Are you able to retry the verification process?
I also use Paybis and was recently asked for verification again. I obliged and it only to a few seconds. It then wanted details of there I was sending the BTC to which is obviously a no-go. I downloaded a non KYC wallet called Cake. I sent the BTC there, which is sending it to yourself as far as they are concerned. I then sent it from there to transaxe as usual.
