Thought I’d drop a quick review and a pic of what £250 gets ya.
I’m fairly new to extracts but have learnt they are an awesome product to have laying around..
so, comms was on point,got back to me quickly with my query. Got the order in AM and it was posted that day. 2 days to come but postage was free so no complaints at all.
Arrived protected by 4 or 5 layers for extra stealth. Product reeks just as you’d expect. Glistening with moist gooey goodness❤️❤️❤️.
Tastes as good as it looks.

Among my many issues, I now find myself asking if I even get high from edibles? Despite seeing huge quantities being mixed into sweets for myself,I never get high?
I know what being high from smoking weed feels like-When you get up to go to the toilet and you are literally unable to open your eyes and stand up straight!!! I was kind of hoping for something like that out of at least 1/10 nights trying.
Does anyone else out there feel like this or is it just me?

The Wire - best thing ever written. Slow burner due to complication of story, but it is relatable as the war on drugs does not have a start or end to it, and street dealing doesn't just start, therefore you are immediately immersed in the story without even realising. Only figured that out the second time watching it. Also some great visual metaphors throughout. Also note there is no cue music to instigate feelings. All music is from source, i.e. car radio, night club. Only cue music is when Avon enters the lowrisers for the first time
The Ozark - Although breaking bad is good, it's not worth the hype. This is the older cooler brother of breaking bad. Calculated and intense at times. Story is always moving forward with real character progression
Altered Carbon - Absolutely fantastic sci-fi with great visuals and a great story line. Really left me itching to read the book, and I'm not a sci-fi fan
Arrested Development - Intelligent comedy with so much layered jokes you can watch this five times and still find punch lines you never noticed before
People Just Do Nothing - Threw this on not expecting much which is perhaps why I found it to be so good. Off the wall characters made completely believable by the actors playing the parts. Excellent idea, excellent execution.
Peep Show - This is a classic, you need to watch this
Trailer Park Boys - Another classic everyone here should be able to relate to
Big Mouth - Great for a background watch, but really funny and does take you back to your teenage years at times, haha
Fargo - Beautiful cinematography, great story captured very close to the original film. Billy Bob absolutely shines in this role in season one
Life On Mars - Made in early naughties, but just as relevant as today
Dark Tourist - good short run of a different kind of travel show. The kind of travel I like too
The Wolves Of Yellowstone - Nature documentary that has a story line Walt Disney would be proud of. Really makes you realise the balance of nature
Utopia - Such an underrated British TV series
It's Always Sunny In Philidelphia - Great zany show about dysfunctional friends who live in their own world, and drink in their own pub causing all kinds of ridiculous antics

Oh my god its been years since I've watched utopia and now I'm all excited to dive into the twisted wacky world of 90's conspiracies that now seem quick mundane as they are basically happening now
Dark on Netflix. German show about time travel set in a village where kids keep going missing every 33 years. Stunning production values, really intricately plotted, three series, all ties together. Loved it. Has an English dub but the German audio with subtitles is best.
End of the fucking world is really good. Strange and offbeat which I like. With some characters that don’t give a fuck. And it’s British and very relatable (even though it’s about a lad that thinks he’s a psychopath haha).
100% but do you think you could watch them the other way round and it’s all still as good? As I really do, integrated them amazingly well.
Yeah I agree, I liked BB a lot but I came to it a bit late and like UKgrower hearing the hype maybe expected too much. Better call Saul I didn’t expect much of at all, didn’t think it’d get past Series 1 but now I think it’s better than BB.
If you enjoyed Breaking Bad, then give Better Call Saul a go. I always thought he stole every scene he was in during Breaking Bad.

Yo UK Grower. I have just discovered Channel Zero on StarZplay, prime add on. It’s a really good horror series, twisted stuff, defo a bit freaky.
To any one who likes comedies don't be put off What We Do in the Shadows, it's vampires but it's not really a "vampire" type show.... it's really funny when high and the second series has just come out on iplayer.
If you're into Sci-fi I'd highly recommend Altered Carbon on Netflix. Really cool story and visuals. I seen somebody recommended Ozark, excellent as well. If you like animation and feel like a laugh give Rick and Morty a watch, The Midnight Gospel is also new to Netflix but really trippy / funny in my opinion. Happy watching!

i liked that a lot more than i thought i would. also, colony on netflix even though it was killed by covid and never finished.
I almost pissed myself with laughter watching the first episode as I watched the trailer but wasn't really for how out there this really is. A must watch for any sci fi and gaming fan or if you have a sick sense of humour like me :)
Stranger Things Season 1 - 80's themed sci-fi thriller with endearing characters that had me on the edge of my seat throughout.
True Detective Season 1 - Basically an 8 hour movie that oozes quality. Pacing/cinematography/acting/dialogue are all A++ for me.

Had great laughs :) U.S. version of an Australian cult sitcom about a meek young man and a pot-smoking talking dog named Wilfred (actually actor Jason Gann in a dog suit, whom everyone else sees as just a dog). If you liked Breaking Bad you might like Better Call Saul... it's slower but the writing and cinematography are actually better imo. Plus by S5 the pace is basically on BB levels.

just call Saul was better than breaking bad in some ways (last series a bit disappointing tho). Always interested to see if people liked the Midnight Gospel (single series, animation, also Netflix).

