Thank you to all entrants. This fruity red wine, aged with heavy toasted French oak chips will be named, "The Scarlet Revenge", as suggested by B0W13.

It is reading as approx. 11% ABV, and will be bottled within the coming week. This is a limited batch, but there is another batch aging and I have some other projects I'm working on in the background.

I hope to bring out more similar competitions for other craft projects soon to be revealed, keep your eyes peeled.
