Why does our batter bubble/spit when dabbed?
Our batter starts as trim or sugar leaves run through closed-loop butane extraction, then purged in a vacuum oven at low heat. While purging, we whip it every 15 to 30 minutes, that's what builds the creamy, aerated texture instead of a hard shatter.
Due to it being purged in a very high humidity room, tiny water pockets can end up trapped inside during the whipping.
After the purging and whipping, we reintroduce terpenes into the batter.
To the reviewer:
- the batter reacted that way, because @400 C the terpenes and the trapped water get flash boiled.
Please use lower temps when dabbing this.

If you know the problem and you are using a closed loop extraction and vacuum oven at a low heat (I don't know how you have water forming in a warm vacuum)
Buy an extraction fan or a dehumidifier, if it is a high humidity room you are working in it is probably unsafe and should really have regular air changes.
It is wild to tell customers to change when you could just make the product better instead.

A dehumidifier is in works, never meant for anyone to change just wanted to explain that @400 C every extract will split and bubble like crazy. My Puffco won't even get to that temperature lol
Yeah, my personal preference is the red setting on the peak but I know there will be some people doing hotter than necessary and saying that is the only way it hits for them.

Was gonna say a puffco only gets to 315⁰c and that's at max settings! Most people wouldn't go above 300 cos it'll char most products
I edited my review to explain mistaking Celsius for Farenheit.
I also said there(adding here too for clarity) that I ended up being able to vape it just fine in my volcano.
It was my pen that couldn't take due to the splashing/spitting. The humidity issue makes sense.

You shouldn't have to use a volcano for it? Isn't the batter fully melty so ideal for a dabbing device such as a peak?
Only have a cheap dab pen but it works fine for the shatter and crumble I have. The design of the pen is why the boiling/splashing was a problem as the mouthpiece is in close proximity to the batter. That's why I eventually tried it in the volcano with the concentrate pad.
It could be also HTFSE (full spec natural terps) mixed to the budder. Because in my bangers i dont have any issues. Tried lowest 456F to highest 520F. If your volcano with proper chamber can handle it but your as you wrote "cheap dab pen" cant, i dont think its something bad with the bho then. Im dabbing for many years and had their first budder too from the start of this year and i cant complain. Since they smoke it too they trying always to put terpenes there, so you cant taste or recognize the classic BHO nose (chemicals).

Order actually posted 18th June, 11 days after payment and 8 days after the vendor marked it as sent.
Received half of what I ordered (23rd June) and some random terp devoid weed in place of the other half of what was ordered.
Vendor offers to fulfill the original order with a similar quality to what I actually ordered plus extra and some concentrate as a sweetener or a refund.
I opted for the replacement because of the offered extras.
The vendor takes 3 more days to post the replacement(27th June) after saying they would expedite it.
The replacement arrives 1 month after paying for the original order 6thh July.
The vendor did not send extra or the concentrate they offered to sweeten the deal.
Vendor basically says tough luck you already got extra(yes the terp less wonder I received originally)

To be honest: our service level has genuinely dropped over the past few weeks/months, and we're still working internally on getting the root causes under control. That's not a state we're happy with as previously mentioned in our public apology post, and it's not what you should expect as a customer, especially after we'd made you a concrete compensation promise.
The missing sweeteners were a mistake by our new packer, and that shouldn't have happened regardless of what was in the original shipment.

Clearly things haven't improved. Shipping label created is not the same as posting the order.

Hi I am just wondering of anyone else has came into the same problem as me but I placed an order on Monday morning and evrething went fine I had also received a message from Northcolective about shipping details so I had replied then there comms have went dead and now there are 5 unread messages that I have sent them amd they have been using messenger we are now also on Wed so pretty much 3 days later and my order is still not showing as sent and I'm still not getting any comms (I verry rarely have problems on LB and this is probably on of the worste)

On the order itself: it was held back because we didn't have a last name on it, and we need that for postal box delivery so the letter actually lands in your box. You sent us your last name after we asked for it, so we're processing it now and it'll be out shortly.

what should we add to inventory next? (EU)
Would love some sativa leaning skunk hybrids (green crack, lemon skunk, sour tangie etc.) or any non-haze sativas really. Also would be amazing if you could ever source some of those dimitri vape pens that occasionally pop up on LB.
Old quality pollen or some Afghan black hash..I miss that taste of real smoke, real as I have always known it..

Currently I'm using RM into the North and then driving across. I started this way back when it began to take 25+ days for 1st class after Brexit. Would have no confidence getting stuff through customs these days!

There are NO outside deliveries to Ireland getting through customs. They have clamped down hard due to the EU presidency residing in Ireland for the next 5months.
All the usual regular vendors who would ship to Ireland have ceased recently due to the heavy handed customs.

