If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 business days after your order has been marked as dispatched, you may be eligible for either a replacement shipment or a 50% refund.

Please be aware that we cannot provide a replacement or refund where the tracking status shows the parcel as delivered or returned to sender.

To qualify for any reshipment or refund, the delivery details must include a complete recipient name. At minimum, this should be a first/last name or a name with an initial.
