My item from The Good Stuff delivered 0.3 miles away
I have the proofs from Royal Mail saying some random on the street 0.3 miles away received my parcel. I have a recording of the conversation with Royal Mail admitting they did not deliver to my address.

Why should I accept liability?
1. You had the tracking number to follow the order and prepare for delivery as they already attempted a first delivery that you missed.
2. You realized it was delivered to the wrong address 4 days after marked as delivered
4. You are a new account with 67% disputed on 3 orders...
This is an 800$+ order of static and I honestly think this buyer is trying to play the system.

I don’t understand why people don’t get that. Why should the sellers be liable for a mistake that the courier companies done? Remember this is not a legal business like Amazon or eBay and there is nowhere in the terms of agreement what says that sellers are responsible if the product is lost in shipment or does not meet up to the customers level of standards

Play the system how exactly. I’ve only had 3 orders, disputed one for quality of mushrooms resolved with seller and yours that was delivered 0.3
