Just for context I didn’t see everyone else’s complaints till after all this..
Basically sends you top shelf for some 10/10 reviews then when you go for another or maybe a bigger amount you receive something completely different.
Ordered a z of OG I had the week before, no message received meanwhile just a sent confirmation…sweet.
Arrives…airy buds and I instantly can tell from the package it’s different because the og was almost rock hard, open the bag to an unpleasant smell…now I know I’ve been done.
So naturally I message PISTACH ask him what’s going on…il just attach the messaged so you can see for yourself what went down…
1. No reason given for sub and item still listed on main page.
2. The permanent marker isn’t even top shelf on his page why would I randomly take 5gs of it?
3. New listing on his page today for some £100 a z low grade which is highly likely what I received
4. Gone to ignoring me now because I won’t accept his resolution as far as I can tell.
5. This z I have is useless to me so I’m down £150

I was lucky with last oz. Ordered white runts and got white runts. But all what vendor owe and my account is noted too. Nothin extra wich was promissed not in a pack.
He’s admitted fault. The issue now is what he determines is a fair solution. 5g of permanent marker just feels plucked out the sky feel like I’m doing him a favor taking it when I ordered “Topshelf” and received nothing but crap. 20year smoker frequent the dam regularly just can’t smoke this shelf he sent me so I’m out £150 notes. Hence why I order the good stuff after ordering a sample the week before.

Gone are the days of waiting for a dealer who’s over an hour late, with questionable quality and often underweight, to TGT who deliver when they say they do and Royal Mail has been pretty reliable, with quality that is ALWAYS top shelf and might I add often overweight?! Stop here and don’t bother going elsewhere - I did it briefly a couple years ago and you genuinely won’t find the same quality as you will here. The only time I order elsewhere is for cartridges but otherwise TGT is my one stop shop. I mean even the shroom is top, but obviously treat that with respect. I can’t rave about these guys enough!

These same type of buds a few years ago everyone would have loved. Nowadays people think anything not fresh Cali tops is so so

TL;DR: Pistache is still good for low cost products, but awful for communication and sending on time. If you NEED to buy from him for the sake of the price, message and dispute the moment they seem to be ignoring you. It'll light a fire under their asses to sort it out ASAP, cause they'll just clear your item from their page so you can't review them fairly for their failure to send the item.

Needed to top the stash up, so I grabbed a half of each after seeing BB had some interesting bits in. Thought I'd give a quick rundown.
Mendo Breath – 9/10
First thing I noticed was how much it reminded me of Peanut Butter Breath. Big, dense, sticky buds with loads of gas on the nose. The smoke was different though - much more old-school Kush with a slight fruity sweetness. Burned perfectly with clean white ash and hit exactly how you'd want from an indica-leaning hybrid.
Fuel Biscuits – 9/10
Probably the standout for me. The Gelato comes through strongest, but there's still a nice bit of GSC in the background. Really unique flavour, burned clean and smoked beautifully. Only minor gripe is it could've done with another few days curing as it wasn't grinding up quite right, but it didn't affect the smoke.
Milkbone – 8.5/10
Lovely-looking flower with a proper funky terp profile. Hard one to describe - the closest I'd say is a gassy GSC, but it's definitely got its own thing going on. Great if you're into flavour. Didn't burn quite as clean as the other two, which probably explains the slightly lower price, but still a really enjoyable smoke.
Jealousy – 8/10
Nothing wrong with it at all. Burned well, smooth smoke and exactly what I'd expect from Jealousy. It just had the unfortunate job of following the three above. It's quite Sherbet-heavy with a bit of GSC behind it, which isn't really my preferred profile. That's just personal taste though - quality-wise it's still solid.
Overall, really happy with the pickup. I'd happily buy any of these again, but if I had to choose, Mendo Breath and Fuel Biscuits would be my picks.

Did something similar, hadn’t used BB before. I also picked up the Gumbo which had plenty of good going for it. But I’d agree with your review 100% on my experience. Milk Bone just didn’t burn well enough but I’d recommend Gumbo & Mendo. Will be back for more from BB, quality vendor

4) Delivery Service (Do they post the day you order if its early enough? Do they mark it as sent immediately and then post the next day?Do they give tracking if asked?)
5) Delivery Stealth (no weed smells)
6) Comms between vendor and yourself. This can be very important if you have never used a particular vendor before...or if there are any delays with your order arriving. Do they reply promptly? Some vendors will just swap out your order for something similar if they have run out, others will message you and ask what replacement you would like etc.
Virtually every day someone posts a topic about X vendor not replying to their "where is my order its not arrived yet" message

I'd be hard pushed to call a 'Top Vendor' but started making a list of my favourites so I could easily find them. In my mind there's an ensemble of vendors that make up the 'Top' as they each have attributes or products that I'm after.
Guys, have been around these parts for nearly 2 years and have tried a huge number of vendors. One stands out from the crowd. Take a bow, TheHashCollective23.
These guys have extremely good hash, outstanding at times, and the best flower I've found on LB, but more importantly, they are properly decent and personable people who go out of their way to look after the customer. If you haven't tried them, you really should, and if you have before but haven't in a while, maybe now is a good time to check them out again (the christmas stash menu is crazy!!!).
Honestly folks, these are some of the best in the business and the product is out of this world.

