Hi you probably payed a very low transaction fee (sats per block ) should be 1 sat per block for a reasonably fast transaction . You can go to the site you sent the bitcoin from and bump the fee this will usually be pennies to pay and this will send the BTC faster . Probably case is by the time you have read this message it will have gone through anyway but if not try bumping the fee it's easy to do and hope this helps

Use Exodus or Kraken. You can buy direct in app through their providers. Keep in mind Kraken hold your first purchase coins for 3days before you will be able to pay via them. Exodus is instant, no restrictions.

I also use Paybis and was recently asked for verification again. I obliged and it only to a few seconds. It then wanted details of there I was sending the BTC to which is obviously a no-go. I downloaded a non KYC wallet called Cake. I sent the BTC there, which is sending it to yourself as far as they are concerned. I then sent it from there to transaxe as usual.

No worries. I had to use Paybis again today and when sending it to my Cake wallet app it wanted extra verification. It opens another browser and asks to confirm that the wallet is your. One of the options is a ‘self declaration’ and that’s what I went with. No problems after that. It’ll probably ask for that each time. It’s just more hoops to jump through.

I had the exact same issue recently with Paybis, logged in tried making a payment and it asked me to re verify my account even though i did it ages ago. Unfortunately they wouldn't accept my ID this time round.

Luckily i opened a Kraken account years ago and verified it when i opened so I've started using that again and closed my Paybis account down, So far Kraken been good no issues with verification or asking for extra info.

I send it to my cake wallet first and then forward it from there.
