Buyer proceeded to then state he looked and his security cameras and someone robbed it out of his letterbox.
Royal Mail take a picture before they push packages through the door, as pictured…. If buyers can say it’s been robbed without producing any evidence, what’s the point in tracking.

Yeah if he’s got the door bell app like myself, you can send individual links to/of each and every person that walks by. Also if it’s on his door it’s a real close up of the persons face etc. Scary in a way but can be necessary. I love being able to check if the posty has been while I’m not home.
Never known any to be left just hanging out the letterbox tbh it’s just the norm to take a pic before they push it through. Easily solved he could send you a link to the supposed camera evidence he has ?
