I have become very familiar with this message from RM in my time ordering with this seller, roughly a year of £200 average orders per month. Usually I chase up the order and it will arrive after a week, I keep coming back because the products are very good and next day delivery is not a huge concern for me, I just want to know my order will arrive without fuss.
Unfortunately there seems to be this problem with every order and most recently my messages are not being read or responded to, if there is a delay I don't mind I just want clarification so I don't have to keep checking a royal mail page with no update and checking on here to see if I have had a response, that is the key this time, there has been no communication at all even though the seller has been online.
I ordered Wednesday 7th October, RM states today (Tuesday 13th October) "were expecting it"

I'm in the same position with this Vendor. Supposedly sent on Friday but Royal Mail are still expecting it. It's not good enough. Plenty of good reliable vendors on here. Shout out to Green Cat and Radar Breeder!

Update: Thursday 15th October, vendor has been back online, no messages have been received regarding my order, vendor has ignored me and continued with business as normal. Royal mail still states they are expecting my parcel that was supposedly posted on 7th October.

Update: 16th October, RM now advise they have received the parcel as of 6am this morning and tracking states there will be delivery tomorrow Saturday 17th October. 10 days after despatch, I am not sharing a photo of tracking out of respect, to avoid showing where vendor is located.
There has been no messages from the vendor but I am relieved it seems my parcel may well arrive tomorrow, I will not be raising a dispute due to the tracking update, I will wait to see if order arrives tomorrow.

Your not wrong lad communication is essential, especially if your a steady customer who uses them a lot, it’s just bad for business not making customers feel appreciated, valued or even heard, some people only care about the money and not their customers, I avoid them type of vendors like they the plaque, I’d rather give someone else my business who will appreciate it

When the liquid makes its way into the coil there is still 1ml in the cartridge
If you search up THC dispensary carts the actual products have a bubble cause they state that there is 1ml/1 gram
I think other cart vendors will appreciate me sharing this

I’m an edibles guy so don’t buy vapes so I can’t vouch for the quality of the product but just some basic research on your store and your competitors
1 - You have a single product that’s poorly advertised
You for some reason have a picture of a product you then immediately claim not to sell but you managed to acquire the packaging for that product?
It’s confusing and I would remove any reference to that brand if you’re not actually selling it, if this is home made stuff then proudly state that, don’t put it on some packaging “you acquired” so it looks cooler, people won’t want to buy from you if your own marketing is ambiguous about what it is you’re actually selling
You’re going to have someone see that branding, not read your text and then order thinking they’re getting the brand name and then they’ll claim you scammed them if they don’t get that branded product
So just remove it and let your product speak for itself
Why are you putting homemade chocolate into a Kit Kat wrapper and then trying to sell it as “this isn’t a Kit Kat I just got a wrapper somewhere”
2 - From some very limited research, your products are on the upper end of the price range for this type of product
The top sellers have much more variety and are typically cheaper
So why would a buyer come to you instead of going to an established seller?
They have more to choose from, it’s cheaper and it’s been reviewed by 100s of people already
Either promote a unique selling point or drop your prices to lure people in, then once you become more established and have a greater range of products and some reviews under your belt you can start to slowly increase prices

If you're gonna charge a premium, disclose your unique selling point to get sales. Otherwise the risk outweighs the reward and you won't get sales
That's without mentioning there's many many distillate vendors here already and most people prefer other forms of extracts (live resin, rosin, wpff, etc)

Intro offers to entice people in and to build up your reviews and reputation. Otherwise there is no incentive for people to buy from a new vendor vs an established one.
Personally I'd never buy a disposable. Plus having fake packaging is a big red flag for me.

I got a hold of it but this was literally the best quality devices I could get but they are not filled with cookies and I'm open about that. It comes from the same shenzen china factory and is a quality device, but the inside is homemade as I openly described

I wonder if any Biggas can help. I made an order last week that I haven't received but when given the tracking by the vendor it shows as delivered. Comparing the delivery picture to my letterbox, I'm fairly certain it wasn't delivered to my address.
What's the situation here, has anyone had this happen to them? Do I raise a dispute if it doesn't turn up or will the vendor just say it's been delivered? I'm 99% certain I gave the correct address because it just auto populates when I make orders, so either a vendor error or RM error.
Any advice will be much appreciated

Hi, may not be the most helpful but I am the same scenario.
Raise it with the vendor in the first instance, if he has shipped product he paid for and it has been delivered, he is not at fault.
Mine was delivered promptly and perfectly... 10 doors up the street.
Have a look at local postboxes if you can discern where exactly it is, then give a knock and an ask.
It took me about 20 minutes to work out where it was, but as the vendor didn't reply for around 4-5 days, it was delivered in 24 hours and I was unaware of the post box.
I am hoping to have it handed to me by the resident of wrong address when I get a chance to go up.
Very much an unfortunate situation, but whether you put your address in absolutely wrong or absolutely perfectly - as long as it was delivered to where the vendor was asked to, it is not the vendor's fault.
Either the courier is at fault, or 1% potentially yourself if you in fact input the wrong address.
TLDR: Speak to vendor, not his fault, but he could contact courier.
Work out post box, speak to address it was delivered.

Cheers, yeah I've told the vendor and awaiting response. I guess this is what happens when you don't get given tracking straight away because if I did then I'd have been knocking on possible doors on Wednesday when it was delivered, I'd hope that whomever it got delivered to has returned it by now