If no one has said it yet, Banshee. A pro thief / seriously tough guy played by Anthony Starr ( Homelander from the boys) rolls into town, assumes the identity of a recently deceased new Sheriff that no one has met yet. Boom, he's now the law in town and is actually very good at stopping crime. Insane realistic violence, Amish gangsters, bikers, native American mafia and lots more, best show I've ever seen

The Man in the High Castle is loads of fun, especially if you’re a fan of PKD. Classic UK series that are great: Line of Duty, The Fall, Peep Show, Monty Python’s Flying Circus
Succession is better than you'd think. Punisher is the best out of all the Marvel shows, Daredevil is also very watchable (and Jessica Jones if you're into angry women with PTSD). Umbrella Academy is fun to watch. The Magicians ditto. Also The Boys.
One of my all-time favourites will always be Daria.

Fargo is probably the best series ever after GOT. Better Call Saul was brilliant too after a slow start. Better than Breaking Bad for me.
All the seasons are good and different stories so don't need to watch in order. All true apparently. The movie's a bit dated now but a great watch too.
Murder Mountain on Netflix. An oldie but a goodie. All about the emerald triangle in California and how it moved from illegal weed growing into legalisation and the lawless nature of the industry.

He doesn’t just eat meat and I’d never just do that. Got to say though when I stuck close to his diet and ate only meat, including muscle cuts, organs and bone broths, fruit, raw dairy and raw honey I have felt insanely nourished and replenished. I don’t stick to the diet but I try and include it as much as I can in my diet. I can’t help indulging in pasta or bread or cake and desserts I don’t think I’ll ever be able to give my sweet tooth up

Didn’t even realise I’d put that im high af most of the time and I don’t really care that much in all fairness about my spelling and grammar. Ok I’ll go more into detail and correct what I was supposed to say. When I stuck to his diet and ate only meat, fruit, organs, raw dairy and raw honey I felt a lot better than I’ve ever felt in my whole life. Mental clarity great, no brain fog and my energy levels would never dip dramatically, I was sleeping better too.

I knew someone that worked in the factory that produced these and they told me some thing’s about what they used to do, needless to say I’ve never had Richmond sausages since. I think that was the late 90’s so things might have changed now days but I’m not gonna chance it thanks….! lol

The legal minimum meat content for a product to be sold as a sausage in the UK is 42%. Can almost promise these will be riding that line. I appreciate sausage famously bulked up with rusk or whatever but were not living under rationing these days so choose to avoid.

Yeah all the cheap processed meats have a lot of filler which is why they taste so bad compared to a proper homemade sausage or burgers made from scratch.

Trump is determined to start something in Iran, and as always when the US goes to war, we'll be dragged in with them. Not that a war in Iran would last long.
All I can say is that I'm 70 now. Lived through the Cold War and the nuclear arms race. Wasn't always great but wasn't too scared. I've never felt such existential dread before as I do now. Of course doomscrolling the constant access to the news now doesn't help but things feel so different now. What with the orange madman in the White House and his mate Putin in Russia, added to the fascist Netanyahu in Israel, it seems like we're heading for the mother of all fuck ups. It's out of our control and it's us ordinary Joes that will suffer.

Blow 🌬️🍃 in it gently, few times always doing a trick 😉 on the radiator for few seconds just turn around, any low heat thing will do the job.
Hairdryer on low setting or boil kettle and use the outer heat of the kettle to warm the cart a little
I've never had to heat the carts up to get them going. I find if you try and suck the life out the vape expecting a big hit is not the way to go. A slow, long draw works way better imo and is noticeable in the amount of vape exhaled. I make my own vape liquid using premium extracts (not distillate) and wax liquidiser and I still buy these carts as I rate them as the best on LB.
When I have a think oil issue. I put the cart on my laptop power brick, put a game on Elite Dangerous at the moment to heat the brick up good and proper. And job done!
If ya have a fan heater, that works really well. It hurts tho seeing how much i have left 😪

The easiest way is to take a bowl, add some boiling water from the kettle, then place another bowl on top. Add the cart to the bowl without water and let it sit for 1–2 minutes it’s essentially the doubleboil method, but the heat from the boiled kettle water is plenty. ✌️
Pour a cup of tea and sit the cart next to the mug, just touching. By the time your cuppa is brewed, the cart is ready for use

Does any other "older" bigga here find it hard to be scared by films now? I used to love a good chiller back in the day. Now I'm 67, have access to the whole wonders of cable and the web, but any supposed "horror" I watch leaves me cold. Not trying to sound "old and wise" believe me, but every movie in that category I end up feeling "meh".
At 52 I thought I’d seen it all, not been scared for a long long time but then I saw Martyrs and whilst it didn’t scare me like Halloween did when I was much younger, it’s such a visceral experience that it’s become one of my favourite movies. Just don’t make the mistake of watching the US remake, it’s shit.
Never heard of Martyrs so just looked it up. Jeez that sounds heavy and dark! Will check it out some time. 👍
Nocturnal animals messed my head up more than any horror has done in a while. A lot of horror I like has to be more based on an interesting premise like martyrs, though a lot of horror made is targeted for PG-13 as that can command a box office so the films are more gore based but lack the total brain fuck.

