Still quite odd buying online even though I've been doing it for some time. Told my brother about it and ordered a pack for him, when it actually turned up it blew his mind so much he's got brain damage now.

I googled 'how to buy weed in the UK' as the street source I had got nicked. I found a search result that was a small article about scam websites and gave a list of those that were found to be scam. At the bottom, it then mentioned 2 or 3 sites that were legit, LB being one of them.
I spent the next few months lurking and reading and plucking up the courage to order. i then spent a while sorting out a source of crypto, then bottled it again for about a month. I finally went for it with an order from TGT with some hash. It arrived the next day. That was Nov 2020. I'm now on 100+ orders.
I've since got a mate signed up and soon my sister will be on LB.

I also thought scam as it was clear web and website even looked dodgy at first, didn't know what would happen but with the reviews from trustpilot and on here, using bitcoin for purchases and stuff it just tempted me now on like order 30 don't have to buy dry ass dog from my local anymore

Yeah since I wrote that post i've been much luckier and found some decent vendors, big shout out to; The Gentleman Dealers, Mad Dabber and Dr Greenthumb who all had decent service and stuff :D Also I tried Greencat and had a mixed experience, but now that you mention it The Spacemen were decent too ;)

A work colleague told me about it so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised and have been using LB ever since.
I'd seen a website in the news supposed to be selling weed. I'd started looking through reviews, which were mixed, but ultimately it seemed like it was a scam. Certainly at best a roll of the dice. Eventually I read a comment on a forum that said something like, "ignore all these sites and go little biggy. You can thank me later." Except I can't thank them as I've no idea where I read the comment. Certainly I should thank them as I've ordered all sorts of bits n bobs in the short time I've been a member since. Maybe I should write up my own beginners experience at some point as my mind had been blown by LB and the community here. There's loads of things I'm looking forward to trying next.

A popular online blog links to lb in the newsletter. After rifling through various pages here, I figured it looked legit and made an order. Nearly a year later and I'm never going back to a plug, ahaha.
There was some forum I found that lists all the websites that have scammed ppl out of weed online, a few people on there pointed at this being the only legit place to buy so after a few searches I couldn't find anyone saying theyve had a bad experience on here so tried it out during pandemic/lockdown and haven't bought any off the street since :)

Went into my mates yard to buy some bud, he just took my phone, created me an acc, logged in and said 'the buds nice but they still can't beat my prices' and I've never bought bud off him again. Baffles me why he put me on here but sure glad he had that dull moment.
After moving from one area to another in the UK I went from having a really good plug who I had used for years with a consistent supply of good quality weed to working my way up through street level dealers trying to find nice weed, everything I was picking up was really bad quality compared to what I used to pick up back home, so I started doing a bit of research and searching online and found some websites that seemed and I had heard where legit. I tried 2 other clear net sites that at first was okay but then the quality was inconsistent and wasn’t worth the extra premium compared to the local dealers prices. Then I stumbled upon LB I had looked at it a while ago and could have sworn it was a scam it looked too good to be true! but though fuck it what’s the worse that can happen I seen green cat’s exodus cheese and as i had not seen any cheese for a long time and it was at a reasonable price I placed a order, 3-4 days passed and I was almost certain it was a scam but one Saturday morning it turned up! Never looked back since

I find it fascinating that governments happily admit to chemtrails be used aswell as geoengineering yet it's still called a conspiracy. The war in Ukraine can go back to 2008 when they first stated their intention to join Nato. Putin reiterated then how that would unfold so we pushed the button again in 2014. I only see it ending with either Ukraine giving up the 4 Oblasts and agreeing to never join Nato or.. Russia surrender due to it escalating and somehow we avoid nuclear catastrophe. Both choices are so wide apart im not sure what could make up the middle ground.

If Ukraine was to surrender their lands, then I'd say only if they were entered into NATO, which enables their future security, and the lands would need to be demilitarised.

Putin is nothing like Hitler . That is propaganda from Western media . Russia actually killed more Nazis than any other country in WW2 and Ukraine is full of Nazis . Can anyone remember this gem of a film from 1999. I found it in my attic and it is still a masterpiece after all these years. Anyone who is nostalgic about the nineties, get it watched now! I swear, you will not be disappointed.
Great film, special for me cos i lived with director for 4 years and he wrote it during that period. So its my early 20s on film pretty much. Nice one bruvva is an evolution of how we used to scream down the phone at each other, (and still do) with names instead of bruvva.
It is superb and just represents his zest for life and fun and sillyness and funny situations. Under table snorting scene just one example of the talent in the cinematography.
If you liked this, i would urge anyone to check out his largely unknown second film "i know you know". A different affair about him and his dad and mum, but stunning in different ways. Also his older college stuff, party politics, life in the bus lane. On YT somewhere i think.
The sequel to HT is confirmed btw in case you didn't know.

