TL;DR: Pistache is still good for low cost products, but awful for communication and sending on time. If you NEED to buy from him for the sake of the price, message and dispute the moment they seem to be ignoring you. It'll light a fire under their asses to sort it out ASAP, cause they'll just clear your item from their page so you can't review them fairly for their failure to send the item.

I've been buying from Pistache for a while now. At first, items were consistently sent and received within a day. I didn't understand why his reputation was so awful. As more orders passed, the one day average became 3. This wasnt a big deal, because the price and the quality of the stuff was still pretty worth it. My past two orders were the ones that made me commit to just spending a little more money with a different vendor who sends on time or tells you when something's gone wrong.

For my most recent purchase, I paid on the 15th and only received my items on the 30th, a few days after I started the dispute. No tracking number and no explanation for why it was so late. One of the bags had some really good shit in it, the other was basically half stems, but I assume whoever packaged it just wanted to get it out and didnt care about the quality.
