The main issue is usually the temperature at the is time of year as we have far less issues when its above 20c, most customers report like leapfrog says some deep puffs but also try leaving the device somewhere warmer around the house you don't want it too warm with the battery in these devices won't work well if they're overheated on the flip side of that the oil won't work well if its too cold, unfortunately this is a big complaint around this time of year and we see a lot of positive results when customers warm before using, we also see people opting for carts which can be heated a lot more without the need to be so cautious although we must add that overheating the carts can lead to leaking.

We're sorry we can't be more helpful and give you a definitive answer on how to fix them but it does sound like a temperature issue from what you've described and if its happening with multiple of them, please let us know how you get on and don't be afraid to drop us a message as we can lose track of these topics sometimes :)

Thanks for the reply. I’m confused here then because the ccells come with a preheat function. So I shouldn’t use that? My house is constantly warm any way so I don’t think it is cause they are cold. Seems odd. I opened one up last night and it was clogged up with the oil. Worked a bit better once I cleaned it up. Am I drawing too hard or not hard enough?

Its like Leapfrog said some require a hard pull to get going but we can't just say that will fix every issue and sorry but its currently 12c where we are and just a couple of months ago at this time of the day it was 24c so it definitely is a huge factor, we have one customer that will use a radiator to heat them up before use which we would never recommend due to the battery but they swear by it.

From what you've told us it sounds like they're just too cold as you may have an issue with one of them but when its multiple we have to think its just not warm enough as even with user error or a faulty vape which is rare it wouldn't lead to the issues you described and to answer your question about the preheat it really is user specific as you can see oblong doesn't rely on it, personally we do use it at times but we did say to the customer the other day if the oil is too cold its like trying to melt an ice sculpture with a single match, try to heat in your hand for 10 minutes or we just sit on ours for 20 minutes or keep it in our back pocket that coupled with the pre heat and we've never had an issue :)