Wow, that is amazing. He captured a perfect picture of life and it is totally relatable. The whole film was so well done and the cast was just spot on. You will have to tell him how amazing he is. I was 19/20 when it came out and that was a typical weekend. It just gives you the warm and fuzzies. I would be totally buzzin’ if there was a sequel. I will have to do some digging and see if I can find his other stuff. Thank you.

I had crawled down the middle aisle in front of everyone, walked along the screen and preceded to climb through undergrowth.

No contest for me but understand if people got into him later. Slip Shady and Marshall Mathers LPs got me through some tough times! Low down and dirty on slim shady EP is one of my all time favourites. Really liked Relapse but nothing else had really grabbed me in last 15 years I’d say. Personal opinion!
I think Slim Shady LP is one of the best rap albums ever, but he lost me as a fan with that purple pills, dressing like michael jackson, bizarre rubbing his tummy in the video s##t!
Yeah the actual rapping gets better at times and the production stays awesome even without Dre the thing that surprised me was the videos got worse.
old Eminem was edgy and cool for the time. plus he was white so he had that going for him. nowadays he just comes across as too whiny and political. even though I don't disagree with much of what he has to say. when I listen to music I like to chill and be entertained. not have political messages lazily thrown at me.

I'd highly recommend RSO cookies. It's like 20 bucks for 1ml from doctor distillate. That's enough for several cookies depending upon your tolerance and dosage. I make one or two at a time using premix from supermarket and 200mg of RSO but figure out you're own dose. Bear in mind that too much RSO can be hard to cope with. Add that to a decent cheap smoke from Green Cat to top up your high and I imagine you'll be as stoned as anyone could ever need. Let us know which way you go.
Maybe pick up some RSO, it is about the most cost effective IMO. I think UK dispensary are doing a pre made oil, with 3ml in for $99

Reason I've found a different platform. Some great vendors and products here but only having the one crypto and only now trying to react to it by introducing an alrernative, while other places take LTC and a few others, it's too little too late for me.
Apparently biggas have been asking for an alternative crypto for years, probably every time the fees are high, and nothing's happened so I think it's a case of go elsewhere if you can while the fees are high and come back when they're low again.
Check my topic I have linked out, it will cost you around £10-15 in fees to send with this method.

I've just opened a Kraken account. Can i transfer funds from Coinbase to Kraken? Or will i have to spend it at Coinbase? Pretty new to this.

Hi Budzinho, I have followed these instructions and opened an account on kraken app, transferred from my paxful wallet via lightning so very low fees. It has arrived on my kraken app but I can’t see where/how you send it to the vendor from there - should I have downloaded the kraken wallet rather than the kraken ap? Am worried now that I’ve done it 😑

Just been chatting to blockchain customer services as i am still getting over $200 fees quoted for a $35 transaction,they told me to try later as markets have just opened and there has been a bug in the fees since the halfing event,i think they hope it will resolve itself i guess we will see.

Stop using Coinbase - i stopped using them years ago - they are thieving scalping bastards. I sent £105 of BTC this morning and it cost me about £5 and was confirmed within 20 mins. There are so many options these days to buy and send BTC - people need to do the research and find better services than Coinbase.

You should be able to change the BTC fee in settings before finalising the transaction. Go to https://mempool.space/ to find out the going rates on network fees, if they’re high wait 30 mins and check again. Currently for low priority it’s $7.30 and will process in ~20mins (6:15am).

Despite many people thinking that the rate would go down over hours or a couple of days, it looks like it is acutally increasing.
Yesterday I wrote 10 min processing was 160 sat/vB, today its 650 or ~$60 per transaction.
So it doesn't look like it is going to decrease any time soon.
Yesterday I made an order and paid about 10% in fees on ~£130, glad I did it, no telling how long it will take for things to get back to 20 sat/vB

Next time the fees are better send a couple of order’s worth of coin across to a new wallet. Trust wallet allows you to change the BTC fee and i’ve had no issues sending to LB.
In advanced settings (highlighted below) you can set the sat/vB rate.

Ah so, least urs is working? Every time I even try sending to an any address the next screen is something went wrong. Error. Been like that last 2/3 days.
Mine did that last week, got email at weekend to say all is good. Tried and just did the same. Using Paybis now.

Totally get that, I was gutted when I had to ask my old dealer when I seen the price of the bitcoin fees but I can’t justify paying upwards of €15 just for a fee.
It’s not as if it’s happened before the only difference now is people are going to find alternative sites which sucks as LB has been awesome.

I for one love this site but it’s becoming harder and harder to utilise the brilliant products on here and community due to bitcoins instability and proven track history of being unreliable on this site.
It is also getting to the stage where it’s becoming too expensive for vendors and profits are being eaten up by transactions fees alone.
Instead of little biggy being that website everyone remembers as being “imagine how good that could have been” and continue to expand the community by allowing better accessibility for payments.

