I think the science is basically that it breaks down chlorophyll, turns a bit of THCA into THC and lets the terps mature over time like a good whiskey. From my understanding, in the case of jar curing, it's essentially letting buds carry on drying and evening out their moisture but at a wayyy slower pace. In the case of grove bags (which I highly recommend for any growers), I believe it's more to do with how gases are exchanged but I'm not entirely sure. In any case, I tend to use grove bags for the first 3 weeks or so and then transfer to jars... seems to do a pretty good job! If you're just using jars, opening it by a window (not necessary but helps) for 15-20 mins a day is usually ideal and gives a noticeable change in smoke over about 2 weeks.

I wanted to ask about peoples experience curing flower. I personally do not grow my own yet however I have noticed pretty significant changes in smell/taste/potency from letting flower sit in a jar for a while. This has significantly improved a lot of mediocre if not bad flower and I wanted to ask if anyone knows the science behind it and maybe tips for the best results? I am curious about this and would love to learn from some people much smarter than me.
The longer the cure the better the flower gets, it’s basically like wine etc. Think it’s got something to do with moisture content in the flower so while it’s in a jar/bag getting cured burped etc itl slowly remove excess moisture and improve taste of the flower alongside it.
That's interesting, I have left flower that is bone dry in a jar too mainly because I didn't want to smoke it and that massively improved in taste, smell and strength. I know even from the same batch there can be a difference nug to nug so that could also explain it.
This will only happen to fresh flowers. Old dry buds will not improve at all in the jar for example.

hmm, I have mostly experienced it from flower that was still on the softer side but a couple nugs that I got off here that had no smell and taste gained it back after sitting in a closed jar for about two weeks.
Correct, some people also have water moisture machines to measure how much water is actually present in flower, even after months they test it and still has water moisture in the flower either in the stem/shelf or pistils itself
hmm, thank you this has been very insightful. It would be cool to see some proper research done on this some day.
Without a good cure you’re going to of wasted all that time, the worse part is it always goes through a hay/grass smell which makes you shit yourself that it’s fucked but just part of the stages, once cured you need to burp it as well for another few weeks

Looking for project critique
I would like some feedback on my idea. I know this is not original but I have a little bit of free time and enjoy to travel. I want to print QR codes on eggshell stickers (if you know graff you know) which are a huge pain to remove. Have the QR land on a post I write where it gives the rundown on how to sign up, use the site safely etc. Then slap the stickers in bars/clubs/pubs as I go about my travels in the hopes to capture some referral dosh. I would like to know if anyone has experience doing this and also if it poses any risk to biggie its self as I do not want to bring unwanted attention here or anything. Many thanks!
my experience with this is very good bit i learned a lot along the way. most stuff advertised like this is either cool non commercial or dodgy. traction only starts when you emphasize this is a community and things like escrow, ratings, number of sellers, time in business. these are all things nobody else can say and really distinguishes you from the stickers around you.

I don't see an issue with it, as long as you're not being disrespectful with them I doubt it'll be negative for Biggy. It's not like law enforcement doesn't know about Biggy, it's partially why we have a strict no harmful products policy on the clearnet, I believe. Honestly though, I'd printed it on the back of a t-shirt you're gonna wear :D

Yeah 100%, anywhere stoners frequent would get you some attention, just don't do it on public buildings, lamp posts etc. I'm sure you'll need to be careful all the same, any complaints could land you in the shit, especially if the stickers are hard to remove!
In the shit with borgs or the law? From doing graff, there are ways so no one knows it was me who placed the sticker or sprayed the stencil.
I was lucky enough to get some of the Elon Musk Mousse for free, thank you again spacemen! On the nose you get a pleasant lemon scent which comes through on the flavour too. I rolled it 1:1 with some dried lavender and got an almost lemon lavender cake type flavour from it, which was lovely, paired with a nice strong full body high whilst retaining mental clarity. First proper time trying hash and I like it and would recommend this to people as a new way to try cannabis!

I'm hoping TSM do something to mitigate the number of people who post after the cut off, or even alter their posts (potentially unaware that that bumps it up to the top of the page, so it's then glaringly obviously).
Lots of these accounts are just created to post on competitions too, as there's absolutely no other interactions. Is it a case that constant bombardment may result in wins if there's no checking procedure, hence the behaviour?

Hi mate, yes we record all entries at 10pm on the cutoff day, so any entries after, or edits are not even logged
I noticed this too… I just saw some of the timestamps are after the cut off so they’re easy to disqualify. Those without timestamps is a bit more tricky unless someone is taking screen shots or making note of all the user names commenting before the cut off. I’d love to win some free weed but cheating is not in my nature.

I’m slightly confused about the mass down votes on most people’s answers including mine? I’m assuming your under the assumption I’ve some how cheated along with the other people downvoted, while I can’t speak for any of them other than your just assuming I can only speak for myself, I completely agree people editing their answers after the cut of time is unfair and should be removed from entering further giveaways but if you decide to change your answer before the final cut off time then I think there’s nothing wrong with that whatsoever as I imagine the vendor notes all the answers from each person with their name during the cut off, that way they know who’s not cheating and editing after, I did say $67k Tuesday but realised I over shot so I changed it to $64,550 at 00:54am on the Thursday which again is before the cut off date. Whole thing just ruins a nice fun competition

I recommend ordering from THESPACEMEN, they always ship same day as long as you buy before 3pm and provide tracking. That way you could defer it to the post office and collect it like some others have mentioned but with that you have to use your real name so I would not do that. The safest and easiest option is to use a fake name that is not super obvious and get it to your house and use the tracking to intercept it.
Do NOT use a fake name, especially if you plan on rerouting to the post office. The post office (95% of the time) WILL ask for ID and you will be unable to collect the package.