Have received numerous packages from don loco, the good stuff and northcollective over the last two months. No problems, touch wood!
Not sure about the eu presidency, but some vendors have stopped delivering because of many orders being nabbed. Got 2 love letters alone this week from 2 different vendors. First ones in ages. Who you ordering from that have had plenty land?

Appears to be the best selling item on littlebiggy right now with 3 of the top sellers stocking it, but they only sell 3.5g + listings. I, like you, was sceptical and took the plunge for £5 a gram from this new seller hashslut. For that money I am happy I tried it, although I am a traditional hash man of 25 years or more this stuff still hit the spot with me with a clean high, great flavour.

I have my own reservations about hash in general due to it being much harder to test its purity by eye at least for me.
I do think anyone who says stuff like this with pure conviction with very little evidence should be taken with a pinch of salt.

I am not a harvester but I imagine the yield return turning an entire grow into hash is definitely higher than what they would get selling purely flower. I've had some, and as someone who grew up on soap bar filled with plastic and diesel, it was alright. Might not be hash in the traditional sense but it is leagues above stuff I've had in the past.

This calculation has proven to give much better predictions for troubles that both a buyer and seller may encounter.

I really can't agree with u cleanup borg ... either the dispute algorithm works or not .. showing raised disputes that have been paid 100% in my favour (dispute algorithm) .. often against what turns out to be a fraud suspected vendor .. how will that benefit a vendor seeing I have 1.4% disputes instead of the previous 0 .. so the vendor now's sees what could be mistaken for a buyer who tries it on with disputes and not an honest buyer who was occasionally ripped off by an unscrupulous vendor 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

What a joke we've gone above and beyond to hold zero disputes in 5+ years and this does nothing beneficial again your neglecting your responsibilities if a buyer is consistently raising disputes and evading public scrutiny their page should be marked with "fraud suspected" as you have done in the past, instead buyers and sellers that pride themselves on a clean dispute record have just been told tough luck because your too lazy to catch people abusing your already flawed system once again massive failure by the borgs at LB and we hope you will revert this horrible decision.

How would that solve the problem they are describing? Make a dispute to shake down a seller, get your reward and cancel the dispute. Rinse and repeat basically.
Rogue buyers open endless new accounts over which there is no restriction. They really do not have to care about their dispute percentage as these are throwaway accounts. You recently posted that you would penalise any vendors who refused to deal with new accounts. I understand that the algorithm may not pay out fully to a new buyer, but that doesn’t mean they don’t get paid.

I agree with many of the comments here that the borgs missed the mark with this update and have got it wrong. I'm personally frustrated that after excellent conduct for years that now I have a dispute rating for a resolved dispute over Xmas where a seller didn't send the parcel nor respond to messages. The dispute was resolved between the seller and me and the system at the time assured us that no black mark was made on reputations. I'm sure many people will now have disputes showing. This doesn't appear to help anyone.
I have to agree with the others it's makes attacks on vendors much easier. It takes long time and hard work to build a shop but anyone can create countless buyer accounts to use and burn.
Wouldn't that problem have existed already? Only now they lose the leverage of controlling the dispute redecoration.

What about if the seller has obviously left the website? I offer the current example of NFUSED. This seller has disappeared with multiple orders undelivered. His current dispute rate on current orders is 6.8% but still does not have a fraud warning on the account. Because he has behaved in such a manner, anyone who wants their fraudulently taken money back, has to take a reputational hit. How can that be fair and equal?
If a customer raises a dispute by accident, then resolves it. The seller is now punished. They have a higher dispute count on the profile.
Higher dispute count % is bad for sellers.

There are a lot more buyers than there are sellers. Punishment % total for seller is higher.

What temp/time did you press for mate? Was this from fresh flower? It not being jet black is a win in my experience lol. I'm sure it will whip up fine. The colour not being black tells me you probably haven't over heated or overpressed but it is more likely a slight bit of oxidisation in the starting material you used?

1 minute warm up to get the hash heated and soft
Then 3 minutes of slow pressing temp was 168 all through pressing

Yeah makes sense mate the only way you seem to be able to get that much lighter colour is with fresh frozen material - but I'd say quite impressive to get such a light colour from something already starting to degrade.

I haven't even weighed it but it's looking ok it's been all mixed up so it doesn't look as beautiful but fresh off the press after 72 hours of curing this is the thca forming
If you used a bag it looks like a blow out. Too much pressure too fast. With hash need to go slow and it won't take as much pressure as flowers do
in the first image it looks like the rosin and hash added back to it? if all that brown stuff came through then it's just melted the hash through the bag

Hello there, over the summer I had stuff from Euroterps and Eddies EU, both no longer trading. I'm about to get something in for Xmas and message Good stuff and NC. I like Eddie's as the stealth was next level. In the past I have had stuff from Nero who provided some really excellent hash, stealth was ok as it was within EU however, my postie is really handsy and it's a porous postal system, no box means less chance of arrival.
In fact, any of you EU vendors guarantee great stealth without having to pay lots for it?