It baffles me that there's an escrow service presumably raking it in but something as simple as a password change on transaxe takes a week. I feel like it's one person working part time so that being said there is no chance of more currencies being added.
Its a shame because I can only see bitcoin getting worse for fees and like others have said leaves LB exposed to competition.
Transaxe have been good at times, such as taking the hit in the high fees back in May (not sure if they have during this November spike).
I just hope we get to use monero and eth soon.

I have a post up looking for a dev in this matter. It's been up months with no replies. I spoke to admin, I have the requirements they say is needed before testing. The Admin are more than happy for alternatives if they can be proven. Anyone know how to write smart contracts in solidity with immutable logic?

I'm the same. I've even had a look at what's involved and it's way above my pay grade. If I can get a good dev, I can probably get the mods and run it. There's obviously a monetary incentive through the fees.

FOR i think the only way they will add new payments is if the Vendors went on strike, especially the big vendors on here, if that does not work nothing will, but i think thats what should be done for the greater good, if it means after all parties either save or make more money in the long run it surely is worth the sacrifice.

I expect both customers & vendors will give up in the interim & find / use other markets or locals. It's a shame as it's a great community here and would seem relatively straightforward for a dev to add an alternative payment option which would help solidify the future of lb and mean it'd not shed its users on a crypto hiccup.

I think you have failed to see what it is people want here, I’ve read down your comments, it’s not about the removal of BTC at all it’s about alternative.
Which turns out has been in the pipeline for a while just not picked up, I’ve seen blockhead is looking at running USDT alongside as an alternative.
I would prefer to pay in bit coin but at times like this I would also like to save what money I have and use a cheaper coin to allow for a more accessibility when it comes to payment and not just one.

The issue is biggas fail to mention btc went up by 24.8% in the last 30 days .. and of course day traders are trading the shit out of btc hence the high fees/ delays and etc..

it's not about jumping ship at all it's about having other options so we can continue to use this market when BTC fees render this market useless which has been over a week now, i can list off about 10 vendors that want other options like LTC or monero, if we were using LTC i would have about £500 a year extra to spend on here that isn't lost in BTC fees!
and a simple solution to your problem would just be to put in your manifesto that you only accept BTC no other coins, all orders in other currencies will be cancelled

The thing is you can receive your funds in an alternative coin with low fees and faster transactions for the buyer, then swap it into BTC if you wanted BTC.
Hypothetical. You get £150 worth of ETH for the order and the buyer has only paid £152 total to pay and transfer funds for the order. Once funds are released to you , you can swap the £150 worth of ETH into BTC if you don't want it in ETH
If they paid using BTC that £150 order would cost them £180 , but you will still only get the £150 worth of BTC in the end. It costs the buyer an extra £30 just for using BTC. Not only is this not sustainable for the buyer but it's also not good for your business as it puts people off buying when fees are this high.

Almost all crypto apps have swapping features built in, it takes seconds to swap thousands of dollars , you literally input the amount and click swap. It would take less time than the message you just typed out, yet saves your customers huge amounts on fees.
The few seconds it takes you to do the swap would be far outweighed by the increase In orders you would receive , and money you would make, if an alternative coin was accepted on here.

BCH would be a real choice for this website however to replace or sit next to BTC for payments. BCH fees are tiny in comparison!

It's not just about the fees I would much prefer to use a privacy focused coin like monero. There are chain analysis companies tracking every bitcoin payment

I was an anti vaxer so didn’t willingly roll up my sleeve till I caught Covid and spent the next 3 weeks hooked up to machines in ICU. It’s kinda fucked me up in the long run too. During my recovery I spoke to a dr who was an expert on biology and had done a thesis on viruses in university. He explained to me how it works and how it has mutated and most likely jumped from species to species. As humanity continues to expand across the globe at a rapid rate pandemics will happen. We will most likely get another in the next 30 years. Why the vaccine was created so quickly was it had been worked on for years. Since the SARS outbreak in Asia in the early 2000s. As coronavirus is a type of SARS or is very closely related (on this I’m not sure) it wasn’t really created quickly. Doctors and scientists just had to adapt their work slightly. It wasn’t an easy process by any means but so many people will involved in its creation. I respect everyone’s rights and opinions on vaccines but really they are a GREAT thing. Much peace and love.

There’s a very interesting book written by Dean Koontz in 1981 The Eyes Of Darkness, that mentions a virus created in a lab just outside wuhan in labs called Wuhan-400, and he’s prediction is that it will affect humanity around 2020! Recently purchased a Stashic bag to store jars/containers of my smelly smelly herbs but I made a Spinal Tap Stonehenge error in that it is WAY too small. The big rucksack costs around £50. Is something like that worth it or does anybody have a cheap technique to disguise smells? Or other less expensive but efficient brands?

