I just wanted to share my recent experience with PISTACH from my last order.

I went for their Jealousy strain as it had some recent good reviews and I had Jealousy from a different seller and liked the strain.

What I got was mainly smalls with little to no smell or taste and the high wasn't really there either.

I messaged to ask if what I received was Jealousy - I know they send out other strains when they run out. That message was sent on the 19th May, they replied the next day - didn't mention if it was Jealousy or not just said they would sort it, asked for my postcode and said they would send a bit of something else.

I chased it up on the 29th May asking if it got send, they replied "Honest update mate — your reship hasn't actually gone out yet, that's on us. Getting it dispatched and throwing extra in for the wait"

Chased it again on the 4th June, they replied "Sorry mate, that reship I promised back in May never actually went out — proper cock-up. Drop me your full address (name + street + postcode) and I'll send fresh on tomorrow's batch with extras for the wait"

Chased again 9th June - still wasn't send and their tune had changed no longer seeming to want to sort it out, offering a couple grams of Cali instead - this would of been fine if they just had been honest the first time round.

I never reached out with the intend of asking for a replacement I just wanted to know what I had. But to be told they would sort it and then have this happen isn't a good experience for anyone.

Please respond. You marked sent and then told me it wasn’t sent because the trim had run out. That’s not a problem but you could have sent the Z of Georgia Pie out so I had something. I’ve put a little order in to try push it through or get a response but nothing. Your BIO states you only mark it as sent when it’s sent so why was it marked sent?

Pistach has always been great a couple of mishaps but it’s expected when you’re buying all the time. Great weed at great prices but I rely on the speedy delivery for medical reasons and comms is not always the best.
