My recent order is showing as expired, I've made numerous purchases with the same vendor and only 1 out of 4 os saying paid can you please hit me up as i need for my bday on Friday and need to set up a refund as stock not available on another order, bless
Thanks G, just waiting for my btc provider to comfirm the payment as its not showing an ID for the payment but ia showing sent, so hopefully get it sorted so i can be smoking some essence on my bday Friday
I been polite with thegreeteam, but they are unreasonable, thanks for the tip on posting on the sellers site so I will keep you and the rest of the community updated if my dispute is resolved, and they will get 10 of 10, which will be benificial to all customers and vendors but I am slightly doubtful of the outcome Miss Doubtfire, as you said 'My first day as a woman/customer and I'm getting hot flashes/rocks on my bra.'
Hi there. Have made many orders on this site with no problems. Sent money to a vendor yesterday and payment went through fine, but when I went to check my order on here it showed nothing. I hate to throw good money away. Please help! Many thanks.
Hi folks could someone help me with this problem I have. I made a purchase and when paying for the item I copied and pasted as usual. Went to paste address but hadn’t copied so went to go back and get the address but damm phone put me back to items page. Got back to address page copied and pasted address and sent payment. Turned out address is not the one on the order page. How do I go about getting my cash back???? HELP ME OUT PLEASE HERE FOLKS!!
Thanks for the reply. No you don't sound like a twat. Everyone is very helpful in this community and never had a problem.
I did contact the seller and they said there was no sign of payment. Iv checked bitcoin and the money has left my account. Iv made 20 buys on here since September when I joined. I hope there's an answer to this.
Can I second your request...?? I've had exactly the same & haven't got a clue what transaxe is, what it does, or how to use it effectively & safely. We're less of a 'pain', if there's more than one asking :-)
Hi, new here today, opened an account and placed order, but lost password so cannot use that account anymore. I’ve opened a second account just so I could look for help ... How do I recover my password and/or set a new one, for my original account? Thanks xx
I asked a refund for an item never sent. The seller says to ask the support. The transaxe support says to ask the seller if the refund Is authorized... So between the seller and transaxe...naturally i am not refunded?
I have had funds on hold since the 9th waiting to be released and I have others not being released Aswell, and it looks as if nothing is moving atm, I have shipped out all my orders no one has said it hasn’t turned up, just complaining about the product not being kosher, some people are changing the reviews on the items so it looks a as if they are just trying to cause trouble. I would be grateful if you could release the btc into my btc wallet as it was meant to. As I am relying on this bitcoin to be released when it said it was meant to as I am going away and need to use it.
Because I paid for the products unlike you. And also the products themselves weren’t fake the packaging was... is the only thing you have time for is trying to beef people on LB pretty sad as That’s all it seems you do.
On the bad shit yeah I will have some beef an if people have not liked you stuff saying it's fake then they lost out. This is why LB has escrow to stop vendors selling fake shit then think they can just get the cash, you lost.
Just leave as is, your payments will start landing after 16 days, if you sold 20 items yesterday, in 16 days you will get 20 individual payments, it will be a constant daily trickle if you're selling a lot.
What about the customer who you apparently scammed out of 2 ounces, it sounds like a offline deal, buying small amounts but then gets scammed out of a large order. Then you ask for the order number because you know it was a offline deal typical sweet dreamz behavior.
What are you going to do about it lol? It’s a brand new account it’s obviously you trying to get something out of us but it’s a lost cause as we don’t operate under this name anymore. You really are a little bitch Rasta man. The little biggy bitch.
Hi we previously asked your team if our account could be deleted, but we are now told that payments are held for a further 8 days. Rather than terminating our account can we please have the funds remaining sent to our btc address. That money has been held for over 14 days now so hoping that gives you guys a all clear to do so.
I've just tried to order from a vendor twice and I'm getting an error. I started by pressing 'buy' on the item I want and then I pressed the '+' button on the order page to make it so I was ordering 2.
Filled the delivery details in etc and pressed pay - Got an error in orange about transaxe but I can't quite remember what it said.
Hi guys sorry this probably seems like a really stupid question but once I have set up my payment processor and an item has been paid for and it says the payment is on hold how long does it take for the payment to arrive in the bitcoin wallet?
Hi there, made an order yesterday and the consensus from the helpful community members here is that I was logged out. As such I can't see the order, is there any way that you can assist with this ? I have spoken to vendor and the order is processed, I'd like to be able to leave feedback etc. All the best.
Don't know if you'll be able to leave feedback - my first order was made when I was logged out and whilst it arrived fine and the vendor (TGT) was really helpful in confirming it, there didn't seem to be any way of leaving a review. You could always make a new topic on the product page to leave your thoughts? I'm sure the vendor would appreciate it even if it doesn't add to the overall score.
