Yes, totally messed me about just before Christmas, with an order for near £200.
Paid on 1st , told on 5th my order sent to someone else would reship Monday. Enquired where it was on the 11th, to be told his stock hadn't dropped ( so hadn't sent it and was talking shit) Said on the 12th he has friend that can fulfill order. Asked again on 15th WTF happening, and eventually got my BTC back on 16th.
Of course he promised to fulfill the order for free when his stock came in.
Haven't heard from him since, and havent used him since either.
Had used him a dozen times in the 6 month previous to that too.
Have screenshots to prove all this too.