Not so much a movie, but the last series of Black Mirror saw a slight deviation in its final episode, rebranding as Red Mirror, a full on horror focused strand.
Demon 79, its debut offering is an absolute blast, up there with some of the best Black Mirror episodes.

Ooh one of my favourite genres! It's hard to do anything original these days, and even harder to do horror well. There are exceptions, but I do like conventional stuff as well as left-field. Lots of people have made great suggestions, so I'll try to make some that are more recent. With a lot of horror, I find it's best not to watch the trailer, or to watch as little as possible as many give things away that are more fun to discover for yourself.
* The Babadook (2014) - Austrailian. An intelligent, atmospheric 'monster' film collides with a single mother's struggles with grief, guilt, and the demands of her young son.
* Dark Water (2002) - the Japanese one, not the US remake. Similar style to the Ring trilogy.
* Apostle (2018) - Visceral British period film, where a man goes searching for his sister in an isolated religious cult.
* Weapons (2025) - a class of children all go missing on the same night & one of the parents works to solve the mystery, but it's not a simple kidnapping.
* Barbarian (2022) - same director as Weapons. A woman arrives at her Air BnB to find a man's already staying there, so they agree to share, but that's a decision she'll come to regret.
* Relic (2020) - a woman goes to visit her elderly mother, finding her dementia has progressed but there's also an insidious presence in the house.
* Get Out (2017) - a young couple go to visit her parents, but there's something strange about their social circle.
* Choose Or Die (2023) - a retro video game is much more than it appears to be, and once you're in it you have to keep playing.

* A Cure For Wellness (2016) - a young executive is sent to a mysterious Swiss clinic to retrieve his company's CEO, but no patient ever wants to leave, and the charismatic Doctor in charge claims the water on the historic site has extraordinary healing properties.
* The Monkey (2025) - gruesome deaths seem to surround the toy monkey inherited from their father by twin sons. The film has a darkly comedic edge and is based on a Stephen King story.
* Together (2025) - a couple struggling with their relationship move to a new place in the hope of a fresh start, but the previous occupants of their house mysteriously disappeared in the ominous forest behind the house, and their closest neighbour seems a bit too friendly.
* Men (2022) - an unusual film from Alex Garland, about a woman who goes to the countryside for a much-needed break, only to be oppressed by her state of mind and some unsettling happenings.
* The Ritual (2017) - a group of friends go hiking in the Swedish countryside, but one of them gets injured & they're forced to take refuge from a storm in a creepy old cabin that tests their sanity and revives old tensions.
I could probably come up with loads more but these are a few I've seen recently. I've given you a bit of a mixture of the usual and the more unusual as I don't know what your taste in horror is like, but hopefully there's some stuff in there you'll like.

I exclusively watch horror movies all through October. My standards for horror movies are different than other genre's. Show me something a little bit different and I'll consider it worth the watch.
I try and watch a mixture of new and old stuff throughout the month. So far there has been a clear winner in terms of what I've thought about most after watching.
Talk to me (2022)
I watched about 40 seconds of a 2minute trailer and decided ok I'm in and wouldn't advise knowing any more than that coming in. Now the movie didn't scare me in any way but it did have an incredibly visceral reaction on me to the point of having to look away several times and literally dreading what was coming next. As someone who doesn't think of themselves as squimish in the slightest I can't think the last time a movie did that to me.
Also I found out watching that the guys started out as Youtubers who I actually watched a bunch of their stuff back in the day. I watched about 40 seconds of a 2minute trailer and decided ok I'm in and wouldn't advise knowing any more than that coming in. Now the movie didn't scare me in any way but it did have an incredibly visceral reaction on me to the point of having to look away several times and literally dreading what was coming next. As someone who doesn't think of themselves as squimish in the slightest I can't think the last time a movie did that to me.
Also I found out watching that the guys started out as Youtubers who I actually watched a bunch of their stuff back in the day. You can always use places like localcoinswap. Just make sure you vet the reviews first and from there you can send the crypto from the wallet into your local wallet as an example so it's not held on some exchange or anything for you to get it locked or lost.
It's all done through escrow so it gives you slight peace of mind, only problem right now is that you would be required to use a VPN as the laws in UK changed and they temp blocked it.

Bittylicious don't require additional information until 2027. Send to a non-KYC wallet like Exodus.

Firstly, Monzo does allow most crypto payments in my experience. But if you're looking for a new place to buy crypto i used Exodus and you can buy BTC from there via MoonPay (Monzo allows) or Blockchain.

It also gets me why vendors keep stuff up. As mentioned below and Yourmumshouse and onestop are great value options that will always split z’s as I like 2 different halfs.. Not had a bad bid from any mentioned. I have not tried all vendors only 1 bad apple so far the notorious Dr Chopper. Avoid. Have fun

Trying to be a bit more discreet and order to a pickup locker so that I can go out and get it rather than have it delivered to my house.
I think you need to supply an email address and phone number of the recipient to Inpost to allow them to unlock the locker, and this info would be blocked by LB, so unfortunately I don't think it is currently a viable option for use here. Not sure about the Royal Mail lockers, but less of them around as far as I can see. Would be great to be able to use lockers for deliveries.
If this is the case 1000% don't do this. Looked into getting a PO Box ages ago and there are too many ID linkages so it's not a great idea.
Do you know how I would set up a delivery so that it goes straight to the parcel locker?
As far as im aware, the seller would have to send it to RM locker, which may have security implications.