Just so I understand.. sharing this link anywhere.. will In turn promote the said item.. meaning if anyone were to purchase the item through my link(is it my link? every time someone clicks share do they get their own link?). I understand posting the link elsewhere.. but In terms of sharing on lb, would I have to try the product before posting about it? I’m haven’t seen people just sharing links in the comments. I’m sure you can tell I’m very new to this and crypto in general, hoping I get the hang of it soon lol. Any advice would be appreciated :)
Whenever someone clicks on share, they will receive a link which is linked to their private token, so then when someone clicks on that link and makes a purchase (doesn't matter what or from what vendor) the owner of the link will receive some % of the BTC made from that transaction.
It's really easy, just setup everything (I see you already followed my guide) and whenever you need to share a link here, do not copy the link from the address bar but copy the address generated after pressing "share"
Thanks guys for the replies. I understand everything but the only thing I’m not sure is where to paste the actual link. Do I just start my own topics and paste the links there? Maybe add a comment about it aswell? How are others gonna find the link?I just can’t seem to fully wrap my head around this lol.
I recently tried to order. However I had just bought new coins and don’t think they fully were received by wallet. However it says in wallet that both the money I added and the money just sent to the vendor is pending. Then in my order status here it says unpaid. I was wondering when the money is finally sent and finished loading will the vendor receive my money ?
Usually takes a little time for the confirmations to be complete which is normal when sending bitcoin. Is there a bitcoin symbol next to the unpaid saying how much? Sounds asif you’ve sent just under the amount which is pretty common too and it’ll say “unpaid” with an amount Sent
If payment has been sent and the order went through the seller should be able to sort it. It sounds like your seller isn't able to help so you will have to wait on transaxe getting back to you. It's slow going mate but they will be able to help you.
Tried to add a wallet to my transaxe ACC but keep getting told to enter a valid address. I've tried two of my wallets with the same reply - can anyone advise ? Ps one is a trust wallet and one is an exodus wallet. Thx
Thx man - that's what it seems to be not doing for me - I described myself a bit wrong sorry - I take the address my wallet gives for recieving and input but gives me the enter a valid address message.
SO I TOLD HIM KEEP IT FOR FREE AND WILL SEND HIM A NEW REPLACEMENT WHEN I GET MY FUNDS TO GET A NEW BATCH
what more you need me to do pls advise as our situation is not good. we need our funds to continue working, living. invested too much into LB didnt think would be sanctions for gibing biggas nice price they wont get from other biggas
Help with when payment releases information Blockchain

what does this mean above Value when transacted $217.78 ???????
Be careful when checking tx using blockchain, can be tricky =)
BTC can be sent in small or large chunks of data, the 217 USD is due the original (address) amount from which comes your payment, the original amount is 0.0318 BTC and you got your share from that amount.
Every new addresses generated are derived from the first address, and every address is like a "new wallet", if you received 10 transactions and the total amount is 1BTC and you want to send it to someone else you'll pay an higher fee because more data (in bytes) is involved, instead if you received 1 BTC in just one transaction and you send it, you'll pay a lower fee because less data is involved.
This means that the address from which you received your part, has used 0.03188684 BTC in that block and a part of it was used to send to you your share and the rest was sent to someone else.
I advice you to read some topics about how BTC transactions works, cheers!
[EDIT] paid is when the customer has paid for the order released is when you received your share of BTC
I've had a few order payments arrive at LB a dollar or so short, and need to get that sorted out so I don't have to keep adding a dollar or so to the next order to make the account right. How can I tell where and why the money goes missing?
By looking at the blockchain receipt, not a penny can move in bitcoin without a public record. In your case you will very likely discover that your wallet provider is deducting the fees for sending the coins. Most wallets give you can option to add them in to the total.
I agree that's probably what's happening, but why would a wallet do that, knowing that transactions aren't "approximate in price" but "exactly the listed price"? There's plenty in my account to deduct fees to begin with. Will straighten this out with these foos. Thanks for the input.
Just checked the record, I sent $75 for a $74 order, and LB received $74.99. That's 99 cents more than the price. The order itself has the price as $74 or 0.0082 bitcoins. I'm not going to fart around with LB changing the bitcoin exchange rate between the time I order and the time my money gets here... That's not good business.
You underpaid. You actually sent 0.00807832 BTC because of the BTC fee.
Small example: you press pay at 10:00 and the amount you must pay is 0.0082 BTC, after some minutes or even seconds, the BTC price in USD changed, maybe has rised or maybe as gone down, but, you still must pay 0.0082 BTC.
BTC price fluctuates a lot and fast 24/7 unlike stock market which is regulated.
The reason why you paid ~1 USD more, is because of the fee (and BTC price went up during that time frame, but don't forget that we are actually paying in BTC and LB just does convert the amount in BTC to USD at the time you press pay) , but you actually underpaid, this means that the wallet/platform you are using, is deducting the fee from the amount you selected to send instead of adding the fee to the amount you want to send.
