Spoke to transak who are saying they can’t help as they can see it has been sent from my wallet and that the payment had been received at another wallet that does not belong to transak, can anyone help me please?

It it's received by a wallet outside Transaxe then you need to contact the owner of that wallet to have it sent back to you. These are non-reversible transactions, so if they don't send it back, it's gone.

Do I contact transaxe through here then? Because when I click on the cancellation order it states that payment was received? And that transak can see that the payment was received when I sent it also? Thank you for the response

Yes; contact them through Chat.

That's weird then. If payment was received then it was definitely sent to Transaxe. Contact them again and explain. Sometimes they're not that great at sorting things out, in my limited experience. Cancelling just sends a message to the vendor so they can cancel at their end as they may have dispatched your order but not yet marked it as sent. Message the vendor and Transaxe and you'll hopefully get it sorted out. You'll be looking at a week or so to get your refund, so this will need to be funded twice effectively until the refund.

My bad I haven’t actually contacted transaxe yet, vendor advised me to do this but I thought it was just a mistyped thing for transak. Transak said they could it had been sent and received not transaxe, my bad. Having one of them days 😫

Sometimes vendors pause their menu if they can't ship for a day or so so that people don't complain about delays. Looks like this is the most likely explanation here, as I had contact with them over the weekend and the listings are back now.

same here mate. they have current reviews, but if I click on the products everything says "sorry this item is currently unavailable" :(

I placed an order with a different vendor on Sunday. A couple of hours later logging back into LB and the items page (all vendors) is blank. Don't know if anyone else is having the same issue.
