Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone else has ordered recently and can share how their delivery went? Specifically, did you get a tracking number when your order was dispatched, and roughly how long did it take to arrive?
Asking because I ordered a sample kit a few days ago for his medical use ;) it was marked as shipped out Monday via Royal Mail, but I’ve not had a tracking number through, and it hasn’t turned up yet. We’ve had other Royal Mail parcels (some ordered later) arrive sooner, so just trying to get a feel for whether this is normal or if ours might’ve slipped through somewhere.
I have messaged directly a couple of times but haven’t heard back yet, so posting here in case anyone’s had a similar experience or knows if there’s a better way to flag it. Not trying to cause a fuss the reviews on here have all been solid, so I’m sure it’s just a delay somewhere. Mainly just hoping to get a tracking number so i can see where it’s got to, or something.