I packed in flower years ago and only smoke hash now, the smell is one of the reasons I quit flower. Even a joint end that had flower in it can stink out the whole house
look around for a jar for food storage should have one in your house or you can buy one fairly cheap from any store store it in there and no smell
Yeah been doing that for years mate (well those and a couple of pop lid mason jars) and every time I caught a slight whiff would wrap around another plastic bag. About a dozen layers at some point but still a slight smell (it's as though I'm paranoid or something where's that come from?...;-) ) The small stashic bag I now have for my herb/grinder/pipe, etc. is actually VERY good at keeping smells at bay though. Recommended.
Le Parfait clip top jars. They are 100% smell proof. For years. Just replace with genuine gasket when they perish. Come in sizes 250ml up to 3 or 4 litres. Kilner are also good. Other brands are crap and not smell proof.

the problem of the street is that there is not much choice, sometimes the quality is poor and the product is never weighed.. prices can vary significantly and above all I have no more age and time to go around.

I've been a member of so many different Weed forums and sites over the years. So many of them are just places for people to say "I'm smoking this, but you can't." This place is the complete opposite, if you see someone mentioning some amazing weed or hash you can buy it yourself within a few clicks. None of that gatekeeping you see elsewhere.
The community is also amazing, I've not been here that long but have already made friends. Most of the vendors I have dealt with have been absolute diamonds. I'm not in my 20s any more (or my 30s, sadly lol) and a lot of my mates who I grew up smoking with have quit. It's great to have a whole new bunch of people to bore with my weed talk.

I joined and my first choices of Smokers Inc & Premium Extracts robbed me completely. Except they didn’t because of the amazing Escrow Suisse so not surprisingly I persisted. My next two orders where not good experiences. Sticking with it I finally came across the likes of Smoggyman, SuperHans & UK Dispensary and all shifted on its axis!
I now tell friends that with few clicks I can get the very finest in my Letter box the next day and they don’t believe me. Life is good!

Fortunately i didnt go through the same issues that you did but thats why its best to always ask around on here about a seller and check their ratings out... When i came on here the first seller i bough off was the green team as they were the highest rated i could see at that time and came with quite a few people recommending them.

I do agree, although PremiumExtracts had 100+ sales and a 9.8% rating and they still took me and a good few others. I accept that if I want to buy illegal product online then it comes with an elevated level of risk which is why I stuck with it. I was sceptical that Escrow Suisse was even a real thing and was stunned by just how efficient they are. I’ve had to work harder and wait longer to get my money back from Amazon! :)

My top vendors are Urban Leaf Company (pure service and quality), MJ Concentrates (the same), UK CannaFarm (grass roots good ol' boy with fantastic organic weed), Oilman (great RSO and some top shelf herb), Dope Chef (great edibles), and Super Hans (a new find for me, but a connoisseur and professional to say the least). However, I've had only one bad experience and Escrow Suisse looked after it. Definitely life changing!

Everyone's an expert, so here's two pennies' worth: buy the best quality you can afford and enjoy it until it runs out. When you can afford to buy again, buy again. This strategy is invariably better than endless shake or cheap commercial hash.

It doesn't make sense to spend half your high trying to mop up every crumb from your grinder, or in coughing fits because you absolutely must capture every last molecule of smoke out of your piece. As for drinking bong water...strep, black mildew, E.coli, proteus - to name a few.

The shake situation generally depends on the person. I myself don't get the effects from weed anymore as my tolerance is so high and I'm also not working atm. Shake is good for the fact it's still cheaper than buying a cheap oz of buds and will last longer. Not everyone smokes for the buzz my man
Best practice is no waste. Smoke burning into the air is throwing away cannabis. Stems and sticks are not for the smoking but they can all be cooked in edibles.

Back in the 90s a dude i knew hit the bong full of poppers and a tobacco/soap bar (crap hash) mix. Ripped it clean before he went green...
Get a magic flight launch box with a power adapter and batteries then learn how to use it well. No other way can make herbs last as long as this little baby. ( my first vape). You can also smoke eat or make butter with your leftovers its a win win situation. Bit for a J can last for hours in this little baby. The high builds gradually but can get you totaly baked if you so wish.

I used to smoke a quarter of weed a week and that would cost me £60-70. For the last eight years I’ve been vaping concentrates instead and a gram of that is roughly £40-50. So I’ve literally been saving £20-30 per week and I’m sure my lungs are better for it.

In all fainess I purchase some quality shake/trim & popcorn buds. Get plenty of bang for your buck and there's some tasty looking stuff on a few vendors pages. I got 7g last week and there was plenty of buds in it

I have 2 really unappealing words to say so hear me out, don't judge. The 2 words are bong water. Do not drink of course, not directly. As part of a smoothie, yes. Shit works great and it's more than free its fucking recycling.
Careful, bong water liquid can quikly provide a potentially sickening "smoothie" as bacteria from various contaminents (few people are known to fadtidiously scrub the inside of the bong cylinder, even fewer are known for changing the water on a per-use basis. Also, i'm not so sure the solids you would be consuming are that pschoactive - thc is not soluble in H2O to my knowledge.

