Pistach will come through tho, past proves this. I just came here to congratulate.

I wish he’d “come through” with my order from last week that I no longer believe was sent. Why doesn’t he just check the tracking I paid for?…beats me! 🙄…just “too busy” I guess….

I had a recent weeks long drama with shitty comms too recently, underpaid the lot, had another bigga in same boat in chat so that helped.
Hope you're not without i had been for days, had a 100mg cali edible yesterday tho that was nice, got good sleep too. (well 4 hours but i got up early for a nice order this morn)
I'm going on an upvote campaign, for future biggas' disputes, tho here's hoping none are needed.

My item went from his wall just after my order so I know what’s
happened- it was never sent. But typical Pistach- either calls you “dear” a lot or totally ignores you. I paid for tracking though so he’s going to struggle on this one- only he won’t ‘cos he’ll ignore me until I dispute it and just let transaxe refund it rather than admit he lied when marking it ‘Sent’. So tiresome!
Shame, ‘cos good comms solves everything…but Pistach doesn’t really get it….🙄

I stopped using Pistach for this exact reason at New Year. Same thing... Marked sent and wasn't. Vague and generic responses way too late. After my product was finally shipped and received, I sent a separate test message in the new year, just to see how long it would take to get read. Took over a month (and they never responded). Getting responses with emojis and "dear" alongside a list of inconsistencies have ensured I will never touch Pistach again for these reasons. It's no huge loss as I'm not a massive spender. Pistach is highly untrustworthy in my opinion, and more concerned with gimmicks and wall presence than actually keeping decent stock control or communications. Everything's to sell in volume and quickly. If it didn't get sent, or you got some shaky replacement instead of what you ordered... well here you are again. Wide barge pole for me. Consistency should be motivational or dissuasive. It's just not there with Pistach. I hope the criticism doesn't fall on deaf ears.

I’ve had quality from him in the past and he’s much loved for all the right reasons, but when he gets it wrong he is such a pain in the backside. He hasn’t even been online in 24 hours despite delayed giveaways frustrating Biggas and missing orders. Yup, I get it- it’s a really busy shop 🙄

I seen one of his customers talking about asking about a product and he just blatantly ignored it but you can’t really say anything cause you will just get downvoted for stating facts with big vendors

Some cracking vendors on here who do the site justice and do a splendid job serving their community of fellow green lovers.

Could you name some good vendors ? I’ve recently joined and made my first order with serial labs it came and only had a few drags so far seems ok but wanted to try a few more things but no idea who to trust and not trust especially for buds when it come to quality and stealth I’d want large amounts at least a oz a week ….

If you are looking for Oz a week type volume then you probably want plenty of choice including budget options - take a look at DIUK (Drugs Inc UK)..you can’t go far wrong with that reputation!
Similarly The Green Team (who do great mixed packs) and if you want to go more premium then The Gentleman Dealers never put a foot wrong. Superhans knows his green probably better than anybody and amongst the best growers on here are Druids Magic & British Bulldog who excel at customer service but are between grows at the moment.

Pretty much concur with you on suggestions mate..Ive used TGT a few times and think they are sound...I would like to add Northern Organics to this list as they provide also excellent service,friendly and fair,organic bud(hence their name) and keen prices...used them twice so far and just about to use them again :)

Fully agreed on Northern Organics. I've had some amazing weed from them - at a total bargain price - and it always lands in under 24 hrs, for free. Also, as mentioned, the Druid's are excellent in every aspect - ditto for British Bulldog, and Bud Botanist (who i hope makes a reappearance here soon). And Super Hans is great for strong powerful strains. All of these sellers have been excellent with their comms and customer service in my experience

They sent me something totally different from what I ordered with no communication to advise. And what they sent was a pile of crap! Hope they get you sorted, I won’t be dealing with them again, they give the site a bad name for the when so many are doing a grand job. Simple rule of doing business - send what was ordered and if that’s not possible send a message to agree an alternative or refund.

We owe everyone an apology our team hasn’t been doin the most this week due to short staff. We will make it up like we always do

They said they were sending fruity pebbles to replace, today half the amount I originally ordered turned up, it wasn’t fruity pebbles and it was actually the same crappy bud they’d sent to replace the Sundae Driver that I challenged in the first place.

I’m fact I can confirm that you have sent me the same crap you originally sent to replace the Sundae Driver.

Now it just feels like you’re taking the piss out of me!

Having acknowledged that you didn’t send me the q of Sundae Driver I originally ordered (what you sent me got thrown in the bin in was disgraceful and no way a suitable replacement for the price) you messaged to say you would replace with fruity pebbles, which I agree to and said thank you.

Today I review 3.5 of something labelled SLC on the package, no clue what what it is and can’t see it as a listed item on your page.

From my perspective you still owe me a q, and at the second time of asking you have blatantly not stuck to what you had agreed.

I have purchased from a high majority of vendors on here, why is it that you are you only ones who don’t do what you say you are going to?

Perhaps it’ll be 3rd time lucky so I can write something positive.

We don’t ignore anyone. We get so many messages daily. Messages do get lost. We sincerely apologise

Vendors need to include what action they take for items not in stock in their manifestos. So we can avoid those who don't respect their customers wants/needs.

I've been in contact for over a week regarding a strain I want and have been told it can't be guaranteed. I ordered 14g on Monday expecting at least part of the order will be what I want. It was sent out on Tuesday, delivered today.
It's a different strain and yet the vendors page still has the strain listed, even offering 28g options.

ignored my messages too but really this vendor is top class regardless of non returned messages but it would be even better if we get a reply! two weeks waited for a reply never came but i went and ordered and was happy but PISTACH please spare the time to answer any messages cos i would surly buy more had this not placed negitive points for customer service.

I have the same issue, the bud I received was meant to be sundae driver but it’s super dark and no smell. Opposite of image and description. I’ve sent a message but had no reply. What do you do next?

Sounds like I was sent the same bud. It’s not even like it’s an honest mistake, they knew they were sending the wrong stuff and even wrote Sundae Driver on the packaging when it clearly wasn’t so. Oh well won’t be dealing with them again and hats off to the vendors that smash it out the park and keep coming up with the goods!

I brought an oz, if it was less I’d just accept it. Not getting any comms back either is very frustrating.

I was going to use Pistach as I thought their stock looked highly original,but I sent them a message asking which of their buds were sativa dom & didn't get a reply...with the wealth of vendors on LB at present,it seems a shame that they have not met the expectations of quite a lot of LB customers.....

Because it’s purely money orientated with some vendors not realising people have different needs with cannabis