We don't know about the Royal Mail lockers but we have researched InPost in the past and from what we understood its only for sites like Ebay or Etsy where you can select it at the checkout like on Amazon when you change your address to the lockers so InPost is no use to any of us on LB but the Royal Mail lockers might be worth researching although we imagine they are something similar to the Amazon ones just for Ebay or something again or they would have us and every other vendor using the majority of the lockers in the UK :)

I’ve got a bug problem with my grow. Can anybody give me any advice on dealing with fruit flies please? I’ve bought some bug strips and some ‘natural’ bug spray. I’m avoiding over-watering the girls as I know that attracts the little bastards. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Diatomaceous earth. order a tub! in future mix a small amount in with new soil, and in the case you have sprinkle a thin layer over the top of yor pots and repeat every 2-3 days until 7-10 days after they've gone. yellow traps also, as a visual aid to check the frequency, when they're really gone, and if/when they come back.
Bottom watering to keep the top layer of soil dry.
Also, try adding hydrogen peroxide to your water, this will kill the eggs along with sticky traps around your pot.
I forget the ratio of h2o2 to water so you'll need to look it up.

When I saw this I was going to say get some bug strips, might be worth setting a trap in there as well, fucking cunts I hate em
I had this really bad once. Make sure you have some sort of filter on your air intake, even a stocking, I used a sieve. Then buy a bottle of “Knat off” It says add 4ml per litre in every watering but I added 2ml per litre. I only gave them 2 watering of the knat off and they all disappeared. My soil was swimming with the little buggers and 2 applications of knat off and an air filter and I never had those flies ever again. Also if you’re using soil or some other substrate make sure it’s from a reliable source. Also there eggs hatch when you water that’s why it seems worse after watering. I think the knat off stops them from being able to lay eggs and fungus knats (fruit flues) only live for about 7 days at the most so it should clear in a week. Hope this helps 👍

Yellow sticky traps and pics and I can help further. Yellow sticky trap wiĺl catch em. It wont iradicate em.but we can identify em. Fuckin mites and gnats

Super crop is really good, I usually just wait until the 8-10th node, chop the main head off and train the rest of the arms to be main heads or il monster crop and get a 100 main heads.

Sorry, I meant Gas Lantern routine. It gives two lights on phases in a 24hr period during the vegetative phase. Improvements in economy, growth, reductions in stress. Can be followed by 11/13 flowering phase. Its an interesting horticultural rabbit hole. Lots of info to delve into.

Its a high stress training method which you take clones while the plant is flipped/flowering, occasionally between the first few weeks and when it starts revegging itl start pulling out heads upon heads. All Main heads.

Correct brother, during the first 3 weeks of flower is all fine, bottoms preferebly as theyl root up faster, will take an extra weekish or so compared to normal clones, reveg will take about 3-4 weekish but by the time its revegged youl have unlimited ammounts of heads, its also a good way to just keep a mother of the same plant as when it grows itl bush up exactly like a mother without training etc.

Depends on your setup and priorities. Time, space, desired outcome - running the single main stem can results in a big fat cola. For maximum yield & efficiency ( light) in a given space and keeping even canopy then yeah crop.

LVCannabis is well known for slow delivery's and not replying to messages either. I havent used them since this is how they fucntion now.

No, mine never turned up so I requested a late dispute but I have heard nothing.
If RM have tried to deliver they would leave a card to let you know what was happening to your package, usually would try to redeliver next day.
Pretty sure they would only return to sender if there was no way they could deliver it to the address on the package or if delivery was refused.

I bought ccell ceramic carts and have some live resin ready to decarb. Whats next?
Should I use a liquidizer, terpenes or something? Or should I just suck it into the syringe and release it into the cartridge?
When decarbing, do I wait until it all bubbles up like when I make gummies? Will it work if I only use 2-3g? I only have it for myself and I only bought 5pcs 0.5ml carts.
I can also use my Dabpress for decarb between plates, but i think it will took much longer time, right?

Best to do this on a hot plate in a small beaker. Decarb till all bubbles gone, add 5-10% terps, mix and load your carts.

I've been decarbing a Q of live resin at 110c for an hour and then checking every 10mins till bubbles are gone. Once I'm confident they are gone I take the LR up into a 10ml glass syringe with a 16ga blunt tip long needle on so I can fill from the coil up. When full I put in the oven at around 50c uncapped for a few mins(to saturate the coil) and then top up and cap.
You can buy a cheap plastic cart holder or do what I did and diy a cardboard one lol. CC could be right you may need to add terpenes however I personally haven't done this and made a fair few now with no clogging issues. I think it depends on the terp content and consistency of your Resin. I only started doing this as my go too vendors CI and VB are often out of stock as they are so good at what they do !

Yes you must add a bit of terps otherwise it'll set solid in your cart once it cools off, during decard any terps left will evaporate. You can find terpss online it's legal and many companies are selling it. Best to find one that is cannabis derived terps, plenty around.

