Have you tried them on a good probiotic? Most people lack good bacteria fue to various factors. You want one thats got at least 5 billion with at least 5 strains. Organic if u can. I buy chewable tablet probiotics for my kiddos.
Hi Tasty, I have a few questions that may help figure out what is going on.
How old is your daughter? How long has this been happening for? Has the frequency changed over time? How severe is the pain? (scale of 1-10)? Is the pain localized to one spot, or does it travel/radiate to different places. If so, please describe where it radiates to. If you had to point to exactly where the pain was, where would you point? (please describe in relation to the belly button: above or below, central, to the left, or to the right?
Is there anything she does that makes the pain better or worse? Does the pain occur after eating food in the morning or does it occur before eating food? How long does the pain last before getting better?
Mine went through that as well. All the time. I spent thousands on ultrasounds and doctors visits. The doctor recommended removing dairy and wheat. And after awhile we reintroduce wheat. But once we removed dairy from the diet the stomach pains went away. Nothing worse than seeing a child suffer. Good luck!
Try soy milk, coconut milk or almond milk. No cheese, that means pizza too, no dairy yogurt, they have soy yogurts now. Basically anything dairy, try it for a month and see what happens. My kid eats more meat, fresh fruit, grains. Ham sandwiches for lunch with mayo and mustard. Get creative. No complains about his stomach though. Look up dairy free meal plans and I'm sure there will be loads of ideas. May you little ones suffering cease.
With lkids you want to consider allergies and of course anything to do with the stomach (note even adults call anything between their throat and anus as the stomach) is often food related.. So start logging what she is eating and drinking,, especially noting when her stomach is particularly bad or good. Holler back after a week of this.
