Caradura...item left Spain on Sat 7/11 and I get an update when it lands in the UK. Lying to me is what pisses me off and TGS is taking us for fools AND undermining LB reputation...trust is what keeps the crypto flowing and LB should have a word with the numpties and tell them to shape up. Caradura works for a while but it has shortcomings as your bragging about the extra deals and advertising shows...PS this is second time TGS turned out to be *unsatisfactory* and our gang wanted to give them a second chance....not me. I was right. Cheerio in spanish.

Just been lectured by The Good Stuff about being impatient to know what happened to my order.According to TGS it was sent last week and will be here any minute. According to RM it's still in Spain and has just been sent. That's called deceiving customers and lying about what you did...I won't be using them or any vendor that behaves in such a contemptuous manner. But apparently I'm impatient...I repeat, bought and paid for on the 29/10, sent on 30/10 according to TGS....oh sorry must have been a mistake because it's just been sent.....you can do better than that LB and somebody should give this lot a lesson in customer service.

Absolutely shitty way to treat people who support your business ....Radar Breeder this is you...!! I've spent 000's on their site and thought it meant I could expect decent service...wrong. Put in an order , paid for it and was told it had been sent ...it hadn't and still hasn't arrived.Lying to customers is the lowest of the low and RB is guilty ...and I won't be using them again.