Here in the cryptoverse there is no way to prove an imported product. This makes it easy to claim anything and for the items that are actually imported, impossible to believe. Seems it would be quite easy technically to look out for this BS and clean it up.

I've never purchased any of these strains, but that they are an option seems only a good thing. There will be people that take advantage of that, just like there already is with any other claim of a weeds origin, or even strain, but it also allows the real deal to be sold.
I think we should be left to make that decision ourselves, not have them removed, which will be the result of a ban on claiming its origin, as that is what commands its price. There are so many options here, that no one needs to pay those prices for that weed, real or otherwise. My 2c.

Essentially, you can 'claim' anything. In the cryptoverse there is really no way to prove anything. If people choose to buy 'Cali' weed online, they take the rough with the smooth as far as I'm concerned. It's the buyers responsibility to follow up and ask questions of the vendor. It's up to the vendor to address any buyers' objections. This may be done with or without proof. It's then up to the buyer to decide if the vendor stands up to scrutiny or not. Banning the term 'Cali' essentially opens up a can of worms. Buyer beware and sellers back up your claims. It's simple as that. I won't risk 'Cali' weed because I cannot verify it. Seems like a pretty simple and logical buying methodology. Belief is down to you. Proof is the vendor's business.

The amount of artificial ingredients and sugar in a lot of alcoholic drinks is unreal. Plus however regulated alcohol is, it’s still a carcinogen whatever dress it comes in.
I understand the point you're making, but the French wine laws and export are incredibly stringent, and there are harsh penalties for offenders. The laws regarding labelling of Champagne are so strict that if you have wine made within the region and that wine is put in a barrel, transported out of the region and back again, then it can't legally be labelled as Champagne any more. We need something that stringent for Cali imports and then there'd be full confidence in the supply chain. Maybe when the French get into legal weed production in the future?

Tbf I don't think you can compare a regulated market with an unregulated market. Purchasing from an established company, I would imagine, it's more likely to be authentic because there's accountability. You could also ask the producer to provide proof. But of course it's not foolproof, nothing is, and there will always be knock offs.
And I'm sure some "Cali" and other "import" strains on here are genuine. But I'm also sure there are lots of false listings which, frankly, are scams as they falsely justify charging ridiculous prices that take advantage of people.

That was really my point. It would be hard enough in a regulated market to get proof- we just take a leap of faith. In an unregulated i.e illegal market, we take a GIANT leap of faith so demanding proof is frankly ridiculous. Just try it….

Your shake to smoke is very good but just because your not on the wall doesn't mean you should support the above posters. It's more likely that the products you vend are niche and due to that and the lower engagement you get on posts because of the goods will likely translate into no wall time. Have you considered perhaps offering a budget conscious but less shaky and more bud like offer as that's something LB could always do more with (in my opinion)

Just my opinion, but I pay little attention to the cali slogan usage on here. I am more concerned with a vendor and product rating. The best marker on here are the reviews, then I go by what I can afford vs what I would like to try/buy. There are some prices on here that means I will never go near that product and if I do try that vendor it doesn’t fill me with great confidence that I will be getting anything decent if it is the lower end of that expensive vendors product lines. To be honest I wouldn’t care if it came from the bottom of my backyard as long as it stones me nicely and is smooth and has good flavour…you don’t need cali or import for that…end of the day it is buyer choice what you buy and also seller choice what is sold and how it is sold. It’s business, so if it’s too pricey and no good, eventually people will go elsewhere….no one wants to be ripped off

Yeah I'm opposed to it, I find it ludicrous that it's such a big thing that people are making threads over it. If your not interested scroll past. Oh and I'm gonna put a proper thread up later but it appears using the cannverify app that the Cali I got today is actually from California. As for the codes being easy to fake one Reddit post (which is all the proof I have seen so far) does not a 100% factual statement make. So yeah I'm opposed to this suggestion ;)

We import cali ourselves, top-tier grown in and around [retracted] . It just depends on who you shop with, we believe marketing as a difficult topic since there may also be import products sold, if you have had issues regarding import or cali flower on LB you should start a topic about the vendor issues. Caliweed is something sought after, in general it is just weed grown with higher standards. If the weed doesn't check the boxes of smell, taste, high aswell as appearance it should not be cali. Obviously if vendors sell from USA it might be hard to distinguish if something really is from Cali, in the end only the vendors truly can have information about the destination of production.
Also from someone who is really connected around the globe:
Many calipacks come without labels because they are sold without taxes, essentially its recreational weed sold in a black market. This mostly happens to overproduction, or production that did not check all boxes for rc market i.e. dispensaries. Often sold by bigger famous corps but also small black market only corps aswell, those huge amounts of packaged flower aswell as loose flower are sold to big big plugs.