They don't smoke nice and not very forgiving, I wouldn't recommend anyone to grow autos. This was discovered late when it already started flowering at which point you can't train it anymore but still didn't want to chuck it and lived its life by the side of regular girls.
Little over 7g after removing the stalks. I smoked a little joint of it. Still fresh and flavours nothing special to me, high was nice and relaxing. I'm giving away an 8th to Zapgaz as his guess of a Q was spot on the money :)

only sugar leaf they covered in crystals, I smoked a bit of it could do with a bit more curingn for the taste but smokable and gets you stoned.
It's been trimmed around the buds but not manicured so most sugar leaf left on but tips are trimmed around it. I already made prerolls and gave them away to the first buyers of 2026

If you were one of the many customers who had a parcel missing from orders on the 28/11/22, you probably received your parcel this week. A lot of you called me a liar and did not believe me. I’ve had to give full refunds and reships to dozens of people who have now also got their original order on top. I’ve never scammed anyone or lied about anything. It’s upsetting that I’ve had to get a whole bunch of disputes, bad reviews, had many people tarnish my reputation and I've lost a lot of money when you could have all been patient, accepted the 50% refund offer and received your original order before the New Years. Whether the parcels were actually seized or just delayed we would never know. But whatever the scenario, I told you everything I knew from my side. All I ask is for those of you who called me a liar or a scammer or spoke bad on my name to take back what you said. My reviews speak volumes. Thank you for everyone who remained patient and trusted me ❤️ I will make sure to treat you all good too 🥰

I was indeed one of the affected customers and I can confirm that my order placed on 28 Nov did land on 22/12. House sitter signed for it and I found it when I returned home a few days ago.
Strainsburys had given me a full refund at the time and I just couldn't stay silent and keep both refund and items as they did their job and the whole debacle had nothing to do with them (although I still don't understand why their runner was detained!).
I can't refund in one go (sorry times are tight) but if you setup a tip on your page, I'd be happy to reimburse you bits by bits, a la Klarna.
I will definitely be reordering from you guys when you reopen shop. Sorry you had to go through this ordeal!

I've since ordered twice from Strainsburys. He's one of the rare vendors who actually sends NDD (best to be home to sign for it) and his weed is really good. I tend to go for the cheaper one (Guava or Mints) but they don't taste cheap at all, proper top shelf!

I believe this guy totally that its all carriers that take the piss. I admit I get worried when I don't see my package arrive and I admit to been bit of a pest but I never call my vendors a liar. As you can't pin that on them as you know in back of your head it's all the carriers and royal mail taking the liberty. These vendors have to keep safe in there own way and I believe they do everything to try make us happy and do everything in their power to make sure we receive. Bless all

Not wanting to raise hate for no reason but I've messaged you 6 times. Still unopened and I threw about 16g of weed away, wasn't wanting a reship but acknowledgement is nice. Not sure you can ask for an apology/money back when your clearly ignoring customers(and I've used you multiple times) had messages off other customers asking as they have same issue and no response from you to them either. Yeah shouldn't be a problem with that, credit to them I never had any issue ordering, comms before ordering etc until I had an issue with the product, then they went silent on me
Sorry for late reply mate. I had ordered a Z of chemdawg, cali mix, shake and somethibg else but anyway, pretty big order, had done a few so spent plenty of cash. Chemdawg was unsmokable. Basically dried shake looking buds. Hope you've not been blasted by them aswell. Keep an eye, they'll okay the victim again soon it's been a few months

So people wanted carts with pure live resin in them and we made them .the cold weather has made the resin even more thick .all you have to do is leave the cart up right in a warm place once the coil is covered with the resin they work a treat..we don't understand why people would leave bad reviews without contacting for some info the carts are as described and are amazing as most people reflect in there reviews .either people want carts mixed with thinners and unnatural additives that are horrible or they want the real deal there is no in-between we have to best quality carts at the best price end of !! We will write what to do in the listings so it's more clear

For me it has to be some Bruce Banner #3 from 1e hulp in the dam all the way back in 2017. I've never been able to recapture that one. It was a skunky, kind of gassy & fruity type all rolled into one with such a unique flavour profile to finish. The high was second to none. Wiped me right out. Left me looking at the world with my eyes so bulged they were basically closed. They say you'll never recapture that first high, this one took me above and beyond.

got an oz like that in the late 90's, had the potent lavender smell and taste. think it was a bit on the indica pheno side. very dark purple and when you snapped the buds in half the core was almost black. amazing bag appeal. really strong and tasty stuff too

I absolutely love blue cheese. So tasty and so strong. I used to get an oz every week off my plug back in the day. Couldn't get enough of it. Got it recently in the dam too at Greenhouse effect. Was just like how I remembered it.

There was a grower that was producing the strongest WW ever. It’s the closest weed I’ve had that when smoked could be mistaken for isolator.

Absolutely loved that strain. I remember queuing for a long time as I was there for the cannabis cup (2006). Grey Area’s queue was ridiculous on a normal day!

i was going to the dam around that time and also had some of the LA confidential it was crazy strong and very dank tasting. it was one of the best we tried that trip, those grey mist crystals from grey area were something else too!

Grey Area had an incredible cut of some Kuchi OG Kush X OG Cheese about ten years ago that was just incredible, Area 41 Alien Labs another banger not a big lemon fan but a beautiful mix of Citrus and pure gas, of course the early batches of Blue Zushi deserve a mention too.

