So glad to see Pistach back in the game. Absolute A+ vendor, super fast delivery with great stealth and top shelf product. Ordered Monday, arrived first thing Tuesday. Stealth is perfect, product came in overweight with nearly 29g in the Rainbow Sherbet - an absolute beauty, see pic. Have got similar quality from other (top) vendors on here for a good £100 more per Oz.

TL;DR: Pistache is still good for low cost products, but awful for communication and sending on time. If you NEED to buy from him for the sake of the price, message and dispute the moment they seem to be ignoring you. It'll light a fire under their asses to sort it out ASAP, cause they'll just clear your item from their page so you can't review them fairly for their failure to send the item.

I've been buying from Pistache for a while now. At first, items were consistently sent and received within a day. I didn't understand why his reputation was so awful. As more orders passed, the one day average became 3. This wasnt a big deal, because the price and the quality of the stuff was still pretty worth it. My past two orders were the ones that made me commit to just spending a little more money with a different vendor who sends on time or tells you when something's gone wrong.

For my most recent purchase, I paid on the 15th and only received my items on the 30th, a few days after I started the dispute. No tracking number and no explanation for why it was so late. One of the bags had some really good shit in it, the other was basically half stems, but I assume whoever packaged it just wanted to get it out and didnt care about the quality.

Was apologised to and admitted it was there error promised it would be resent and what a surprise. No delivery again.

Actually fuming cos now I’m skint no medication and have to wait out the dispute.

ordered on Wednesday before cut off, marked as sent the same day - its now Sunday and my package still hasn't arrived. Have messaged multiple times now asking for tracking and after asking for my postcode, they no longer want to respond.

The delays aren't the issue, it's the fact that no one on the team seems bothered enough to respond - why would they care when they have your money right?

I buy multiple ozs off Pistach every month. I’ve tipped the team in the past. I’ve reviewed every order and always bigged them up and recommended them to others on here.

Now I can’t even get a reply to messages. Marked sent and not received. Had 2 issues last month but they sorted it eventually. Now back to square one. Almost seems like they’re intentionally doing this to their customers now.

I have nearly 200 buys and not a single dispute that hasn’t been withdrawn. I do not want a dispute on my account but I feel forced at this point waiting on this OZ.

2 more days and I can dispute.