Hi pidge, no doubt the guys at Northcollective249 are super friendly, fast, have good product at a good price and send everything in a box. From Spain, on the other hand, there are always delays because I think they rely on drop shipping, or maybe they don't have stock at the time of purchase idk for sure and so you have to wait anyway. In short, every time there is some problem. This is a pity because the product is usually really good but I don't want to spend 5 days sending numerous messages to get the parcel sent and have the tracking. I simply don't feel like it. TheGoodStuff has some good product that is shipped from Spain and he is reliable, but he is the only one there at the moment. So in Europe I now only buy from NC first place or as said TGS. Otherwise I remain loyal to my brits
I can recommend that you guyz stay away from Dr. Tony Chopper (Spain) He’s a total scammer. Does not answer to messages. STAY AWAY!

I ordered 10gs of Nepalese hash on Sunday and paid for 48 hr tracked delivery. I asked the vendor to check the tracking and sent him my address and they responded asking for my name (which they didn’t need) and I replied. They’ve read my message, but haven’t responded and have also removed all of their listings.
I know it’s not the end of the world and I’ll get my BTC back when I dispute but I just wanted to warn others.

I've heard quite a few people say they have orders insta-cancelled if they have a dispute on their acc.
So i can see why people would not be as eager to dispute. Especially if they are new and don't have any "trusted sellers" yet.

It’s tough for noobs, but two of my first three orders didn’t turn up and I was refunded in full despite thinking that escrow probably wasn’t a real thing! Both vendors had simply buggered off which always helps in a dispute but they had good rep up to that point- I was just unlucky in my noob choices.

I Ordered 50g of templeball..I asked how much each ball weighed...they didn't know and said it was shipped by somebody else...it never arrived and I send loads of messages to them and gave them plenty of time..they messed me about and finally said they reshipped it which they haven't..This is the only bad experience I have had on little biggy..Shameful !

I've used them 2 times and was happy with everything. Their comms are great so if you need anything particular reach out and ask them.

If I am in the UK I don't look at EU vendors as there is no point.

I order from Dr Distillate regularly and have no issues. The odd time I have a customs fee to be paid but thats usually a small fee under €5.00. Pontiff of Piff has served me well in the past as well.
Hi, do you need to fill a customs declaration paperwork stating description of goods, value etc? Or do you just pay the fee and they release your package?
only the sender, that sends out the package needs to fill out the "paperwork" called CN22. When you recieve the package, you just need to pay the import fees automatically set by customs.
The import fee depends on the value of the items inside, so its up to the vendor what you pay in fees upon recieving.

yeah, in Germany we have a "Einfuhrumsatzsteuer", but it only applies when the imported goods reach a set value..The set value here is 5 eur.
Sometimes customs sends a letter to the receiver asking for the contents and proof of purchase. If there is no reply, the parcel returns to the sender. Rarely would they be able to check the contents in order to apply the correct taxation. However in the last 2 years this has not happened to my knowledge, instead of sending a letter they apply the standard taxation of € 22. It happened to me twice. Anyway 9 times out of 10 it’s about 5 euro.

I agree its one of them scales you have to weigh out before purchase I had some brought to me recently turned my nose up to it but wanted ridiculous prices

One of the reasons I don't stock extracts is the price just too high for resell. I built a rosin press years ago I can't remember exact yields but the bottom line is the better quality bud you put in the better rosin you get out but the value of the bud per gram would have to be around 2-3 quid per gram to get yourself a £10-1g return and that's before mark up for resell plus site fees shippig cost etc. Good solventless cost around £30-40/g. Butane wax on the other hand can produce higher yields even from lower grade stuff but I don't have a set up to do that but if anyone needs rosin pressed fresh just give me a shout! :)

We put trackings with our orders, but only because these are international shipments and they do tend to have a few more causes…

So even though the postage price is at cost and clearly states 1st class I keep getting asked for tracking, even from folk that have ordered a few times. I could change it to tracked but I'd have to bulk them up and send less often so you wouldn't get your gear so quickly and you'd be paying more for it. Do you guys really think tracking is necessary when buying small amounts, seems an unnecessary expense to me? I've been sending 1st class untracked mail since 2011 and so far everything has arrived so the extra hassle and cost seems daft to me.
So would you guys like to see a tracked option at above cost to reflect the extra hassle even though it could take a few days before it gets sent out (while most 1st class customers will be half way through their stash already)?

