we want to take a moment to sincerely apologize to all of you who’ve been supporting us for a long time.

Over the past couple of months, we ran into some internal issues that unfortunately led to mistakes with orders and shipping times. We know that’s frustrating, and honestly, it’s just not the level of service you should expect from us.
