We believe in being transparent with our community, so we’d like to provide some context regarding a recent review.

Recently, we took a short holiday, which meant that weekend orders were dispatched 2 days later than our usual schedule. This was announced in advance, and as a gesture of appreciation, we included an extra freebie on top of our usual freebie for every affected order.

Following this, we received a number of very low ratings from one customer. We carefully reviewed their order history and Royal Mail tracking records. Based on those records, their previous orders were dispatched and delivered within the expected timeframes, with the only change being the clearly announced 2-day holiday dispatch delay on the most recent order.

Our aim has always been to provide fast dispatch, honest communication, and good customer service. If we ever make a mistake, we’ll own it and do everything we can to put it right. In this case, after reviewing the facts available to us, we believe the ratings do not accurately reflect the service that was provided.

We understand that customers are entitled to their opinions, and we respect everyone’s right to leave feedback. At the same time, we also feel it’s important to share the factual timeline when we believe a review may not give the full picture.

To everyone who has supported us, shown patience during our short break, and continued to place their trust in us—thank you. Your support means everything, and we’ll continue working hard to provide the service you’ve come to expect.

We awaiting for the person who left these reviews to get back to us with facts and proofs where they claimed items taking week to arrive when clearly on reviews it was stated 1-2 days delviery on PM ! If customer does not want to prove it otherwise , we will release Username and order details for each order avoiding any personal data sharing to protect our customers and Vendors from being accused with absolute lies!