Again I could buy glass pots but then it would drive up the price per gram. I try to be honest and thorough when I give a review, highlighting what I most liked and most disliked. I can't claim to be a scientist but from my limited knowledge, concentrates should not be kept in silicon pots. 9 times out of 10 it'll not be an issue as you have a very fast turnaround time on dispatch, but say a parcel got hold up at the PO for a week, there is definitely a chance the silicon will negatively affect the concentrates. Better than parchment paper, you're right. FWIW I'd be happy to pay a little extra if they came in glass pots.
As a whole though my main hope is you don't think I was being a dick bringing it up in a negative light on the review. The products are so good I came back for 3x the amount the following week. Just one little niggle that if anything, I feel it would be unfair not to mention in a review. How else are you supposed to continually improve your service?

To be honest I didn't notice the previous grumble about the silicone pots so perhaps a good thing you mentioned it. I'll look into other options but need to be wary about keeping costs down, happy for any suggestions that'll fit in a large letter if you or anyone has any.
Absolutely, that's exactly what this site is/should be all about. I've said it before that there's so many good vendors here, you don't have to bother with the crap. Self-regulation and open discussion are the best tools we have here. Anything we can do to be evolving in ourselves in any regard is a positive so I am always happy for healthy discussion. Looking forward to my next purchase as as I say all has been topper so far. It's great that you're inviting feedback, posts like this only make me gain more faith in vendors.

But if you only send inner country shipments, stick to untracked post, because with tracked shipments you’re compromising a part of your opSec, if not done right.

Have you disputed? If not, do that now. They can refund you by sending to your wallet if you send them your address, then when received you can cancel the dispute. Bear in mind the refund may be a different $/£ amount due to fluctuations in BTC.

Got a new method to ireland, no tax and lands in 2 (yes TWO) to 6 days. Anything above 3 is usually quite rural. Very regularly send that way and only lost 1 parcel in the last 18 months
Iv got dr. Distillate, pontiff of piff, dopey, eddy's hash bar and all have landed no problem. Currently waiting on an order from the new Irish vendor and Donloco. The fastest delivery out of them all was probably pontiff, although I paid extra for that. Dopey, dr and eddy's was 4 days. I prefer when vendors use the smaller box because it fits through the letter box if your not in.

We've never had a seizure in a UK->UK order, if your stealth is good it shouldn't happen really.

I ordered a JB vape which was fake, was promised a refund or goods to value replacement however nothing arrived and the vendor hasn’t responded to my messages and has not been on messenger for 12 days. Very frustrating especially as the vendor admitted that it was fake and made the refund/replacement offer without me even asking. Is there anything that I can do?
just dispute the vendor and name & shame so others wont buy fakes, also giving the vendor another chance of resolving.

Not sticking up for vendors , but dealing with so many parcels, stressy customers ( wich im secretly 1 of those ) let alone trying to running the operation all under radar . He might have troubles hes end idk . Try and bear with the seller specially if he said he will refund. I know there not cheap but grab another from someone reputable … and im sure your patience will pay off jeff .

Still, if you don't want to have problems with customs, you should buy from a vendor that sends from within the schengen area. Right now there are 2 or 3 vendors from Spain and one from Germany, that I'm aware of...

Customs unfortunately are getting shit hot at their jobs now. As a vendor your not gonna get away with just sealing it up, wrapping it in a newspaper and stuffing it into a envelope. Can be easily sniffed out just be giving it a good feel.

I have high grade Morrocan hash in stock and have added a link to Lemon haze hash 10g including shipment for just $80 check the 100 plus reviews out as that is the most important part reading customer feedback.

Guten Tag,
we are a relatively new vendor on LB and still trying to find our way around.
So there is this guy that ordered from us, and we sent out the order according to our terms, on time.
The carrier was really slow this time so the order did not arrive at the destination, at the right time, because the recieving end was only there for a short period of time.
We told the customer we would refund 100% because he told us he would leave a negative review and a dispute on our account, but we were told by transaxe support that we should not send the funds back directly from our wallet to his.
How can we settle the dispute and close the issue even though we did everything accordingly?

That dispute doesn’t look great on an account with 13 sales. Your menu looks great but with the only reviews being for products you’ve pulled already and a dispute on so few sales I’d be hesitant to buy if I was looking.
Sometimes gotta bite the bullet for the sake of the bigger picture.
I’d also recommend doing a bit of a ‘loss leader’ sale. Bung out a load of 1g tasters or cheap carts. This will cost you but the confidence form some 10* reviews and a bigger sales base will see the orders rolling in.
Hit me up if you need any help. I’m by no means a big fish but I’ve been through the ringer (in pms or on blast) from bad reviews 😂🚀

I’d put them on blast tbh. You’re not gonna be the first or last they try to blackmail. Milk the attention in a crowded field since you’re gonna get a low review regardless of whether you pay or you dont, win or lose the dispute.
