I'm in the same boat. Waiting on two carts marked as sent on 13th April. No reply after two messages.
No carts on sale at the moment either. Just batteries.
As you say, they are normally really good, and I think still the best product available in the UK, so it's worrying.
I guess we have to hope that whatever problems they are having get sorted and that we get some info soon.
Anyone know a good alternative if not?
I've tried a good few on LB but none were close to G6's quality.
