We had 13 disputes out of more than 1000 orders and got removed it's all in the buyers favour the buyers don't realise by opening a dispute after five minutes they ruin our whole business the dispute should only be on the profile if they win the dispute mine says 1.3 percent it's actually about 0.4 because we sorted out all the disputes. Then some buyers open a dispute and ignore even after they have received there item and it's still counts against the vendors this needs to be sorted as it's impossible to keep every happy and even 1.3 percent disputes would be expected on here it's hard work to say the least to keep a profile going and please everyone without getting kicked off the site and made to feel like a scammer we have honoured every single one of our orders and resent if they didn't receive . international orders are the worst so we will longer do them on this fire extracts 2 profile

You're the only vendor I've ever had an issue with pal. Call me impatient all you want, if I pay for a service then I expect that service on time. And if it doesn't arrive on time, the least I expect is some communication! How is this so difficult for you to understand? Try your best to not be angry when you process this information.