There are barcodes and serial numbers on legitimate cali packs. Though, I guess even those could be refilled and resealed. But any cali pack without dates/serial numbers are fakes.
Might as well ban claims of organic or grown in living soil too. If a vendor is making big claims then a potential customer should do some serious vetting before deciding to part with the coin.
Have always thought this as ppl charge premium prices for cali. Some ppl buy cali as it is seen as dispensary quality stuff. So they don't want to put anything in their bodys and trust sellers thinking theyre buying superior qwaulity product less harmful to health.

They are part of the bud this annoys me as back in my younger days I sold bought locally funny enough it came with the stalks on :D comments like to stalky baffle me unless they’ve been put in separately of course lol genuine question guys always baffled me
Nothing against vendors who sell buds with stalks, I'm sure it makes a nominal difference to weight, but it's certainly not something I entertain... at all.
Kinda feels a bit lazy if I'm honest, but that's just my opinion.
I do have a mate who thinks stems keep the buds moist for longer in the jars, but with Boveda packs I think that's pretty much an obsolete opinion thesedays.
There's a huge difference between what people think is a 'massive bud', and what is actually just a lot of buds on a stalk.
(Above attached image is what I send out on my listings as an example of my process).
I'll try and find a few pics of true big buds if people are interested.

Because leaving a big stalk sticking out of a bud is sloppy work to me, I would never mind a stalk in a in the middle of a bud but when you just leave them sticking out is just lazy imo

The last Druids Magic harvest came attached to the stalks and I liked this! Gave it a more personal home grow feel and it was still generously overweight with stalks removed!
Sometimes, weed isn't trimmed very well and you get more stalk than the norm. Lazy trims can include fan leaf stalks and parts of stem. You're lucky not to have come across this tbh.

I'd say it's because if you got a bag with some nice buds but they were on long thick stalks then, as a customer, you'd be paying for the weight of the stalks and receiving less of the useable product. Even if they turn up to the supplier with long stalks, they should be removed before getting passed on to the customer, not because the supplier has to but because it makes happy customers and good business relations.

Hello to all you vendors out there. I wanted to ask all of you, what you think is an acceptable time frame to respond to messages. I've been using a few new vendors recently and have had mixed response times. I had an issue with an order being underweight and have received no response in nearly 48 hours, despite messages being read. The name of the vendor is irrelevant right now, as I believe there has been a mix up, which 9 times out of 10 is the cause of most issues. However, what do you vendors (and buyers) consider to be an acceptable response time?
We respond relatively quickly to any messages/post responses. It all depends though mate. The seller may well be swamped with enquiries, order etc. Then life gets in the way also.
But saying that, as a seller you should at least aim for 24 - 48 hours reply rate.

personally I'd say same day. vendors are online taking orders etc, even if you don't have an answer for the customer, its important to acknowledge you've received their msg, otherwise bad reviews will follow...this would go for any online retailer regardless of legality.

The vendors messaging system can get overflowed easily, But yes 48 hours is long enough (If the message is one that needs a reply)

24h should be the right response time! Unfortunately, this is often not the case. I think it is very important to reply to messages quickly.

It shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours IMO and certainly no longer than 48 hours. If you’ve been waiting longer than that I think it’s fair enough to be a bit pissed off as one of two things has happened either a) they’re ignoring you intentionally or b) they’ve made an honest mistake and “missed” your message which to be fair isn’t that difficult to do on here. Personally, I’ve always had a response within a few hours to any queries but I generally deal with some of the smaller vendors on here for that exact reason. Also appreciate sellers are busy but all sellers should be willing to put an hour or two aside everyday for dealing with customers, it’s part of the job.

I think I would probably message again after two days although some vendors are just better at dealing with that side of things than others, I've haven't had any situation where the vendor didn't respond at all. I did once get an order sent message after the goods had arrived!
Real life gets in the way sometimes, so I usually allow up to three days, but I'd usually expect a response in two most times.

I messaged Canadian Imports, had an order on the go but wanted to be annoying and ask what flowers they had coming out in the near future. They took 3 minutes to reply ill place money on CI being the best vendor on here for bud and range of bud provided...delivery....services.

I check the site every few hours maybe between the hours of 1 am to 7 am you won’t get a message right back but any hours between then I will most likly get back to you within 2 hours at the very most, but everyone different being a buyer previously for many purchases I know the value of quick response so aim to get right back at ya asap
I think 24hrs is asking for too much. Unfortunately, we are not at a stage where you can get bud on Amazon. Yes, regular online businesses should be reactive, but even then, expecting an answer in 24hrs is setting the bar quite high.
Within 72hrs is what I would expect here, after that I start getting worried if it’s to do with an active order. If it’s a general enquiry, I would send another message and hope to hear back within 72hrs again. So nearly a week for a general enquiry would be the most I would wait for. We just have to recognize and appreciate the effort of vendors on here.