Northern lights terpenes are locked in my mind from 30 years ago. Bizarre how our minds can recreate that smell.
I'm a big fan of mimosa. First time I had that and sluricane I was quite pleased (they were nice examples). I think my all time favourite may have been a blue cheese amnesia cross, had it around Xmas time like 12 years ago. Point in time/context definitely has huge impact on decision. I once grew some purple punch (outdoor auto flower) only got like a Q of decent bud, after few months curing was lovely, that fact I grew it made it better than it was to me.
Had a strain called Greco once that was the strongest thing I've ever had, not only gave me red eyes but also gave red rings/bags on eyes. My house mates were worried about me hahaha.

I have found that it's more to do with phenotypes and how they are grown. I've sampled different grows of the same strain and found the effects to differ with each one. Some of these grows have been some of the nicest in effects and then others of the same strain completely lack what was so nice about them.
Mine is probably some jungle cake, Mac or boss og, all of them I got from here. Such great strains. Even chemdawg and uk cheese are up there too.
2018 Cali X Zkittlez, nothing else has ever came near and I wish I kept more for myself
The best strain I've ever smoked was Skywalker OG about 5 years ago. It was my first time smoking a strain I knew the name of and it was every bit as good as I thought it would be. I wish I could go back and get Zs off them
It's a toss up between bubba kush and amnesia haze for me. Had some bubba for the first time a few months back and it was a gorgeous body high. Delicious body rushes from it. Bought some again recently but doesn't have the same quality of effects unfortunately. Maybe because of different phenotypes 🤷🏻♂️.
Amnesia haze almost always gets me to a place of euphoria that's unmatched by other strains. Would love to find a strain that's more euphoric but out of the roughly 20 strains I've tried so far nothing has been more uplifting than ami.

Tried super silver once but wasn't fussed. Maybe a poor example of it. Not tried jack herer yet but will probably in the future. I do like to try out the old classics 👍
As far as dominant sativa’s goes,I’ve always had a smile when bopping home with a bit of Amnesia in my sky.
I'd go with either MAC by citizen stash or wedding crasher by BLKMRT both outstanding. I also had a bit of alien sin mint cookies by BLKT, I kid you not the bud was bluish instead of purple, all these strains were from a couple years ago when I was living in Canada.

Apart from the wonderful Hashishin, there is a distinct lack of good quality Black Hashes on here. If you come across any that'd be great. Anything exotic...Temple Ball, Charas, Kasmiri etc... :)

I went for the $30 for 5g of medium grade.
It's on point for the price. Needs a little heat to crumble nicely.
Definitely leaning towards indica. It's quite dark, and I feel suitably relaxed off a little tester.
It's pretty strong stuff.
And the lovely people at Strainsbury sent me a sample of the golden Beldia hash. I am yet to try, but I can tell by looking at it it's going to be lovely, soft and sandy, yum yum.

Looks and sounds great...I think Strainsburys have all their "ducks in a row" in terms of product,price and service...Just about to order the tester pack myself....also,ditto on the tee shirts! Them culero eggs are decent, never see em on here though, they turn to sludge in the bag though and get stuck to it lol
i prefer the stuff that was about in 2003, bit like an armadillo, hard on the outside and dark, and light and pliable on the inside, a nice sativa. used to come in 1/8th blocks. was really the best, but i am unable to find anything now days that comapares. i dont like it when it has too much oil, some look, smell and taste like they have been dipped in oil.
I've heard of hash with ucalyptus in it and I've had hash that tastes of tea tree oil, was all hard stuff though.
Ive had some great hash of late and like to have a couple of strains available. My faves of late have been Sunset Sherbet and Putin Stamp (which can slay me with less than 0.1g in the Dyna)
My only issue with some Black hash is i can get a headache with it that i dont get with Beldia type brown or golden hashes. Someone has been selling some really black pucks on here. They look mental. Love to try them. I totally appreciate sellers who do trial grams or 4g of 4 strains for 40-50 dollars. Its amazing to try different strains. I'm a vaper these days so terps can matter too.

Hey Biggas. A lot of us share the weed we love on this site so I thought it might be interesting to mix things up and see which strains don't do it for you.
I'll kick things off with Runtz. I like Zkittles and I like Gelato, but for some reason I have never really enjoyed Runtz. I think it's a combination of two good strains that somehow produced a worse one. Just my opinion of course, interested to hear what the rest of you think.

I was going so say mimosa, no matter how good it is, those orange terps remind me of burning rubber. Strange.
So glad I’m not alone in hating mimosa terps. The first time I smelled/tasted it, I genuinely thought the weed was bogus. Like it had been artificially flavoured with something nasty. Then when I got good mimosa it was the exact same terps. Not for me like.
I’d say Stardawg too, just because it was fuckin everywhere and was normally sub par.

