That is a pretty sad cart not even half full the majority of the space is at the top of the cart

If you leave it on its side you can see there will be less than half in there

Go to chats, initiate a new chat, in the To box once you type Tr then Transaxe support pops up, so click on that and you can message them. This happened to me a few months ago where it had hit 1 of 4 conformations but wasn't marked as paid on here, so I panicked. Contacted Transaxe Support. They took 2 or 3 days to get back to me to tell me that it was paid, which happened a few hours after I'd initially messaged them. Some weird system glitch that time, so hopefully this is the same for you.

Yes I’ve just checked my order and can confirm it has also now gone through

This just happened to me as well. £235. Says the payment has been transferred but no confirmation on Littlebiggy. Hope this resolves

Me too - as of 26 May. Transaction went through just before 3pm but still showing as unpaid at 8pm. I've messaged support & the vendor. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon :)
