I overpaid by accident and my vendor cancelled the transaction. Refund Borg replied to ask for my bitcoin address but only to refund the cost amount not the paid (overpayment) amount and won't reply. Please help. I over paid by 10x

My seller cancelled my order as he was out of stock. I received a message from borg to reply with my btc address for a refund which I have done but I have not yet received any further communication/refund. Is the process automatic?

Hello my order auto cancelled and I received a message saying from refund borg saying to send address.

I have not done this before. I went onto my coinbase and selected receive. This generated a code like when I pay vendors. I copied and pasted this into the chat.

Is this correct? How long does refund take, it's been over 24 hours now. But it is the weekend.

so, I made an order with a seller that had been having internet issues, I dont want to pay the gas fees for the refund and then again to send it back, is there a way to recover an auto canceled order?
