It made me change my posting routine which I started yesterday for the xmas period where everything is scanned over from first point of sending as that way the RM are more accountable and need to prioritise scanned mail in busy periods ie xmas post.

I dont waste my time disputing small orders either, not worth the time or energy battling a vendor for couple quid when I can just move along and find a better option elsewhere. littlebiggy is FULL of good sellers.

There is no battle it marks the problem and then if the vendor is worth there salt they fix it otherwise it gets lost in the ether.

I have been serving the emeralds longer consistently than any vendor on here that is a fact and this is no way to treat me.

I had a 1/10 couple months ago.

To be fair I'd probably still give a 6/10 if I received Christmas socks instead of a half ounce.

It’s the nature of this beast, when you are capable and good at what you do some people hate on it.

Some of the big vendors will have over 5 staff members or partners a consortium so to speak. They have developed certain roles to protect themselves and keeping the balance in there favour with tons of alt accounts set up purely for this purpose so they can keep the prices high and try to stamp out the smaller fish.

They have a-lot more mouths to feed I suppose.
