Same, told 3 days, 3 days ago, you don’t know what’s happened and usually ship within 24 hours but a bit of communication would go a long way.

I've done probably 20+ orders with MV so far and only once had a delay with the order being sent out. I understand its annoying waiting for an order longer than expected but MV is a solid vendor and he will get it sorted.

I'm waiting too it says on his page hes having a problem with shipping.

Been waiting for 5 days, though I already sent a message about it 2 days ago which wasn't responded to. The update on the profile is helpful and I know that Royal Mail can be fuck ups but, yeah, would've been appreciated to have a direct message. Got to assume now that unless Royal Mail deliver on a Sunday I won't get my order until Tuesday earliest, making 8 days.

Trying to keep in mind it's RM that haven't delivered my package, even if comms here could be a lot better.

For future reference, yes royal mail do deliver on sundays. 1st class and 2nd class are not delivered on a sunday but anything that has tracked postage can be.

FIRSTLY you asked me nothing of the sort! I sent my address in my first message as I know sellers need it to check tracking!
You then said after 5days "if not tommorow then reship with freebie"
I then messaged the next day, (again including my address).
You replied "what was that"
I replied again another day later to which you totally ignored. UNTIL I posted here.
So lets get the facts right shall we ? Ill dump the whole inbox here if you want? Then everyone can see the "customer service"

I'm writing to all buyers now. If you haven't received your order by the third day of purchase, meaning you paid for it on Monday before 2:00 PM and it didn't arrive before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, please send me your full name, date of order, and exactly what you ordered. I'm not a fortune teller and don't know everything. There have been significant problems with RM in my region lately.

Placed order on 27th April and still not arrived, you said in a message it will be sent on Tuesday 5th may for delivery next day with 30% extra due to delivery issues but it still didn't arrive , hopefully it will arrive today as you have now said it was sent on wednesday 6th.
i have opened a dispute incase there are further issues.
