I buy multiple ozs off Pistach every month. I’ve tipped the team in the past. I’ve reviewed every order and always bigged them up and recommended them to others on here.

Now I can’t even get a reply to messages. Marked sent and not received. Had 2 issues last month but they sorted it eventually. Now back to square one. Almost seems like they’re intentionally doing this to their customers now.

I have nearly 200 buys and not a single dispute that hasn’t been withdrawn. I do not want a dispute on my account but I feel forced at this point waiting on this OZ.

2 more days and I can dispute.

Do you really not care about your customers Pistach?

I would have already had my next order in by now had it arrived.