I like Mimosa for the effect and I don't mind the taste. I am not keen on some of the other strains that taste similar like Tangerine Dream so I can see where you're coming from. Citrus strains can be hit and miss on the terps front.
I think Mimosa is the only strain taste wise that lives up to the hype. 90% of weed tastes to me exactly what it is- heated vegetation. All the “mouth watering “ descriptions completely pass me by…occasionally I get pine bathroom cleaner but heyho…

I hear you, I’d say I’m less of a flavour hunter too and more just looking for ways to encourage variety. I’ve definitely been let down by mouth watering descriptions a lot, but at the same time been surprised a lot too. I’m not really sure how much truth there is in all this supposed terp nuance either tbh…

I definitely taste different flavours. And Mimosa makes me sick 😂 Saying that I usually taste weed as it smells until I’ve smoked a couple spliffs. Then it’s hit or miss. Weird 😂 That’s the wonderful thing with Cannabis. The variety is astounding so everyone and their preferences are catered for 😁
Bang on, I’m not into any tangey variants either. I accidentally bought some expensive import bud a few weeks ago that had tangey/mimosa heritage. The bud was clearly excellent in every department, probably well worth the money, but the terps ruined it for me. Just tasted artificial, almost like a nicotine vape or something. Different strokes and all that.
Hate the taste but iv yet to find a strain that is almost comparable to taking codine for feel good factor. I’ll smoke dry straw for that

Stuff gives me the shakes and heart palpitations. Had it from different growers at different times, it just disagrees with me.
The Brazilian sativa element is too racy and the Indian indica just melts you. It’s always an intense Indica v Sativa battle.
Usually with hybrids I get the sativa effect then it chills into indica but white widow pummels me with both from the get go and leaves me meditating to the ganja gods with tai chi breathing to alleviate me from the poisonous kiss of White Widow.

The Brazilian sativa element is too racy and the Indian indica just melts you. It’s always an intense Indica v Sativa battle.
Usually with hybrids I get the sativa effect then it chills into indica but white widow pummels me with both from the get go and leaves me meditating to the ganja gods with tai chi breathing to alleviate me from the poisonous kiss of White Widow.
I use to get that from ammi I'm already a anxious smoker and amnesia haze was a horrible experience especially cause it was actually decent bud

Lemon Tree is the strain I most dislike. I use to love a good lemon skunk or lemon haze 20 years ago. Not the same anymore.
Super silver haze. Smelled like cats piss and had no body high. Muscles felt restless and uncomfortable.
All 'Haze' are sativa dominant aren't they, so yeah, you get the head high but no body chill. I know what you mean about muscles feeling that way - I get achey neck/shoulders and back and no body chill, and that's with various hybrids.

Way back I got some free seeds with the seeds I ordered. NYC diesel they were, so I grew them and was so disappointed, it tasted awful. Haven't really gone for diesel since. Have smoked loads of diesel cross.

Haha I fully agree with cookiedawg - one of the most vile tasting strains I've had lol, the terps just don't mix well together.
I also hated 24k Gold - it just made me feel sick the 2 separate times I had that strain.

I've not tried the Tropicana strains, but I do agree about the Tangies as I don't get on with the taste of them either.
Tropicana strains when grown well are top tier however in my experience they seem to be hard strains to get right, I’ve probably tried 10-15 different versions of Tropicana cookie/cherry/banana and only 2 of them were really good (but I mean really good) a few of them were alright (nothing to write home about) and the rest were pretty awful with almost no terps and black ash.
I get a vibe from some strains, mainly I’d describe more indica leaning and berry types.

At it's best, it is hard to better. I have had some good tasting examples but they are becoming rarer.
The genetics are laden with problems so it is difficult to get the correct pheno from seed. But if you have the correct clone (as is the case with chemdawg) and it is grown and cured adequately, it is a very nice smoke imo.

It's completely possible I've not had the best versions but also maybe just a taste or body chemistry thing where for whatever reason those strains don't do it for me. I'm unlikely to test the theory any further by buying more when there's a myriad of sweeter options at LB that are more up my street. The world would of course be boring if we were all the same.

To be fair to the vendors on here I've not had any of the strains I've mentioned from anyone on LB. There's definitely more exciting strains to me available here so I'm unlikely to backtrack just to make sure I don't like it though.

We got some fresh zkittlez in. I really dislike haze tho just smells of roach spray honestly . Idk how it got so famous
Never been a big fan of Papaya strains, always got a weird taste to them that doesn’t agree with me.
I don't get the haze hate though I love Silver Bubble / SSH / Arjans Strawberry Haze / Mango Haze / Blue Dream etc
My sense of taste and smell never recovered from COVID so it can be difficult getting the flavour and smell nuances between strains. I can taste and smell the extremes though, crap and amazing. My preference is definitely Indica leaning as I've got older. I don't want to be introspective, going over all my life's choices! A lot of hybrids are fine. Don't have time for hazes.

Dislike any orange strains personally. Also not a huge fan of gelato 41. It’s too sweet and lingers on the lips in our opinion. If you enjoy the sweeter strains then probably your cup of tea
Iv not figured out the common denominator but some strains have me feeling I can’t be arsed with anyone or anything in a none good way and like a what’s the point type feeling.

I've made some mistakes in past grows, and I still wouldn't consider myself an absolute pro, but I've fixed any issues I've had with these gorilla cookies before they've really became issues (growing in coco is some learning curve!). They're starting to smell delicious and the one at the back right, which was the runt of the litter in veg, has that true forum cut GSC smell to it and is due to finish first. I can't really give a time estimate as to when a listing will go up, but what I can say is that good things are in the pipeline!