I advice you to buy BTC directly to the address LB gives you by using Bittylicious, you can find a little discussion about Bittylicious by clicking the link below:
What I can see from the screenshot is the order was 0.0082 there was a fee of 0.000010746 , but in screenshot on top left it shows that you sent 0.00818308 so maybe on the sending screen you got charged to use there service to send the bitcoins , so as far as I can see you put 75$ on which added to 0.082 and then the fee got taken leaves you the 0.0818308 , so to me it looks short a few cent , I don’t no all the ins and outs of it man ,
>Sorry if there is any confusion on this but the price we present on our payment page is the exact bitcoin amount due.<
Then how do vendors know what the price was at the moment the payment was made? If what you're saying is the case, vendors are receiving wildly variable payments for the same product because everyone buys at different times. When I look at the bitcoin price on the payment page, that's not the same bitcoin rate that I'm going to get when I send the money. It's going to either be more or less than what I saw when I checked the price before paying. If I see a $74 price, I can send that exact amount (within a few cents) by sending $74 using the current rate. What's to stop buyers from ordering, then watching the bitcoin rate to see if it goes down, ordering at a lower rate or simply not paying (canceling the order) if the rate goes up?
How do you explain the page from my wallet that shows I sent MORE than the advertised price? I sent more because this keeps happening. I've been adding a dollar here and there to make up for it from previous orders. It's stupid to put up 2 prices and use the one that varies every minute or so instead of the dollar price. It's bad business. I should have a dollar price to pay and it's up to me to get that dollar price to the vendor however I can. Using the bitcoin price is tantamount to speculating on the market every time you buy something. I've been on LB for years, as well as most other markets from Silk Road 2 on down, and this has never been a problem. I suspected that the wallet was taking a cut after I hit the "send" button, but you can see that their cut is taken out of my wallet balance before the money is sent. The fee price plus the amount sent doesn't equal the fixed bitcoin price anyway. Either transaxe has changed something with this vendor or the vendor messed up their price posting. The money is (and has been) getting there.
>No the bitcoin amount presented by transaxe is what you pay, you underpaid the invoice.<
If that's the case then the system is screwed. That, or you guys aren't understanding what's going on here. (Or I'm not understanding, in which case someone should explain why instead of simply parroting something unrelated.)
TX gives you a price in bitcoin, you just pay that price, not less than that because the usd equivalent has changed or because your wallet deducts fees instead of adding them.
I wouldn't overthink the potential shenanigans at the end of the day the seller can reject an order if the volatility is insane or someone is gaming, they can see every attempted order as well as the paid ones.
I had a bout 4 of these last week , customer saying payment coming through but no order on my system. Had admin sending customer infor then forwarding to me the order information which no good to me as not showing on my system. Also expired orders problems as well customer sent btc but some how showing as paid.
I made a purchase which was cancelled by the LB supplier. I have still not got my money back. Transaxe just not helping and I am completely new to the bitcoin thing as I keep telling them but they just say “be patient”!!! How can I get my money back??
WHICH I have now been emailing you about for 3 days!!!! You just give one word and unhelpful answers!! I am new to this and as it stands you have £40 of my money and it seems like you are not prepared to offer any support on how I can get this back.!!!!? Not helpful in the current economic climate. We have new emailing each other for 3 days now.
Thank you - I’ve already done this and and sent my wallet address to Transaxe who then after a day said I now had a token? I am literally clueless as to how to do any of this and Transaxe, who have my money, are offering no help - for 3 days, so it is becoming a little frustrating as I simply want my money backs
I dunno what I'm more worried about, my money going to nobody knows or the fact it takes so long to sort out, I'm glad it was only a smallish amount but still, the way things are money wise and smoke wise at the moment there's a need to get problems sorted as we as customers can only send payment to codes generated by the site, I'm not into the habit of randomly creating 20 digit codes and sending my hard earnt money to it, if the code is wrong it's an error by the creator not the customer.
I tried to buy but on the payment page with 20 minutes left it kicked my off and the payment was still sent. I made 3 other purchases since and they all want through fine. Can I get a refund of the one the seller didn't receive?
Been using the same vendor for a while, regular orders and always had no issues. Won't mention him just yet. But yesterday I started an order for 7g weed. Did everything as I usually would. Got the link to sent the bit coin and off it went. Then when I went back to the orders page I wasn't logged in and the order wasn't there??
I'm now down a lot of money and vendor just says "try support" this is so unfair, I can prove I've sent the coin.. any suggestions please?
Hi i am trying to place an order but it keeps saying escrow/bitcoin is down? The orders are being placed however so I have cancelled them as I can’t send payment, any help or advice would be gratefully received thank you:-)
I’m having this error myself today. The site was down for a couple of hours last night with a message saying it was for essential maintenance. I imagine the two are connected. I’ve just messaged the vendors to let them know that I have received the warning and been unable to pay so far.
Our apologies to everyone experiencing delays with transactions, we are caught up but interruptions are still possible. Should your problem persist in days rather than hours please message us with your order id.
Hi Support Was just looking for general advice. I had an order not delivered. Maintained comms with the seller throughout. Waited the 2 weeks(luckily had other smoke during this time). Was offered credit by the vendor. When it came time to collect the seller stopped answering messages. Is this a hit i just take as part and parcel of being new to LB , leave the appropriate honest feedback and move on? Or should i forma