I'm in NI so I feel your pain about the shit weed we get (I do enjoy those UK NDDs). But as far as growing your own you can do it in a surprisingly small space and for a small budget. I have an old wardrobe in the spare room I've converted into a grow box. Got everything from b&q and screwfix, cost about £100 in total. Only really room for a single plant at a time but it's an ounce or two every few months for very little effort. Although from what I hear the law seems to come down a lot harder on weed related stuff on your side of the border so I kind of understand your nervousness around it.
Yeah unfortunately they have no bother kicking down your door and giving you a day in court where I'm based lol. A friend of mine usually has 3 on the go at a time in a grow tent in the spare room but that's a bit mad for me. I only made a post recently asking people for advice on smell proofing my stash, don't think I could swing a mini grow-op but I would love to try and grow my own at some stage. Hiya there, mainland to NI deliveries are sound as a pound. For anybody in the ROI, and if it isn't too far, I would recommend you get a northern Ireland PO box and make the drive up. Bud, and products of that nature, often get stopped during UK to ROI trips. You save a lot of hassle with a PO box if you use LB enough.

Yeah man, my NDDs nearly always land on time as long as they're ordered before the vendors cutoff time. Even recorded 1st class only tends to take 2-3 days for me. £10 is steep for postage, that TGT? Never ordered NDD from them. JJ does free NDD and 100% of my orders from him have been on time fwiw, plus he gives tracking info.
Can't remember who specifically but I've been here there and everywhere recently doing my digging on these markets but it seems to be a common-ish price if not built into the bud, for the 24hr shipping.
For me, in this climate it's worth building it into the price you're willing to pay for the green, for the sake of avoiding the lottery of the 1st/2nd class post at the moment. Ye it would be great man, but the few lads that were selling stuff hear got real bad reports as you'd expect, they didn't last long, the only way would be to import a decent amount of stuff and start there, a couple of grand would prob get enough to start, hopefully 1 day
Had to burn 2k just to get my op up and running. LB should make it easier for new vendors to speed up their payments for the 1st month or two. It’s crucial period for a vendor & having cash on hand to meet the demands can be fucken a balls, especially at the beginning. Stop by my page at the weekend. I’ll have more green listed. 👍🏻

There used to be a quite a few top-sellers here, the likes of Captain Crunch, Maddame Deal, NextDayWeedUK to name a few....now all gone. Wondering what happened, why did they leave LB?

Going the post office none stop is risky if you're posting bud, not so bad for me as I only sell oil, butter and decarb on here as none of them smell too strong, and once vac packed, they could be anything.
Posting directly into the post box is also a hassle because there are often people who will claim their item never arrived ( hence 1st class signed only for my products)
Then theres the price - I can sell my top end flower for £180 an ounce all day which is $245, but I'd also need to make an extra 12% -14% on top of that on here due to LB sales fees, bitcoin fees, fiat exchange rate fees, packaging.
All that is to just hit the figures you can sell locally for.
So I'd need to be selling ounces for $350 to make all the extra hassle worth it, and then you end up with a load of comments saying your too expensive, taking the piss etc.
Never say never, but for now, that's my reasons for not selling flower on here and I'd imagine that's the conclusion some of the other sellers have come to over time.

Just after some advice on trying to get to sleep the night before I have an event, I have so much to think about there's too much noise to get in the zone to just drop off to catch them Z's!
I'm not an insomniac as I can sleep easily on a normal night when I don't have a big event the next day. I just get insane pre-match nerves so to speak the night before an event! I'm looking for a cannabis solution here as I already exercise a lot and have tried a lot of other things!
So I'm looking for advice on specific strains that can help, maybe dabbing some concentrate, micro-dosing edibles maybe (not smashing loads of edibles because that would ruin me the next day lol)? Maybe live resins? Carts?
Any real life advice, tips or tricks on this from peoples that experience the same problem would be awesome!