100% mate will definitely touch base when the time comes. Have some work and £ to do, getting my environment right before any moves. Been focusing mainly on run-off tests, EC and PH management tbh as they are new to me having only ever tried soil. I like the idea of full control of the root system and what goes in vs what comes out, and seen very good reviews and journals once you get the right light intensity
Sounds good! Yeah, it's great to be able to control it like hydro but with less risk of flooding the place 🤣 like you say it's just about getting that environment and light intensity dialled in
One of the best things about coco imo is that the plants give you REALLY quick feedback compared to soil... literally within hours of feeding they can start telling you if something's gone a bit wrong. EC, PPM and pH are obviously really important, but coco makes it far easier to learn to "read" the plants

you're right mate the yields are definitely not as good using organics that picture was from something i was trying out in 2l pots to see if a SOG method would be worth doing gave them only one week veg averaged about 14g per plant i wont be doing it again.ive used the advanced nutrients ph perfect line in the past that was decent always a two week flush and 2-3 days dry before chop.
im using a retro farmer 720w for flower and a mars hydro 300w for veg,veg times vary i try and have some ready to go straight into flower after the chop pot sizes im running atm are 10l next ones are going in 15s then im switching strains ive been thinking about getting some clones of this out to people see what others can do with it the seeds are from fast buds it finishes in 6-7 weeks

im using de-chlorinated tap water i tried some autos for the first time from fast buds and wasnt impressed but i got these trop cookies fast flower version at the same time and they are vigorous to fuck with the shortest flower time ive ever seen.its hard graft mate especially if you have other stuff on

RO has an Ec of 0 with no chemicals or minerals. So you can add more nutrients and keep the Ec low. With all the nutrients added i hardly go above Ec 1.3, thats with more than the bottle says to add.
Ph doesn't fluctuate as much if your using hydroponics too.
No adding an air stone to your water for 24 hours for de chlorination.
It really does improve everything.
I grow in 60/40 coco/pebbles, with large fabric pots.

We are adding our favourite Durban Gelato now which definitely triggers the hunger response :) We do hope though that it’s not to destroy the fridge but to increase appetite especially for healthy eating …consciously working with canna and our digestion is best :)

Growing up in the 90s remember having really sticky/ smelly weed, everything seems dry with low terps and no stickiness or real smell. Can’t find what I want commercially… any suggestions 🙏
If it's not sticky like alot of weed nowadays it's more than likely been spun a bit in a machine or it's old stock. Even if you keep weed relatively well kept it still will go through the degredation process. Imports tend to be non sticky. Locally grown less handled, fresh stock should do the trick in most cases.
I agree with this one. Speaking from experience, it is sticky when it's fresh ie on the plant and it gets less and less sticky within the first month of drying/curing.
100% agree, have very fond memories of Northern lights, Skunk no1, Mexican Sativa and White Rino being super sticky back in the day.

Carts are perfect for trips away (or, nights out) as hardly anyone has a clue that you can smoke weed in that format. A 1mL cart can easily last me a week, and that's almost constant smoking. I don't miss tobacco or joints when I'm off my face on a cart abroad. Try to get Live Resin carts if possible.

The reason the grass aint sticky no more is due to the setups.. most grower have switched to leds, started growing hydro and then also started using auto flowering seeds... wish they would go back to the old stool grows... hps lighting, soil based with regular seeds... this is where the stickiness is

Most growers havent switched to autoflowers, its literally impossible to take cuttings from an autoflower so your telling me they popped 100 plus seeds and filled a room?? LOL also growing in led or hydro doesnt make a difference to stickyness. Thats all down to how growers dry/cure and also its all strain dependant. Sometimes the more the thc content the more stickier the bud will be... I guess you must know alot of growers to be making such a HUGE statement.
Genetics and the cure are the only effects on stickiness i think. And when it was chopped.

I can confirm that this is/was sticky icky, and a banging smoke. Had a generous inclusion in my last order, and smoked it all pretty quickly.

I really like them both, but I think the Red Red just pips it. The Lh, however, is delicious, strong, and so sticky that I have to rub a skin or 2 over my fingers before I skin up! Superb value; would buy again.
It actually a lot cheaper to grow autoflowering seeds especially when bought in bulk. It's easier to drop a seen into soil rather than taking cuttings. Plus autofliwering seeds is a shorter grow period. If they were using regular seed the grow period for cuttings is still 3.5 months til chop time.

Auto's are difficult to master, you need alot of experience to understand the growth cycle and get everything right. Too much can effect your outcome.

Led's = lots more tricombs
Plants use pretty much all the light emitted from Led's so it's better for them. Hps waist electricity and the plants don't use everything emitted and they are silly hot. Double end hps are way better for light spectrum i think. Gavita 750 is a wicked bit of kit

I'm in Northern England and, recently (as of about two days ago) left work due to medical request by my doctors because it had gotten pretty bad. I'd been pushing it with 50-130 hour work weeks, and for a couple of years this was also alongside full-time education. It averaged about 70-110 hours per week for a good chunk of the time near the end before I cut my losses, but I was supporting my family in another household as well so I saw none of the benefits. Now I'm going on UC for a couple of months while I get my head and body sorted and it's not enough to live on, to be honest, and I really feel for everyone else going through similar. The amount of work stress I hear about - either in getting a job or keeping it... Things really changed after COVID.