I have used most of the 'big', or popular vendors here, and the majority of transactions have been exceptional. When there has been a problem, I usually won't say anything, as I don't want to rock the boat or cause a disturbance.
However...
This month, my transactions with 2 of the biggest, most highly rated vendors here, have both been very disappointing indeed.
Hash which is not hash at all and possibly a health risk, and some obviously sprayed bud. Zero trichomes, soft and seemingly damp nugs which produce clouds of vapour.
In both instances I am gutted I inhaled, and I have binned the remaining bits. One of the most expensive bin jobs since using Littlebiggy.
This has completely damaged my trust in these vendors, and I will never return.
I do not want to name and shame anyone, and I understand this is not helpful to my fellow Biggaz, but the risk of retribution is high enough for me to create a new account to post this topic.
This is just a warning that trust is essential, and it's a pity that larger vendors know what they are selling, they just don't care about you.

DrExtracts, I bought a nice live resin disposable. the quality was incredible, the communication was perfect, even when I had a small issue with some extract leaking, they offered to reship for me. and my other suggestion is ULC, great communication, was very helpful and answered my questions. and of course incredible bulk extract at a great price

Pistach was my go to for shake\trim, but now I would not recommend them. They set the status of the order to sent but done actually send it out. You will have to chase and if you are lucky they will respond. Any one know how to get a refund, when the vendor has gone quite and not replying to messages or updating on the order? Getting the last three of my orders has been a nightmare with this vendor.

ah mate, thought they should be given fair chance to better service ..any ways, just wanted to warn other buyers of potential risk with this vendor.
But there s not even 1 vendor with price of 125$ for oz .prop fpr a reason. I might risk ot for one more time. Of comes yey if not refunded whats the problem? Yes its not vendor 1 priory as cant rely on but hey ho if won bingo whuy not

yeah its a shame coz to be fair his trim was good just the service has gone down south...going to have to chase Pistach to get a refund now...as of now he has not responded for a couple of days after saying he will send it out and give me tracking number...

For the competition all you have to do is guess the minute of the first goal in the England Panama game. Last entry will be 9:59pm Saturday 27th June. It doesn't matter who scores it (though if it ends 0-0, the giveaway will roll over into the next game).
Please write the minute you choose and time stamp your post.
Please note that if the first goal is scored 0 seconds to 59 seconds that counts as the 1st minute, and 1min to 1min 59 seconds counts as second minute, etc. If no one gets the exact time, it will go to whoever chooses the closest time.

ordered last friday, didn't turn up until wednesday - ordered again this wednesday (11/06), paid for 24 hours and 2 days later, still not here.
(EDIT: 18/06 - still hasn't arrived - after chasing it up on the 15/06, he claimed they had to restock the trim so the order wasn't sent out yet, despite marking it as sent 11/06. Serious communication issues, 8 days now on an order with paid postage. Lack of tracking info, one response a day if I'm lucky, just not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.)

Having the same issue. Honestly wouldn't touch him with a barge pole after this and I have been ordering for years.
Pistach was sold to new owners some time ago, you biggas must be new…oh and stop trying to get everything “cheap” you get what you pay for in life after all #stayclassy #onelife
yep i miss the old guys yea they messed up a few times but always got it fixed and always delivered the product you were buying,then there was all that carry on with some dodgy postman down in Cornwall that was stealing all their packages and their reputation got trashed on here to the point they were maybe banned or just left not sure which.

The Pistach account has 100% changed hands at least once since I've been here in 3 years. You can tell.
All I can say is I've been using PISTACH for a long time and always get exactly what I ordered the next day + usually a small bit extra. No issues whatsoever, probably the best £ for £ value on this site. The selection + quality the last 2 months has been top.

You're talking value though, not quality. £ for £, on quality and service, you'd go bankrupt with Pistach. Not that I pay TheGoodStuffs prices either, I just prefer to get from the growers.

The closest estimate the hottest temperature recorded in London on Sunday 31st will win an ounce.
For example temperatures reached 29.8C last Sunday, so the winner would have been the closest to this number.
If multiple people guess the same number and they win, the ounce will be split accordingly. Entries will finish at 13:00 on Saturday 30th.
I hope this makes sense lol
