poorly. Like I said in my message to you we wouldn't put money above a customers health and sell anything that made them ill. As you've said above you dont care what other people think but this isnt the reason I told you. It was so you could see that it only seemed to effect you in such a way where you had no choice but to put it in the bin.
I therefore cancelled your order because as said earlier it was the same batch but you ordered double the amount this time. It saves you putting it in the bin. I was completely confused by the fact you doubled up the order to 2g this time to check whether or not it was just you. Again you never messaged us about this or even to ask if there was a different batch available or if anyone else experienced what you had.
Also in regards to your payment. Please don't think or make others think we're holding onto your money. You'll probably be aware that transaxe hold funds for a period of time to protect customers. Your initial payment went to transaxe therefore I'd expect them to deal with your refund if it isnt returned immediately. We've never had to cancel an order before so I couldnt advise you on your bitcoin situation. I would have told you all of this via a private message in response to your 5 messages but as I said I was busy rushing around.
Hopefully this clears it up for you or anyone else you were wanting to read this post on our wall. Im sorry you had to do this...

Yeah its quite a lot to read but I just wanted to be as clear as possible. Im not trying to take anyone for a ride, I'm just reiterating what I stated in a private message before this topic was created!
I did not just say it was cancelled. I explained why. I wasn't aware that you wouldn't be immediately refunded as like I've said I've not done it before since Littlebiggy implimented the cancel feature.
I can copy the message across to here if need be but It wasn't just cancelled at all. I wouldn't do that without any explanation whatsoever.
Its done now, this post and our responses to it are pointless. It's all done with. The order was cancelled. You've said I should have messaged you first and I did however you never messaged us before you placed the order or explained why you were reordering a strain which seems like it just isn't for you and made you poorly and lost money and bud because it had to be thrown away.
I just wanted to comment here so people could see we're not being devious and trying to take people's money or intentially trying to be difficult.

I never messaged you as it’s my first bad order in over 30 orders. You have been online throughout the day mate and only since I have written on here you then reply. I ordered the same as I thought maybe it could be me and I have NEVER had a bad order from you. Shouldn’t you have messaged me before you went onto the cancel the order mate ? Yeah I know, Ive just explained why I was online. I was still packing orders and flicking back and forth through messages.
I messaged you, I sent the message and then cancelled the order. I was busy packing and had to get it sorted to get everything out on time or we'd miss the last post. I didnt have the time to wait around for a response which may have taken hours. I was unaware refunds arent immediate.
Nothing is strange about it, Ive explained my reason in full for cancelling it. If it was due to feedback I would have cancelled yesterdays order would I not?
Ive wrote a lengthy post as Bigbum pointed out to cover everything, I did so in an inbox as well. I apologised for any inconvenience it might cause but its done.

I only order from ULC and 2 other vendors mate. And I usually like the mimosa hence why I re ordered it as I thought it could be me.. don’t see what the big problem is as it’s my money if I want it again to try I’m gonna order it and give another chance. I won’t just fob someone off because of one bad order in over 30 orders from the same vendor and over 100 buys on LB
Honestly, I have so much love for ULC. I suffer with a few medical issues and the only thing that has ever helped me is cannabis. A year ago, I found myself in a new area with no contacts and no way to get stuff. I got scammed on insta in desperation trying to find some so I could sleep, then someone told me about little biggy and ULC and I have never looked back. They provide such a reliable service and product that I would say they have saved me when no doctor could. Thank you ULC.
I know I’m not the only one, and you’ll see that from all the love that ULC gets here on LB, but I have to say once again that they really are a first class vendor, selling premium products and offering some of the best customer service found anywhere.
What you see is exactly what you get with the product - ULC are straight up and honest with each listing, including genuine photos, and everything I’ve had from them has been excellent, including what they have described as ‘budget’ lines. I’ve found that the description is modest, if anything, and the product is generally even better than described. The curing on all the flower I’ve had has been perfection, their stealth is top notch and shipping is prompt. Additionally, their menu is varied and is constantly updated with new lines. It’s like being in Amsterdam, except from the comfort of your own home.
Comms are super friendly and, most importantly, prompt. There have been a couple of issues with delivery, completely beyond ULC’s control and due to RM staff shortages and COVID restrictions, but ULC always ship promptly and as promised and keep in contact to provide updates. I’ve never felt in the slightest bit uncertain about what is happening and always feel reassured. ULC have always been completely upfront and always done the right thing by me as a customer. What more could I possibly ask for?
10/10 all round from me because it’s really, really good product, exactly as described and as I was expecting when buying, covered by true professionalism and fantastic customer service. ULC are here to be a superior vendor for superior products, not just take your money.

I second that if you get the chance you should try their mixed shake its awesome ,i just put an order in $45 for 7g i had to pinch myself incase i was dreaming. Always been a fan of mixing different weed into a joint and this way i get to try all their strains i even try to guess from the pictures what strain i am looking at lol Much love to the ULC guys :)
completely agree - gone are the days of waiting in Asda car parks for a person who may or may not turn up. ULC have given me a safe space and have taken me away from risky situations that, as a woman, might have been dangerous for me. i'm really enjoying learning about different strains via ULC and they've inspired me to look to the future and hopefully one day be able to open my own dispensary legally and celebrate cannabis as it should be :)
Our items are going to be relisted tomorrow ready for posting on Monday. The Brue Banner still needs curing for longer before it's up for sale but all our other strains are ready to go. We'll likely be listing our homemade brownies and cookies next week also after they've hhada test run from some of our customers :)
Huge, huge appreciation here for your commitment to providing top-notch products; I’m sure that there are vendors who wouldn’t wait until the product is perfectly cured before trying to make their buck but it’s testament to your professionalism and service that you’re waiting for the BB#3 to be perfect before listing for sale.
I’ve seen lots of posts casting doubt on the legitimacy of 10/10 ratings but everything I’ve had from ULC has been exactly as described, clean and perfectly cured, with a first-class customer service to boot, so always deserving of top marks.
Some of our Special Deliveries posted yesterday are running late. This is due to not all mail being processed last night because of staff shortages.
