So, post to where I am has always been good, never had anything (that I know of) lost in post. I’ve received parcels and 2nd class post delivered within the time scale since I placed an order on here. I’ve also sent first class mail all over the country that’s been received since I placed my order here.

Should I be worried now?

Sorry if there’s a sticky on this, I e looked but can’t find one.

I’m nearly a month waiting for an order. I’ve contacted the seller several times and realise they’ve been having problems at their sorting office.

Despite other buyers receiving their orders from this particular vendor, albeit with slight delays, I have yet to receive mine.

I continue to receive post as usual but as the window for opening a dispute is closing soon I’d just like a bit of advice on how to proceed and, if necessary, how I’d go about opening this dispute?
