It's not on you or the vendor crypto plays up time to time

Also your money is insured so don't sweat it too much

Hi mate thanks for the reply. I know it's not on the vendor and have contacted transaxe support - just poor timing and obvs a bit worrying going forwards that this can happen. Fingers crossed I hear back from the borg.

I'm hoping that they work it out for you. I have not seen anyone post a problem like this in the past too. Have you tried reaching out to the vendor to see what it says their end, whilst you are waiting for a reply from Transaxe?

I did raise it with the vendor they just said - "nothing come through our end you need to reach out to transaxe support to resolve this" - transaxe support have seen my messages but not responded yet so fingers crossed it can be sorted, just a bit worrying to know the coin can go down a black hole like this.

Either ways it won't go down a black hole like you're saying it would. It literally says escrow insured payment in your screenshot. If order cancel automatically you will get a refund.

Thanks for the reply. If the order is still showing as unpaid on the order page then it's not the same as an unsent order which you'd get an auto refund for as it looks like I haven't paid when I have. It still could be a black hole as nobody has been able to tell me what will happen yet.

So update on this after 2 days of waiting transaxe support very helpfully replied with "shows as paid" . Thanks for that guys but the issue is that the order still shows as unpaid on the order page and as a result the vendor won't send it leaving my coin in limbo.

Hey! I have just had the same response and order still sitting as unpaid. Did borg sort ye out after this or?! I have messaged transexe & vendor again alobg with a happy borg!

It did get sorted but it was 5 days of back and forth that was really frustrating as all I got at first was "shows as paid" and then they'd ignore me for a bit. Ended up posting screenshots on the transaxe support page and they finally responded "looks like a tech issue" and the order changed to paid. Don't cancel the order and keep messaging them politely and it should get sorted.

Hi mate - I have a Solo 3v2 and you absolutely are looking in the right direction.

However. For me - it's the Tempest 2 or it's nothing at all. I used to use my Solo every single day, now I might break it out once or twice a week to get to grips with a new strain or if I fancy a more laid back session.

The tempest 2 is my favourite torch vape. I bring it everywhere. But a bakx is honestly, the best portable vape. and I've tried more vapes than I can remember.

I remember googling the BakX off a reddit recommendation - what a looker!

My T2 has cured my VAS for a while but you know how that goes, and I wouldn't rule out the addition of a bakx in the not so distant future 🤣

I've got the Arizer Solo 2. It's similar to the 3 but not as powerful and can't use the larger sized vapour tubes. If I was to buy another dhv it'd be another Arizer. Although I might buy the 2 again instead of the 3. I really like that it has a full glass vapour path as I personally believe I get the best flavour like this. To keep it clean I have a few of the 90mm glass vapour tubes and I chuck them in a container of iso overnight. Sometimes they need a bit of a scrub up but generally wipe clean after a soak. The dhv oven can be cleaned with a swab. So my precious buds are heated and vaporised in a clinically clean environment every day. As I'm a flavour chaser this was a core motivation for choosing the Arizer.

The vapour tubes for the solo 2 work on the solo 3 and the solo air too. So if you buy extras you can use them on other Arizer products.

Probably, clean-wise, the only negative is that the vaped bud essentially almost sits openly onto the oven under the glass tube so when you pull the tube back out you can leave a little darkened bud debris behind. That's not a big deal if you shake it straight out but if you didn't take care it's possible you'd scum up the oven. The same would be true if you tried hash or extracts in it - you'd likely scum up the oven as it'd turn liquidy and seep into the air holes. But if you're just using for buds then for me it's the Arizer all day long.

The battery life is also remarkable. I've never used the full battery in one day no matter how much I've hammered it - and i think this is doubly true of the solo 3.

The only real negative for me is that it doesn't show a timer. You can set the default minutes it runs for but it won't show the time left. I had an Xmax prior to this and the timer is the one feature I miss. Hope that helps.

It'll be resolved when the payment hits 1 of 4 confirmations, and then it'll change to confirmed. It makes a pleasant ping if you go onto the page just after that happens. 'Paid' in the processing page just means the sent transaction has been seen, after confirmation your order will change to Paid.

I'm on 9 confirmations but it's still unpaid.

I've got the same problem. Has been over 36 hours since the payment page showed as paid but the order still says unpaid. The transaction currently has 191 confirmations so I don't think its that

Incase anyone sees this it stayed unpaid on orders page until 7am after payment page said paid at 10pm. It needed over 20 confirmations but did go though.

Were you logged in to your account? Find the transaction page and it'll give you an option to link your account to the order, if that's the case.

You can transfer and make payments without being logged in.
It's happened to me, placed an order, next day went to check and no trace, checked my web history and brought up the transaction page and can see I wasn't logged in, there is then an option to link the order with an account.

It's not showing an order at all ... like I've just paid on a phantom order ... a glitch..

I've had the same issue, it's been 10 hours since I paid and it's been confirmed but hasn't gone through. I don't have a solution but you're not the only one having this issue

Not sure if still relevant but there's 2 options:
1) Find the transaxe link in your history and as mentioned, it should permit you to link the order to your account once logged in
2) Message the vendor directly. They can see when orders come through without a linked account, so if you know the details of the order they can probably confirm for you