Something kind of lentil sized works for me, about an hour before bed. Good for 6 hours I find.
What you seem to be describing is anxiety/nerves keeping you awake. If you are feeling anxious then smoking or consuming anything too high grade may not help as it can intensify any anxiety. Any strong edibles or concentrates will make you pretty high for a few hours and not sleepy for quite a while - or at least that's how it is for me. Try consuming a brownie or similar earlier in the afternoon then having a smoke of something with more balanced cbd-thc, not too strong. Watch a film or better read a book and it usually distracts your mind enough for the drugs and your bodys natural clock to take control of your eye lids. It's hard but try to avoid thinking about the event. Train your mind slowly. I've suffered a lot with anxiety and keeping busy, as in active physically and mentally throughout the day and setting out a chill out routine with distractions for the evening works for me. If you can try to have less intoxicants on the night before the event as they don't see you through the night and the minute your levels and blood sugars change you become easily woken and restless and your worried mind takes over. Failing that there are prescription meds of various forms that if taken on a very infrequent basis may not have a downside or any addiction issues but it's not my first choice. Although I have tried this route and it did work even when I was totally frantic with anxiety. Sorry for the long post but sleep has been an issue all my life and the reason I fell in love with Mary Jane. Hope you get it nailed. I've found not giving a shit about anything much these days helps too ; -) Peace.
You are so right about the booze. I’m a drinker and know that the 4-5am slot is known as “the drinker’s hour” as your blood sugar level drops and your heart race increases. A bag of M&M’s at bedtime could help a bit in the old days, but now I rarely drink after 8pm.
Low dose (0.25mg) Xanax is brilliant for night time anxiety and if I take at least 4 hours before I need to get up then I feel very refreshed in the mornings. The problem with Xanax is the speed at which you build up tolerance but if you limit it to once or twice a week it’s great imo, and just knowing that you’ve got it in reserve relieves anxiety on its own!

Yeah I’m an indica guy and Super Hans Hindu Kush was lovely for relaxing and then sleeping. Hashisins Afghan is equally as good.

Sounds like you might put too much pressure on yourself to perform well maybe? I have struggled with that over the years - I simply don't want to let myself down or other people. It's just down to the values you have as a person. Keep up with the exercise though it has always helped me get some quality sleep.
Weed recommendation: RB was doing some cheap Kerosene Krash about a month ago and really hit the spot for me before bed. 80% Indica. I'd be falling asleep before I was actually trying. I find sativas late evening are just too much of a head buzz and my mind doesn't settle down.
I have also experimented with CBD - pre made eliquids, homemade carts from cbd extracts and I have tried some cbd weed on here but I found it to have no effect on my sleep at all.

You’re absolutely right brother, wayyy too much pressure on myself and then runs into worrying about how much sleep I get to aid my performance the next day! I’ll keep plugging away at a decent solution, thanks for taking the time man 🤙🏼
RSO works wonders for me. I can usually fall asleep fine, but, especially if dealing with work stress, often wake up 4,5 or 6 am with a racing mind and can't get back to sleep. RSO (I use the one sold by Drugs Inc UK) consistently gives me around 9-10 hours of decent sleep each time I use it. It does hang around (pleasantly so) the following morning though, so not great if you need to function.
My other - non cannabis - trick is a long soak in a bath with magnesium flakes (zechstein are the best) before bed.
Magnesium is excellent as a sleep aid, and if you add some decent bath oils designed for relaxation (Olverum is lovely, and Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax always knocks me out) then sleep comes easy. Even just a few drops of Clary Sage essential oil in a bath or on your pillow can help - its great to calm down anxiety/stress etc.

Grab any concentrate from the likes of ULC or Canadian imports take a couple of nice dabs on the device of choice, pick something you like the flavour of and don't worry about indica/sativa stuff

Good luck 👍 my earlier solution to this issue was to imagine the colour blue and make a wheeeeeeeeee sound in my head to stop me thinking but that isn't as effective as pzizz and makes me sound a smidge 🤪

Pzizz isn't a white noise generator, I have honestly tried all sorts and this is the one that worked for me
For me it's got the perfect balance of attention/ not attention needed for me to fall asleep, I suspect it's not gonna be the same for everyone but as previously stated dear 🦊 enough concentrate and my comfy cans on and ☁️🐰💤

I like to get some of The Goods CBD shatter which is made in Italy which has some proper terpenes (I’ve got a Brexit one which has the Trainwreck strain and another couch lock strain) they are very cheap online with lots of different flavours and consistencies from Other brands too 😋
I have some of that in the Puffco Peak Pro or Puffco Proxy electronic dab devices on its own or I mix that with another concentrate from on here 😊
I either have the CBD shatter on its own or mix in some other concentrate from here just before bed and that works well and saves your concentrate and money as you are using less of the proper one 😊
a light edible dose also works well or a bit or RSO is also great and its all about trialing different methods to see what works for you 😊
Also there are lots of amino acids that you can buy on Amazon such as L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan and others which help with sleep and also with racing thoughts and stress which prevents sleep 😊 I also practice mindfulness too which is great for clearing the mind for better sleep 💤

I think it's probably more complex than that man and besides the whole Sativa v Indica is always in question anyway!
probobly, herbal sleepy stuff, you want the good stuff, have a read about melatonin pills, not sure if they are still legal.
It’s not illegal You can get melatonin over the counter. It does help but not for continuous use
Plain old over the counter nytol from the chemist works great when I’m having trouble sleeping during periods of stress
Ask me again next week mate, I’ve got some events coming up this weekend which will rattle me the night before lol I’m going for smoking some Grand Daddy purps and a couple of dabs of concentrate an hour or so before bed! 🤞 (With added Pzizz lol)
