You joined last month, ALREADY had something not turn up (?!) and you've made the mistake of saying the buyer won't respond to the dispute in your title, but you're the buyer. Let the dispute fly, as it's based on reputation. I'm kinda getting now why the site has implemented this new thing with disputes. Are things like this people who know the system taking the piss with new accounts, as I'd have had no clue how to do this within the first few months of signing up, and I'm pretty tech savvy?
