Whatever you do don't use bitpanda, I was using them and at first they weren't too bad, but it got to the point if I was buying something for say 50 dollars they would say wallet balance too low until you added more and more and end up sending 150. Like they gradually increase how much they can get away with. I changed over to coinbase this week and they are much better just sends the right amount with a small fee and shows you the fee. Really simple to use as well, also I messaged bitpanda about this and explained they just said they didn't understand what the problem was and my messages were marked as spam. If you're new to Bitcoin it pays to research on a few sites first, but just trying to warn people.
Exodus is a good exchange that comes with a good wallet. You can set the amount you want to pay in fees, the lower the fee the longer it takes but its a really good feature. The app works well on my Android phone too.
