Take the vape not like smoking a joint, but like taking a smooth bong hit.
a slow, soft, direct to lung draw.
i get sore lungs too friend, but not when i do it soft direct to lung.
Carts here are excellent quality and very safe.
i still occasionally cough but no more sore lungs.

What do you use to vape your cart cause I don’t have enough airflow to smoke it straight to lung

Just a regular battery at 3.2.
it's not got great airflow but i don't take long draws.
you can heat it up a little first.

Gives me a cough and makes me sore if I hit them too long by accident or use a low voltage pen and hold it for longer. Easily done - but if you've never hit distillate before it could just be a beginner thing like when people start vaping fluid.
There is a happy medium time to pull on all the carts but it will vary depending on your battery.
I've tried 2 different so far, and having tried vaping distillate before ordering on here I knew what came was very good in comparison.
